Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of workplace spirituality, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at Niagara Swalayan. This study is explanatory quantitative research with data collection using Likert - scale questionnaire and employee performance assessment of 73 respondents out of a total population of 89 people. The data analyzed by using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that workplace spirituality and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Niagara Swalayan. Meanwhile, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance at Niagara Swalayan. Based on the detailed information obtained from respondents concerning job satisfaction, it is known that routine and structured nature of work activities, economic needs, and a sense of comfort in the work environment are the main reasons why employees continue to perform well despite experiencing job dissatisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-confidence, training, and employee relations on employee performance at PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia II Sukabumi. A quantitative approach using descriptive and associative methods was applied, with data collected from 292 employees selected through simple random sampling. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS 27. The results show that all three independent variables significantly and positively affect employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination indicates that these variables account for 58.9% of the variance in performance. These findings highlight the importance of psychological empowerment, technical training, and harmonious workplace relationships in enhancing company productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Return On Equity Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Corporate Social Responsibility Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Sektor Barang Baku Tahun 2020 Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 perusahaan. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan Analisis Regresi Moderasi (MRA). Nilai Koefisien Korelasi adalah 0,334 berarti bahwa antara ROE dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan hubungannya rendah. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) atau R square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,111 menunjukan bahwa 11,1% pengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan hubungannya dijelaskan oleh variabel ROE dan CSR, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 88,9% Nilai Perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Variabel moderasi CSR menunjukan bahwa CSR tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara ROE terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sumber daya alam dan sumber daya budaya terhadap kinerja ekowisata dengan kualitas wisata sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Desa Trunyan, khususnya dalam satu tahun terakhir, yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dengan kualitas wisata di desa tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode inferensial Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varians, dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya alam berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ekowisata, sumber daya budaya berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ekowisata, sumber daya alam berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pariwisata, sumber daya budaya berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pariwisata, dan kualitas pariwisata berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ekowisata. Kualitas pariwisata terbukti menjadi variabel intervening dalam hubungan sumber daya alam dengan kinerja ekowisata, sedangkan kualitas pariwisata tidak terbukti menjadi variabel intervening dalam hubungan sumber daya budaya dengan kinerja ekowisata.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and innovation on the business performance of garment SMEs in Sukabumi City. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods, data were obtained from 38 SME owners through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the relationships between variables. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly and positively affect business performance. These findings underscore the importance of aligning strategy with market needs and innovation. The study provides valuable insights and practical recommendations for SME entrepreneurs to improve performance and competitiveness through strategic business initiatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penghindaran pajak dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan Food and Beverange di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset, Sales growth, capital intensity, komisaris Independen, dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Return on Asset secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Sales growth, capital intensity, komisaris Independen, dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Uji residual menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan dapat memoderasi hubungan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap penghindaran pajak. Namun, ukuran perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi variabell independen lain terhadap penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the optimization of non-medical general logistics management and operational cost efficiency at 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital. Through a qualitative approach using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Primary and secondary data were collected from 5 key informants. The logistics management function is key in achieving efficiency in hospital operational costs. This research aims to provide an overview of the importance of optimal logistics management to increase operational costs efficiency in supporting quality health services in hospitals

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job placement and career development on employee retention at PT Darussyifa Hikmah Tirta. Using a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach, data were collected from 63 respondents through questionnaires. Regression analysis results show that job placement and career development significantly influence employee retention. The implication is that companies should align HR management strategies by emphasizing proper placement and career support to enhance retention.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability, debt policy, and asset growth on firm value in Indonesia's energy sector and the moderating role of ownership structure. Using secondary data from 2015–2023 and purposive sampling, data were analyzed with SEM-PLS (WarpPLS 7.0). Results show profitability, debt policy, and asset growth positively affect firm value. Institutional ownership moderates the effect of debt policy but not profitability or asset growth. The findings provide strategic insights for managers, investors, and policymakers to enhance firm value through ownership structure and financial factors.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of social commerce constructs on purchase intention through trust in overclaimed skincare products among Bengkulu City consumers. Using a quantitative approach with 220 respondents via purposive sampling, data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results show that social commerce constructs significantly influence trust, which in turn positively affects purchase intention. However, social commerce constructs do not directly influence purchase intention. These findings suggest that building consumer trust is essential for skincare businesses to optimize marketing strategies on social media
