Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine what kind of attachment is used most in adolescence with their mothers that work full time in Makassar, South Celebes. Subjects of this research are 85 adolescence. The characteristics of the subjects are 11-20 years old that live in Makassar, South Celebes, Indonesia and has a mother who works full time. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The result of the research shows that 1 out of 85 subjects has a very low attachment with their mother, 13  subjects have low attachments, 49 subjects have average attachments, 11 have high attachments, and 1 has a very high attachment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the attachment that is normally used in Makassar is the average attachment, which is followed by low attachment. Keywords: adolescent, attachment, working mother. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kelekatan jenis apa yang lebih banyak pada remaja dengan ibu yang bekerja sepanjang hari di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 remaja. Kriteria subjek adalah remaja berusia 11-20 tahun yang berdomisili di Makassar dan memiliki ibu yang bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1 dari 85 subjek memiliki kelekatan yang sangat rendah, 13 mengalami kelekatan yang rendah, 49 subjek memiliki kelekatan yang sedang, 11 subjek memiliki kelekatan yang tinggi, dan 1 subjek memiliki kelekatan yang sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis kelekatan yang sering dijumpai di Makassar adalah kelekatan sedang, yang diikuti dengan kelekatan yang rendah.   Kata Kunci: ibu bekerja, kelekatan, remaja

Abstract

Mahasiswa perantau akan menghadapi banyak tantangan yang ada di tempat perantauannya. Emosi negatif bisa muncul ketika menghadapi tantangan yang ada, emosi negatif jika tidak ditangani dengan benar, maka bisa menganggu kehidupan bagi mahasiswa perantau. Salah satu hal yang dibutuhkan adalah regulasi emosi, cognitive reappraisal maupun expressive suppression. Banyak studi yang menemukan bahwa attachment menjadi salah satu faktor dari regulasi emosi. Internal working model yang terbentuk dari interaksi dengan figur attachment mempengaruhi individu dalam meregulasi emosinya. Pada penelitian ini memakai adult attachment yang dilihat dari dimensi anxiety dan avoidance. Semakin tinggi dimensi anxiety ataupun avoidance akan memberikan pengaruh kepada regulasi emosi individu. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan meneliti pengaruh dari adult attachment terhadap strategi regulasi emosi pada mahasiswa perantau di Universitas X.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif non-experimental dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah ECR-R-GSF untuk adult attachment dan ERQ untuk strategi regulasi emosi. Analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS 23.0 dengan 167 partisipan. Hasil yang didapatkan ada pengaruh dari adult attachment terhadap expressive suppression dengan dimensi avoidance yang memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan (p=.000, p<.05) sebesar 13.5% dan dimensi anxiety tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan (p=.054, p>.05). Hasil lainnya tidak ditemukan pengaruh dari adult attachment terhadap cognitive reappraisal.

Abstract

Local election democracy has been instrumental in increasing the political partaicipation of society, to obtain local leaders who are elected democratically. Local election as mechanisms of local democracy in Indonesia, have an impact on voter behavior tendencies. This study aims to discuss the essence of the local election in the dynamics of local politics and democracy as well as its relationship with the trend of voter behavior. Based on the various theories and research, found that voting behavior is influenced by many factors, including sociological factors, psychological factors, economic factors and factors of mass media. These factors apparently also found in the implementation of the General Election in Indonesia and partaicularly in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Parenting satisfaction is an indicator to see the quality of the relationship between parents and children. Satisfaction of parenting is considered important because it has an impact on the formation of psychological dynamics of good parenting. The foundation of many parenting satisfaction is based on the feeling of parents to be competent in caring for their children. Confidence in the ability to care turns out to have a strong relationship with the formation of parenting satisfaction. The correlation between parenting satisfaction and self-efficacy is implicitly discussed in various studies, but only a few directly link the two variables. The meta-analysis study aims to ensure the relationship of care satisfaction with self-efficacy through measuring sampling errors in 21 studies from 15 selected articles. The result is a sufficient correlation (ř= 0.41) between parenting satisfaction and self-efficacy. It becomes the basis for determining relationship between parenting satisfaction and self-efficacy. Keywords: parenting satisfaction, parenting self efficacy, meta-analysis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui makna kesejahteraan di sekolah pada siswa, faktor yang berpengaruh dan dampak kesejahteraan di sekolah yang rendah. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMA di Surabaya sebanyak  202 siswa pada 4 (empat) sekolah. Hasil penelitian kesejahteraan di sekolah merupakan sebagai suasana yang nyaman selama  siswa di sekolah yang menagcu pada aspek kepuasan di sekolah dan afek di sekolah. Kesejehteraan di sekolah dapat dipengaruhi faktor dukungan guru, dukungan teman, rasa syukur, kebersamaan, rasa syukur dan harga diri. Dampak yang dapat terjadi ketika kesejahteraan di sekolah rendah adalah psikologis siswa, perilaku negatif dan hasil akademik.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of self efficacy training on students mathematics learning motivation. Subject in this research were 25 students of class IX SMP N "X" Sleman Yogyakarta, which are divided into 13 students as the experimental group and 12 students as the control group. The data was collected using a scale of mathematics motivation to learn and scale of self efficacy. The research design used was pre post control group design. Analysis of the study were quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using the Mann – Whitney test to determine mathematics learning motivation after the self efficacy training given. The qualitative analysis was done based on observation, interviews and worksheets. The results of the research were used pre-test and post-test, showed that there was increased mathematics learning motivation after training given by the value of Z = -3.740 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). In the pre-test and follow-up, showed that there was increased mathematics learning motivation after two weeks of training given by the value of Z = 1.989 dan p = 0,047 (p < 0,05). The conclusion of this research is the self efficacy training can increased students mathematics learning motivation class IX SMP N "X".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family social support and meaningfulness of life in the elderly in Kebandungan Village. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between family social support and meaningfulness of life in the elderly who live in Kebandungan Village. The subject of this study is the elderly aged >60 (sixty years and over) who have a family including a husband, wife, siblings, children and grandchildren, both living in one house or separately. The number of subjects in this study were 65 elderly. Data collection was carried out using meaningfulness of life Scale and Family Social Support Scale. The data analysis method used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, obtained a correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.397 with p = 0.01 (p <0.05) which means there is a positive relationship between family social support and meaningfulness of life. The coefficient of determination (R Squared) is equal to (R2) = 0.158, which means that the effective contribution to family social support is 15.8%, so the remaining 84.2% is influenced by other factors, namely personal understanding, acting positively, deepening tri values (creative value, appreciation value, attitude value), and worship.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu tingkat efikasi diri pada peserta didik SMA X Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 142 siswa SMA X, yang terdiri atas 83 laki-laki dan 59 perempuan, serta terdiri atas kelas X,XI, dan XII. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala efikasi diri yang disusun oleh Pihatnaningtyas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efikasi diri dari siswa SMA X Makassar tergolong sedang menuju rendah

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) implementation of a learning model center in the development of expressive language of early childhood, and (2) The  factors that influence the development of early childhood expressive language in the center learning model. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using: (1) Field observations to observe all activities carried out in TK Negeri 01 Tenggarong, (2) Methods of interviews conducted by teachers, students and principals of TK Negeri 01 Tenggarong, (3) Method of documentation, as supporting to obtain data in the field, and from the documentation / recording results are transcribed and grouped and then analyzed using a flow model, which starts with (a) data reduction, (b) data presentation, (c) conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the center learning model was instrumental in developing children's expressive language intelligence, because children can learn to communicate with other people in various ways, children are also able to express feelings, ideas with appropriate word choices when communicating (2) factors that influence the development of expressive language of early childhood in the center learning model are: health factors, intelligence factors, family socioeconomic status, gender, and family relationships.

Abstract

Sense of Community dalam suatu komunitas sangatlah penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi serta semakin mendorong proaktif anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan Sense of Community dan partisipasi sosial anggota komunitas dengan pendekatan Appreciative Inquiry sehingga dapat melakukan perubahan organisasi secara positif. Komunitas IPPKT saat ini sedang mengalami penurunan keterlibatan anggota. Sehingga diperlukan intervensi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota komunitas menggunakan Appreciative Inquiry yang terdiri dari 5 aspek antara lain, define, discover, dream, design, destiny. Metode penelitian tindakan ini yang dilakukan berhasil membuat anggota komunitas IPPKT diberbagai level berpartisipasi aktif mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang dibutuhkan dalam perubahan dan merencanakan langkah nyata dengan perasaan bangga dan termotivasi untuk melakukan perubahan dalam rangka mencapai keadaan yang diimpikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Appreciative Inquiry yang berfokus pada pencarian kekuatan berupa apa yang berjalan baik dalam menciptakan masa depan yang lebih efektif digunakan sebagai metode untuk melakukan perubahan dan pengembangan organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Appreciative Inquiry efektif dalam meningkatkan sense of community dan partisipasi sosial dengan nilai p= 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t sebesar 4,792 > 1,701 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan intervensi.
