Abstract

The application of toll road electronification aims to provide satisfaction for toll road users in the making transactions faster and efficiently without having to queue. The study of the effectiveness of the e-toll card program is noteworthy because of the success or failure of the quality of services provided by the company; it will show an increase in the satisfaction of toll users, which in turn will become the benchmark of the company in managing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-toll card program effectiveness on customer satisfaction of toll road users on the Surabaya-Gempol toll road. The study sample was 400 respondents, for data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results showed that the effectiveness of the e-toll card program affected the satisfaction of toll road users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence ofindividual personalitiesand the big five model of non-physical work environment on the performance ofindependent syriah bank employee in London. In this study the authors used aresearch method is descriptive and Verifikatif, where descriptive studies that describethe real state of the object contained in the study required data obtained from the fillingof questionnaires, interviews, observation, and study documentation. Verifikatif isbasically wanted to test the truth of the hypothesis which is carried out through fielddata collection. The research was conducted on 69 employees in branch offices, BankSyariah Mandiri in Pontianak, to support research to ensure compliance with theobjectives to be achieved then the respondent will answer in the form of crosstabulation tabulated and analyzed and the conclusions drawn. The method used isdescriptive analysis, causal and associative multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study concluded that by looking at the variable Big Five PersonalityModel and Non-Physical Work Environment jointly or simultaneously have a positiveand significant impact on the creation of employee performance at PT. Bank SyariahMandiri Pontianak. The most dominant variable affecting the creation of employeeperformance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Pontianak is:Non-Physical WorkEnvironment variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine whether there is a direct effect of Return On Asset (X1) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) the Stock Return (Y) (study on property sector listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange). The population in this research is 41 companies; samples are seven companies with purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. Analysis of data uses path analysis with SPSS 23. Based on data analysis, the results of this research indicate that the return on asset (X1) decisions positively affect the stock return, while debt to equity ratio (X2) did not significantly affect the stock return.

Abstract

The research is empirical studies aimed at to analyse the influence of net profit and operating cash flow toward dividends cash to LQ-45 companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variable in the research was net profit and operating cash flow with dividend cash as the dependent variable.This research is research with the design causal which is research aimed to analyse the relationship between variable research. The method for the took sample that used in this research is purposive sampling and obtained 28 company as a sample. The way of analysis is multiple regression with test the classical assumption and hypothesis test.This research concludes that both of two independent variables have a positive influence toward cash dividend in simultan, but in individual net profit have positive significant toward cash dividend, whereas operating cash flow is not influence cash dividend.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of development on employee careerimprovement at the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Nias Regency. The sample inthis research is by using random sampling. The analysis technique used is a simplelinear correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis. The method used in thisresearch is a descriptive method with the quantitative approach that is the method inresearching the status of a group of people, an object, a set of condition or system ofthought or a class of events in the present. From the results of research conducted, it isobtained results that: Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained that there issignificant influence between the development of employee career improvement atthe office of the district secretariat nias.

Abstract

Abstract Conflict is a mismatch between two or more members or groups (in an organization or company) that must share limited resources or work activities and/or because of the fact that they have different status, goals, values, or perceptions. Conflicts can occur anywhere, including in a company, conflict occurs because each party or one party feels disadvantaged. Conflicts can have negative consequences but can also have positive consequences. This research was conducted in a company, namely in PT YKT Gear Indonesia, the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of conflict can affect PT YKT Gear Indonesia's employees, whether the influence of conflict can reduce the performance of PT YKT Gear Indonesia's employees or can improve PT YKT Gear employee performance Indonesia. From the results of this study it can be concluded that based on the results of a simple regression analysis, conflict has a positive influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.344. This means that a one-point increase in Conflict will result in an increase in Employee Performance at PT YKT Gear Indonesia of 0.344 and vice versa, if there is a one-point decrease in Conflict, it will be followed by a decrease in Employee Performance of 0.344 at PT YKT Gear Indonesia. While based on the results of a simple correlation analysis the effect of conflict on performance is moderate positive because the resulting r value is 0.434. Based on the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that conflict has a contribution of 18.81% to the performance of PT YKT Gear Indonesia employees, the remaining 81.91% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ownership retention, independent commissioner, dan dividend policy pada nilai perusahaan sebagai strategi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi pada perusahaan startup di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 70 perusahaan startup di Indonesia yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2018. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan Pendekatan WarpPLS. Sebelum dilakukan interpretasi terhadap hasil pengujian hipotesis, maka model seharusnya memiliki Goodness of Fit.Hasil dari Model Fit dan Quality Indices dapat dilihat bahwa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian memiliki kriteria yang baik dan acceptable. Dalam melakukan investasi pada perusahaan Startup yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, strategi investasi yang dapat digunakan oleh investor maupun calon investor yaitu dengan melihat nilai Ownership Retention sebagai acuan dalam menentukan nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, investor juga dapat melihat nilai Ownership Retention, Intellectual Commissioner dan Dividend Policy yang tinggi karena nilai yang tinggi akan menghasilkan nilai Earning per Share yang tinggi pula.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, and Institutional Ownership on Return On Asset both partially and simultaneously in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were eighteen companies and thirteen companies were used as samples in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and components and observations made over five years starting from 2013-2017. Data collection techniques in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously Debt Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, and Institutional Ownership have no significant effect on Return On Assets in companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017.

Abstract

Penelitian terdahulu dilakukan oleh Lembaga Demografi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia (LD FEB UI) pada data kontribusi layanan transportasi online terhadap perekonomian Indonesia melalui UMKM, yang berkontribusi sebesar 1,7 Triliun per tahun, atau 138,6 Miliar per bulannya. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana persepsi dan kendala UMKM di wilayah Kalimantan Barat setelah berkerjasama dengan transportasi online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kendala UMKM terhadap transportasi online di wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari 100 responden pengusaha UMKM di Kalimantan Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi UMKM terhadap transportasi online sangat positif, bermanfaat dan membantu pengusaha UMKM. Dengan kendala yang dihadapi adanya kecurangan dan pelayanan yang tidak memuaskan yang dilakukan oknum pengemudi, serta sebagian konsumen masih merasa tingginya harga yang ditawarkan oleh transportasi online.

Abstract

Rural areas are often linked to the lagging development of ways of life compared to modern life in urban areas. Consumers are an important element in consumer behavior, so an effort to market a product, a sales manager must analyze, study, and understand the behavior of prospective consumer consumers, it will take the consumer's point of view obtained to can reevaluate and respond to needs quickly. Therefore, consumer needs that underlie consumer behavior must be fully understood plus rural consumers who are often considered to be underdeveloped consumers  how to transact in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of consumer behavior factors consisting of personal , social, and technology simultaneously towards decisions on digital-based products in 4.0 era in the village of Pagarawan and Balunijuk. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The simulataneous test results show that personal, social, and technological factors have a significant effect on the decision of digital-based products in 4.0 era in the village of  Pagarawan and Balunijuk. While the results of partial testing show that all variables chosen as research models each have a positive and significant influence on the decisions of digital-based products in 4.0 era in Pagarawan and Balunijuk villages, Merawang sub-district.
