Abstract

Since the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak was announced as a pandemic by the WHO, it has certainly affected the face of education in Indonesia because of the implementation of social distancing so that learning is applied online. Schools are required to be able to implement online learning, including online learning management. This research is aimed at analyzing the implementation of online learning management based on the POSDCORB stages, and the implementation of online learning. This research uses a field research approach, and the subjects of this research are educators at the SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong who carry out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic and uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods.This research shows that the teachers in SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong  in implementing online learning management have carried out management stages. In this research, researchers examine the implementation of online learning management based on the management function of POSDCORB according to Luther Gulick's theory. Then the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong are: (1) Educators have a strategy of utilizing teaching time, then teachers also provide reinforcement and enrichment by using online media. (2) The teaching method used is a hybrid, namely collaboration between face-to-face learning and online learning methods. (3) The learning media used are electronic media and the use of online-based applications. (4) Learning evaluation, is a short-term learning evaluation, namely when online learning is carried out and when student assignments are collected.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the important activities for schools or madrasas in order to create quality learning continuity. So that the teacher's problems have been solved, one of which is enjoying teachers in the use of information technology to realize planned and organized supervision activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance, the effect of using technology on teacher performance and the effect of principal supervision and use of technology on teacher performance. This quantitative research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 and 2 Malang City. The population is 244 people and the sample is 150 people. The results of this study prove that there is a significant positive effect of madrasa supervision on teacher performance as evidenced by the percentage of 6.1%. On the other hand, there is a significant positive effect between the use of technology on teacher performance, as evidenced by the percentage of 10.3%. There is also the influence of principal supervision and the use of technology on teacher performance by 16.5%. Thus, good teacher performance can be used a little through the implementation of supervision by the principal and finding teachers in information technology as well as several other factors mentioned in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the needs of students for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The research was carried out in February 2022. The research sample was 75 postgraduate students from 4 study programs, namely Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Education Management, and Islamic Religious Education. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on the needs of IAIN Curup postgraduate students for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The test and data analysis technique used is the Rasch model analysis with the help of the Winstep application. The result of this research is that MOOCs-based digital teaching materials are very much needed by IAIN Curup postgraduate students. This is evidenced by the percentage value ofalpha cronbach 0.96 belongs to the special category which means that students strongly agree with the development.

Abstract

This study sought to examine the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance, as well as the impact of transformational leadership on job  satisfaction. Transformational Leadership that Influences Employee Performance in CV. Restu Mitra Manado. The research subjects are all CV. Restu Mitra Manado.employees. While The sample size is 50 employees from CV. Restu Mitra Manado, and the sampling method is convenience sampling. The convenience sampling and random sampling methods were used in this study. sampling technique Multiple linier regression analysis was used to examine the data. Other analyses include the classical assumption, hypothesis testing via the F test, and T-test, determination coefficient (R2) ) and Path Analysis. The study's findings revealed that transformational variables Leadership and job satisfaction have a significant influence, both individually and collectively.The Employee Efficiency Furthermore, the Transformational Leadership variables have a significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Leadership Transformation and Job Contentment Employees can explain 87.6 percent of performance and 12.4 percent of performance. be explained by variables not included in the model While the Path Analysis results show that the total effect outweighs the direct effect Job satisfaction was mentioned as an intervening variable with Transformational Leadership that has an impact on employee performance.Job Satisfaction; Transformational Leadership; Employee Performance

Abstract

The discipline of employees regarding working hours at the office of BPJS Health Kotabumi Branch is still relatively low. This low discipline of employees towards working hours can cause a lack of employee productivity. Problems concerning discipline in a company or government agency must be solved by making policies to overcome them. This study aimed to analyze the effect of implementing reward and punishment policies as a solution to increase employee productivity. The type of this study was field research with the quantitative method to analyze the obtained data. Samples in this study were 30 employees of BPJS Health for Kotabumi Branch, selected using the total sampling technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the obtained data, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculations using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis at a significance level of a=0,05, showed as follows. First, the p-value for H_0A was 0.02 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0A was rejected, concluding that the reward policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. Second, the p-value for H_0B was 0.00 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0B was also rejected, concluding that the punishment policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. Third, the p-value for H_0C was 0.00 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0C was rejected, concluding that the reward and punishment policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. These findings contributed to increasing the productivity of employee performance. In addition, they can be used by policymakers in a company for increasing the productivity of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the competence of students based on information technology. This research is a qualitative research case study model (case study). The study was conducted by direct observation and in-depth interviews at the IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School. Observations were made during information technology-based learning from marketer, multimedia, and programmer programs. Then an open interview was conducted to obtain data on the digital effectiveness of the students' competence. The results of in-depth observations and interviews in this study indicate that the use of information technology as the main learning in addition to learning religious knowledge is very effective in helping students benefit when they enter the community. Information technology-based competencies increase income when entering the entrepreneurial world or become a plus when working in the e-commerce world.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of decision making in improving the quality of education at MTsN Kota Solok. The quality of education can be seen from three aspects, namely: input, process and output. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the planning for decision making by the Head of MTsN Kota Solok is carried out through a meeting forum involving the entire assembly of teachers and employees by identifying the needs of the institution. Organizing decision making is done by classifying problems that require decision making based on a priority scale. The implementation of decision making is carried out according to the plan, namely through a meeting forum attended by the entire assembly of teachers and employees. In the meeting, the teachers and employees were asked for their opinions and suggestions related to the problems that were taken and then mutually agreed upon. Decision-making control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation as well as supervision and follow-up plans.

Abstract

The method used to know the epistemology of Muhammad Sholeh's educational thought is carried out through three main elements, namely: riyadhoh (spiritual practice), maqamat (stages of Sufistic ascent), and ahwal (Sufism experience). Riyadhah is an exercise of the soul in truth and sincerity in the context of istiqomah in worshiping Allah SWT. The mental training carried out in this guidance process is as exemplified and carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. There are three forms of riyadhoh that can be done by a student to get to know Allah SWT through three activities, namely; seeking knowledge, being consistent with the practice of the sunnah, and always maintaining time.

Abstract

Problems that hinder economic development and human resources in many cases, one of which is caused by the low quality and level of human education. While there is a doctrine that education does not increase human productivity. Therefore, this study wants to show the urgency of education on economic development and human resources from a theoretical perspective. Education must be seen as a long-term investment and a key prerequisite for growth and development in various sectors, especially the development of the economic and human sectors. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used to analyze the data. Research data is obtained from library materials by seriously studying various relevant literature such as books, scientific articles, and other supporting documents, which are considered to be important contributions to the research topic. Research finds that the quality of education affects economic development and human resources. Education has an important contribution to economic growth because of the availability of human resources produced by education itself. In conclusion, education is the key to economic development and human resources. This study suggests that in order to maximize the effect of education on economic development and human resources, it is necessary to consider certain rules that are important to follow, especially education must be directed to be able to answer the challenges of an increasingly complex era and be a solution to the problems faced by humans

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy and leadership style of madrasah principals at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo and analyze the implementation of research madrasahs at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo. The problems raised include a) how at a glance about MTsN 2 Sukoharjo in the Research Madrasa Pioneer; b) what is the strategy and leadership style of the madrasah principal at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo; c) how is the implementation of research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo; and d) what are the supporters and obstacles for madrasah principals in implementing research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative-descriptive type of research. The data obtained came from primary data through a brief online interview with the principal of MTsN 2 Sukoharjo and secondary data through literature review analysis by reading & analyzing literature from various sources such as journals, articles, books, etc. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo in reality has not been fully supported by adequate educators. The principal's leadership strategy in supporting research madrasas at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo is carried out through fostering educator performance, supervising educator performance, coaching and affirming educator discipline, and providing motivation. The head of the madrasa at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo uses a leadership strategy with a democratic style, where the head of the madrasa approaches himself with educators, staff, and students.
