Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to examine how consumers' purchase intentions toward BYD electric automobiles are impacted by green marketing. Green products, green pricing, green distribution, and green promotion are the four aspects that are used to analyze green marketing. 102 individuals who were considering buying a BYD electric vehicle but had not yet done so provided the data. A partial least squares (PLS) method of structural equation modeling was used for the analysis. While green pricing and distribution had no discernible impact on purchase intent, the study's findings show that green items and green promotions have a favorable and significant impact. The significance of sustainable product and promotion tactics is emphasized by these findings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital, fertilizer prices and sharia financing on the income of oil palm farmers in Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. Farmers' income is influenced by various factors, including the capital used for production, fluctuating fertilizer prices, and access to sharia financing which offers an interest-free alternative in the agricultural financial system. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data was obtained from 35 respondents who are oil palm farmers who are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Gunung Tua. The research results show that fertilizer prices have a significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers, while capital and sharia financing do not have a significant effect. The simultaneous test (F test) shows that the three independent variables together have a significant influence on the income of oil palm farmers. However, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 40.4% shows that there are still other factors that influence the income of oil palm farmers in the area

Abstract

Digital transformation (DT) has become a strategic element in the management of higher education institutions, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital technologies. Universities are increasingly required to adjust their learning and administrative models by integrating advanced technologies. In this context, leadership plays a central role in fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)—voluntary behavior that is not formally required but contributes to organizational effectiveness. However, several studies indicate that leadership skills influence on OCB is inconsistent. Therefore, this study proposes an investigation into the impact of Digital Transformational Leadership (DTL) on OCB, with two mediating variables: Human Resources Analytics (HRA) and Organizational Justice (OJ). DTL combines transformational leadership characteristics with digital competencies, making it highly relevant in addressing the disruptions of the digital era. This research analyzes how DTL skills influence OCB through HRA and OJ and how these mediators enhance employee engagement and motivation. The study involved 184 lecturers from three faculties at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta, selected proportionally using the Krejcie-Morgan method. A quantitative approach was employed with Stratified Random Sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3 version 3.2.9. The findings show that DTL significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Human Resources Analytics (HRA), and Organizational Justice (OJ). Additionally, the results indicate that Organizational Justice (OJ) significantly impacts OCB. However, Human Resources Analytics (HRA) does not directly influence OCB or as a mediating variableKeywords:Keywords: Digital Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Human Resources Analytics, Organizational Justice, Digital Transformation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of exports and Islamic bank financing on the economic growth of North Sumatra Province using monthly time series data from 2013 to 2022. The research employs a quantitative approach, with data processed using EViews 12 and analyzed through the Vector Autoregression (VAR) and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methods to examine both short-term and long-term relationships among variables. The findings indicate the existence of long-term equilibrium among exports, Islamic bank financing, and economic growth. However, in the short term, neither exports nor Islamic bank financing have a statistically significant effect on economic growth, although a unidirectional causality is observed from economic growth to both variables. The impulse response analysis reveals fluctuations in both variables’ reactions to economic growth shocks during the early periods. In the long run, exports show a more dominant and significant influence on economic growth compared to Islamic bank financing. These results highlight the need for strategic efforts to enhance export performance and optimize the role of Islamic banking in supporting regional economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and price perception on purchase decisions for Kopi Kelana, amid the increasing competition in the local coffee industry. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected from 128 respondents in Surabaya who had previously purchased Kopi Kelana, through an online questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that both product quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings suggest that consumers are more likely to make a purchase when they perceive the coffee as high quality and the price as fair and aligned with the value offered. The implication for Kopi Kelana is the importance of consistently maintaining product quality and implementing a pricing strategy that reflects the perceived value. This research also opens opportunities for further studies by including additional factors such as promotion or customer service.
