Abstract

This paper aims to make a change of a person’s things from bad manner to better one. So the writer takessome referencesabout the opinion of IbnMiskawayh and al-Ghazhali.This mental revolution examines mental problems in view of morals. The target of the work of moral itself is a mental character or characters. Mental revolution is a change of characters that originated from a persons way of dayly life.The scope of howto change the characters and the character of a person is the habit of a persons life, which ultimately extends to lifestyle of nation or state. Mental revolution can not be separated from moral education and mental, therefore, the purpose of education in Islam is a moral education or coaching mental learners for better mental and spirited professional.It is expected from Islamic education for a human soul in full awareness of itself, in terms of an increase of hablumminannas and hablumminallah point. So that, it would appear that the concept of the perfect man became agoal of Islamic Education. Because the goal of Islamic education is to make the perfect man outwardly and spiritually.

Abstract

The study was administered at Private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaruwhich aimed to obtain objective data, factual, accurate and systematic regarding implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru. Character is life mustika what distinguishes man from other creatures. Given the urgent and fundamen character, then the educational institution has a responsibility to incorporate them to the students in the school environment in general and in the process of learning, especially in order to form human character with various policies set out in the program within the school and the learning process. This study is a qualitative research case study type with a naturalistic approach in which researchers describe the study and case studies related to implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru by direct observation, interview and documentation as data collection techniques. As for the informant is the head master, deputy superintendent of curriculum, deputy head of the student, the teacher and studens in grade five. The results of study showed that implementation Program as an attempt to shake went well with the pattern of habituation and modeling, but there is no planned evaluation and follow-up of the school. Abstract

This article aims to determine the role of spirituality in improving teacher performance in terms of organizational commitment, psychological, and organizing behavior of teachers, which the teacher is in direct contact with students in the process of education and learning in schools. Spirituality is considered as a means to promote integrity, motivation and job satisfaction, and is considered a significant contribution to the success of their work. Someone who is guided by the spirituality that produces good moral habits and good nature were also more likely to be honest, loyal, trustworthy and have integrity. Through theories are constructed and formulated research paradigm, spirituality has a very significant role in influencing the performance of teachers through organizational commitment, psychological and organizing behavior. Abstract

The result of this study —library research— showed that the values of Islamic education are contained in the Holy Qur’an surah Luqman. There are at least three basic education, namely aqidah education, syari’ah education and character education. Aqidah education, there are two things: (1) prohibition of associating partners with Allah. Luqman al-Hakim himself had to prioritize monotheism education (tauhid) to his children, (2) believe in the place of hereafter. Luqman ordered his children to believe the reward of all his deeds. Especially retaliation for our gratitude to Him for every blessing and our sense of respect for both parents. Syari’ah Education, there are two things, namely a command set up prayer and amar ma‘rūf nahy munkar. Character education, which is the command to ingratitude towards Allah SWT. For all the blessings and grace of God, we should be grateful to Him.

Abstract

This study aimes to describe the stories in the Quran.Studyingit is in many things and so interesting. The wisdom behind these stories are full of educational value and can serve as guidelines for all education professionals, especially teachers at primary school level (SD).The lessons learned from the stories are highly relevant to children of primary school age (SD), so this study will briefly discuss the stories in the Quran, especially the story of the prophet Abraham, Joseph, Moses and Muhammad then analyzesthem and it can be obtained educational value.In a series of stories of the Quran contain instructive for human life as well as the methods of learning taught in an educational process.With the hope through learning the stories,it may be implicated in changes in student behavior, such as: strong motivation to move forward, raised awareness to carry out orders of religion, havinga good social attitude, being a good positive- thinking individual to God and to men, being critically, innovative, creative, realistic and logical

Abstract

Education has become one of the most important instruments in the transformation of human civilization. Thus, the establishment of Islamic Higher Education institution has indicated the responsibility of community on development of this nation. Then, in this modern era, the process of competition among nations has determined by the quality of education. A nation will be known well as strong and advanced nation if the citizen has independence in the culture, economic and politics. Certainly, this matter depended on the role of education side. Abstract

This research analyzes the lesson study learning model implemented in MI Maarif Kejiwan Wonosobo an effort to improve the quality of learning and student achievement. This research aims to determine aspects of school management that occurred in MI Maarif Kejiwan Wonosobo in the implementation of lesson study. This research is a qualitative field research, data collection techniques as for the emphasis on participant observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by Miles and Huberman, analysis consists of three activities, namely the flow of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. This research is a case study because the focus of this research is to answer the question "how" the concept of improving the quality of learning through lesson study and implementation in improving the quality of learning and analyzing support factors and obstacles in the implementation process of lesson study in MI Maarif Kejiwan. Abstract

Karakteristik guru yang memiliki kompetensi sosial adalah berkomunikasi secara santun dan bergaul secara efektif. Kompetensi sosial mengharuskan guru memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dengan siswa. Ditinjau dari jenis datanya pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha untuk menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada sekarang berdasarkan data-data. Adapun Manajemen Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Sosial Guru, yaitu dengan mendengarkan ide / saran dari para guru, Sosialisasi, mengemukakan keinginan dan menjelaskan keinginan, memberikan masukan dan berusaha memecahkan masalah guru, Membagi tugas secara bersama (tidak monopoli), memberikan teladan, bertindak sesuai dengan kemampuan guru, memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap yang rajin, dan Mengikuti pelatihan berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial guru. Secara keseluruhan dan umum kinerja guru yang menjadi kendala adalah cara mengajar guru kurang disukai/bahkan tidak disukai, bimbingan dan penyuluhan dari guru kurang maksimal, penguasaan guru akan ilmu yang harus disampaikan kurang, cara penyampaian materi yang monoton dan kurang variatif, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang psikologi anak, perhatian guru tentang latar belakang dan kebutuhan anak kurang, kurang adanya konsep perencanaan yang baik dalam penyusunan program-program untuk memajukan lembaga yang ditanganinya, kepribadian guru yang kurang matang, dan minimnya kreatifitas dan inovasi untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang terjadi dalam lembaga.

Abstract

Abstract: Science learning in Islamic school is too less that orientation to Muslim scientist discoveries. Mainly, the theory that teaching to the student is adapted by the Westrn scientist discoveries. The study aim to rebuild treasure of the science in Muslim community throught learning orientation by the Muslim scientist discoveries, so that student would be more familiar with Muslim scientist and literating to work and glory of the Islam as before. The mehtod used in this project is the qualitative methode in the Islamic scientifict tradition approach and case study in the learning science books at the Islamic school. The result of research conduction show that there are similarity of principle by Physics modern scientist and Thabit ibn Qurra about the simple machine. Case study conduction show that only 13,51% textbooks are used at the Islamic School that giving information about Muslim scientist and their work by 75,67% textbooks that giving information about scientist. The solution offered to solve the problem is to make a textbook or handbook with largely contans the knowledge of the Muslim scientist.
