Abstract

Finding the ideal solution is now largely hampered by the availability of digital-based education providers. This article uses the Vosviewer program is used to carry out the bibliometric process. Numerous papers from throughout the globe have made significant contributions to the discussion of this phenomenon. In the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, developed nations have done study on digitally based education services by offering findings that are able to accomplish maximum job productivity. The information was gathered from a variety of pertinent international journal references from several sources, including dimension.ai, publish, or peris, which served as the standard for locating pertinent references.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Ombudsman Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sulawesi in improving the Makassar City Government's compliance with public service standards. This is based on the Makassar City Government's compliance assessment which continues to be in the Yellow Zone. Qualitative research methods were chosen to facilitate the presentation of research results. Research data were obtained from interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of South Sulawesi is having the political will of the organizers of public and community services, and the weakness of the human resources is only 17 people is not proportional to the breadth and magnitude of the supervisory task that must be carried out.

Abstract

This study discusses collaboration and community participation in tourism development in Malino Village, Gowa Regency. Malino Village has the best tourism destinations in South Sulawesi, and its management involves several parties. However, the involvement of these parties has not been well established in the cooperative relationship. Community involvement in tourism management is also considered to be still lacking. To realize tourism development in Malino Village requires collaboration between every party involved and community involvement. The data that is the study material in this study was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Existing data were analyzed using Interactive Model Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the Gowa Regency Government does not have a collaborative foundation in tourism development. The cooperative relationship that exists is not based on the goal of overcoming tourism problems in Malino Village. Cooperation is carried out based on the interests of each. Community support in the development of tourism is realized by managing and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of tourism prepared by the government. In order for the development of tourism in Malino village to be implemented properly, the Gowa Regency government should carry out collaboration in the form of business clusters.

Abstract

The implementation of the Strengthening Character Education program cannot be separated from the role of all parties in the school. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. With as many as seven subjects, namely the Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, 2 teachers, and 3 students of the Campalagian State Vocational School. Data collection techniques using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results showed that the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education at UPT SMK Negeri Campalagian, seen from the results of data analysis, was included in the effective category. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the three indicators, namely the cultivation of strengthening integrated character education in subjects, the existence of extracurricular activities with the aim of forming the character of students, and habituation activities through school culture. In this study, the Campalagian State Vocational School teachers need to be creative in arranging learning and activities at school while still considering character education during the Covid-19 period. Character education during the pandemic will provide a pattern of living with character anywhere and under any conditions.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyse the effect of fraud diamond components on the occurrence of fraudulent financial statements. The components of fraud diamond which include financial stability, external pressure, personal financial need, financial target, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring, auditor change, audit opinion and directior change were independent variables that were suspected to affect the fraudulent financial statement in the company. Population in this research was all financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange which have been audited and published. Samples were financial statements of food and beverage companies period 2012-2016 taken through purposive sampling as many as ten companies. Data analysis techniques used were classical assumption test, hypothesis test (Test R2, Test F and Test T) and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this research indicated that personal financial need variables measured by the ratio of stock composition owned by the company (OSHIP) affect the occurrence of fraudulent financial statement. While the financial stability, external pressure, financial target, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring, auditor change, audit opinion and director change have no effect on the occurrence of fraudulent financial statement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for implementing village head elections in Saohiring Village, Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency and the evaluation results of village head elections. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is intended to provide a clear picture and description as a whole with guaranteed truth of the existing problems. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted with research informants: 1) Secretary of Saohiring Village, 2) Chair of the village head selection committee in Saohiring Village, 3) Chair of BPD, 4) Community leaders of Saohiring Village. The results showed that the Mechanism for the Implementation of the Election of the Head of Saohiring Village, Central Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency, was running quite well according to the Regional Regulation of Sinjai Regency Number 31 Year. This research can be used as a reference mechanism for implementing village head elections, because previous research has only focused on the roles and responsibilities of village heads.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution system administration activity model at PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor of West Nusa Tenggara and to analyze administrative processes in the cement distribution system at PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor West Nusa Tenggara. While the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with the data analysis technique of the Miles & Huberman interactive model, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research, it is known that the administration system process at PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor West Nusa Tenggara starts from requesting stock of goods, receiving goods from the warehouse, releasing goods to the warehouse, sales and finance using SID Mobile based on SAP (system analysis and product in data processing) with the Material Management (MM) application module , Sales Distribution (SD), and Finance and Control (FICO)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between responsiveness to public services at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bone Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique using cross tabulation. The results showed that the responsiveness of employees at the office of the population and civil registration office in Bone Regency had a good level of achievement with indicators namely the ability to respond to the public, speed of serving, accuracy of serving, accuracy of serving time, and ability to respond to complaints. Public services provided by employees to the community are in the effective category with variable indicators namely service efficiency, teamwork spirit, work group loyalty, service procedures, and facilities and infrastructure. Data analysis shows that responsiveness has a relationship with the effectiveness of public services at the office of the population and civil registration office in Bone Regency. It indicates that the better the responsiveness of employees, the more effective the public services provided. Therefore, good employee responsiveness needs to be maintained and increased to provide effective public services.

Abstract

COVID-19 Pandemic preparedness plans in mining companies are very important, so standards are needed as valuable input for all mining companies to make continuous improvements. preparedness plans, so that mining companies do not have to stop operating due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims for a COVID-19 pandemic preparedness plan in mining companies. The methodology used in this study was to compare mining companies' COVID-19 preparedness plans with ISO/PAS 45005:2020 Standard General guidelines for working safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results The results suggest several elements for COVID-19 pandemic preparedness including leadership, risk management. , case management, health protocols, 3Ts (tracing, testing and treatment), emergency management, and case investigations have been identified as key elements for inclusion. The scoring system can be based on the level of implementation of each element. In conclusion, to be better prepared for future pandemics, several strategies have been identified to better manage the pandemic including worker and community participation, worker and public led crisis communication and the RCCE strategy.

Abstract

An analysis of the implementation of the policy of fostering independence of work guidance that has been carried out by the Class IIA Palembang Women's Prison which aims to provide skills and knowledge when serving prison prisoners and preparing fostered residents for correctional activities to return to the community and improve the social functioning of fostered residents in correctional services. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the policy of fostering self-directed work guidance that has been carried out by the Class IIA Palembang Women's Prison. This research is a descriptive research with an occlusive approach. o The data used o is based on the o type o is oqualitative data, while based on the source o is primary primary data and secondary o data. o The open data collection instruments used were documentation, interviews, and observations. Based on the research results, there are 3 dimensions that have not gone well, namely the standard dimensions and policy targets/measures and policy objectives, resources and attitudes of implementers. The dimensions that have been running well are the dimensions of the implementing organization's characteristics, communication between related organizations and the socio-economic and political environment. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the policy of fostering independence of work guidance has not been able to return convicts to the community by providing life provisions in the form of work skills, because in essence prisons aim to make convicts become better citizens than before by instilling good personality and character.
