Abstract

This study examines financial self-efficacy as a mediator between financial inclusion, digital payment adoption, and financial management behavior among MSMEs in Semarang City. Survey data from 100 respondents were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Financial inclusion and digital payment adoption had no significant direct effects on financial management behavior, but both positively and significantly influenced financial self-efficacy. Financial self-efficacy positively and significantly influenced financial management behavior and mediated both relationships. These findings highlight the importance of complementing financial access and digital payment adoption with practical training that strengthens financial confidence to support better financial management. Keywords: Financial Inclusion; Digital Payment Adoption; Financial Self-Efficacy; Financial Management Behavior

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green marketing on purchase intention and purchase decisions for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in Jabodetabek. It evaluates green product, green price, green place, and green promotion, with purchase intention as a mediating variable. A cross-sectional explanatory survey using purposive sampling was conducted among BEV purchasers or owners. The results indicate that green product, green price, and green promotion positively influence purchase intention, whereas green place does not. Purchase intention positively influences purchase decisions and mediates the effects of the three significant green marketing dimensions. These findings provide implications for developing effective BEV marketing strategies. Keywords: Green Marketing; Green Product; Green Price; Green Promotion; Purchase Intention; Purchase Decision; Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV).

Abstract

This study examines QRIS adoption and financial inclusion in Indonesia, with cultural intelligence as a mediator and government role as a moderator. A survey of 210 QRIS users was analysed using PLS-SEM. QRIS adoption positively affected financial inclusion and cultural intelligence, while cultural intelligence positively affected financial inclusion. However, the indirect effect through cultural intelligence was not significant (β = 0.117; p = 0.219), nor was government moderation (β = 0.053; p = 0.285). The findings highlight cultural readiness in digital financial inclusion, while the proposed mediation and moderation were unsupported.

Abstract

This study examines streamer attributes, parasocial interaction, customer engagement, and impulsive buying tendency under time pressure. A cross-sectional survey purposively sampled 480 Indonesian TikTok Shop buyers aged 18–28 with prior impulsive-purchase experience. PLS-SEM showed that interaction quality, credibility, and entertainment were positively associated with parasocial interaction, with credibility strongest. Parasocial interaction was positively associated with engagement, which was positively associated with impulsive buying tendency. Four specific indirect effects were significant. Perceived time pressure showed a small negative moderating effect on the engagement–buying tendency relationship. Findings support relational approaches to live commerce but do not establish causality. Keywords: Customer Engagement; Impulsive Buying Tendency; Live-Streaming Commerce; Parasocial Interaction; Streamer Attributes

Abstract

This study examines associations of workload and occupational stress with nurse productivity at a hospital in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. A cross-sectional survey of 139 nurses was analyzed using PLS-SEM. Workload (β = .330; t = 4.660) and occupational stress (β = .363; t = 5.869) were positively associated with self-reported productivity, explaining 31.8% of its variance. However, all AVE values were below .50. The counterintuitive coefficients are therefore interpreted as exploratory associations that may reflect adaptive effort, item coding, or common-method effects rather than beneficial consequences of work pressure. Keywords: Hospital Management; Nurse Productivity; Occupational Stress; PLS-SEM; Workload

Abstract

This study examines how banking market concentration relates to accounting and market-based performance and whether financial slack conditions these relationships. An unbalanced panel of 818 Indonesian non-financial listed firms produced 6,537 firm-year observations for 2015–2025. Firm fixed-effects models with clustered standard errors show that concentration is negatively associated with ROA and ROE but positively associated with Tobin’s Q. The concentration–slack interaction is negative for ROA and Tobin’s Q, but insignificant for ROE. Robustness estimates support the ROA interaction, while the valuation interaction is estimator-sensitive.

Abstract

This study examines associations between perceived nurse competence, service quality, nurse communication quality, and inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Muaradua, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. A cross-sectional survey involved 210 inpatients selected through purposive sampling with ward-based quotas. Data were analysed using PLS-SEM with 5,000 bootstrap subsamples. All three predictors were positively and significantly associated with satisfaction (p < 0.001), explaining 60.2% of its variance. Communication had the largest estimated coefficient. Findings support coordinated improvements in clinical knowledge, service responsiveness, and therapeutic communication, while the cross-sectional design precludes causal conclusions. Keywords: Patient satisfaction; Nurse competence; Nurse communication; Service quality

Abstract

This cross-sectional study examines laissez-faire leadership and perceived organizational support in relation to employee performance through innovative work behaviour at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Questionnaires from 182 purposively selected employees were analysed using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS. Organizational support was positively associated with performance (coefficient = 0.559) and innovation (0.796). Innovation was positively associated with performance (0.260), and the indirect support association was significant (0.207; p = 0.042). Direct and indirect laissez-faire associations were nonsignificant. The findings support an organizational-support pathway without establishing causal effects.
