Abstract

Based on the results of monitoring of learning at Post PAUD in Tlogomas region in the 20172018 semester, there are several findings in the development of non-formal education institutions among the following; 1). facilities and learning infrastructure that has not been good, 2). The welfare of teachers is still uncertain, 3). administrative demands from partner institutions, and also 4). different curriculum guide of ECD (Formal) with Post PAUD (non Formal), also related teacher competence. This devotion program helps provide partner problem solving that is; mentoring and training of learning tool preparation, the planning stage begins with visits to several PAUD Post. Implementation of each teacher reviewing learning tools, dilanjudkan accompaniment team as well as training the preparation of personal RPPH preparation, then the results are presented in groups to get input repair and end the evaluation with the team of servants. The results of the teacher program can demonstrate the results of the group's work to make the RPPH hope that the follow-up of this activity will be dilanjudkannya in their respective institutions to improve the quality of learning according to student development.

Abstract

Creativity is an important aspect for every child, especially for kindergarten children. The level of creativity of the children both in school and home will have an effect on their learning achievement. There for, children creativity should be developed and facilitated with various facilities and infrastructure. One of the way to develop children's creativity is the skills of paper folding (origami). The lack of children's creativity, especially in the art of origami skills, is influenced by some factors such as the lack of creativity of the children itself, the facilities and infrastructures, unsupportive environment, the possibility of unprofessional teachers in applying the basic skills of teaching, either skills using variations or style of teaching methods. By improving the professionalism of the teachers, it can be expected to create a fun learning-teaching process for learners

Abstract

At this time, a lot of news about unemployment of higher education graduates became a special concern for the campus as the organizer. The solutions adopted include entrepreneurship education programs for students and graduates. But often entrepreneurship education programs that are carried out are not continuous and sporadic in order to obtain less optimal results. The entrepreneurship development program aims to provide entrepreneurship guidance for students and alumni of Universitas Islam Darul Ulum by prioritizing the concept of sustainable training and coaching and adjusting tenant issues. This program uses a three-phase of Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach, namely awareness, entrepreneurship capacity building, and institutionalization. The results were obtained that this program provided improvements in tenant management, produced science and technology-based products and formed cooperation with related parties.

Abstract

The library is part of school facilities that must be managed properly. But in reality, in the field there are still many school libraries that are still not good in the management system such as reading room arrangement that is not comfortable, books that are not labeled so that it is difficult for readers to look for it, it is difficult to know the availability of books (administrative services using manuals) and there are still many librarians who Not yet qualified in their fields, there are even librarians who are not purely library subjects, so there is a need for training and education for librarians and providers in the school library. We see the need for library development in several schools in Tlanakan sub-district. Because it can increase interest in visiting and reading students. So that the target in achieving is the increase of librarian's knowledge and ability in managing the school library properly so that the library becomes a maximum means of supporting student learning. The findings of this activity are the participants responded well. They get a lot of previously unknown knowledge about library management and are motivated to develop libraries in their schools and plan to follow other trainings that support their knowledge in managing the library.

Abstract

Archival accountability as a public service in meeting stakeholders and study material for managers in making decisions. Archival activities and e-documents on an agency is a sub-system of a government system that is constantly changing and developing so that changes and developments affect the institution as a sub-system where the sub-systems interact between sub-systems in the system itself. In the future, archives and e-documents will use an electronic system because it is very effective and efficient, critical, outcomes in an activity a manager takes a decision and policy. The problem still uses a lot of document archiving manually so that it takes a long time to find archives that have an impact on activities to be less effective and less efficient. The purpose of providing electronic skills competencies in e-documents. The form of activities carried out in the form of training and workshop management system for e-documents. The benefits of this activity provide a competence in knowledge and skills in managing archives through electronic (e-documents) so that organizational activities become effective efficiently productive and outcomes. Target audiences are kindergarten and paud teachers located in Mandastana sub-district, Barito Kuala district. Implementation Method. Training and Workshop, Discussion and Questions and Answers. Results Training and workshop participants get new insights and skills in e-documents Akuntabilitas kearsipan sebagai pelayanan publik dalam memenuhi stakeholder dan bahan kajian bagi manejer dalam mengambil keputusan. Kegiatan kearsipan dan e-dokumen pada suatu instansi merupakan sub sistem dari suatu sistem pemerintahan yang terus berubah dan berkembang sehingga perubahan dan perkembangan tersebut mempengahui isntansi sebagai sub sistem dimana sub sistem saling berinteraksi antar sub sistem dalam suatu sistem itu sendiri. Kedepannya kearsipan dan e-dokumen akan menggunakan sistem eletronik karena sangat efektif dan efisien, kriatif, outcome dalam suatu aktivitas seorang manejer mengambil suatu keputusan dan kebijakan. Permasalahan masih banyak menggunakan kearsipan dokumen dengan manual sehingga memakan waktu lama dalam mencari arsip yang berdampak terhadap kegiatan menjadi kurang efekti dan kurang efisien. Tujuan memberikan kompetensi ketrampilan elektronik dalam e-dokumen. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dan workshop manajemen sistem kearsipan e-dokumen.Manfaat kegiatan ini memberikan suatu kompetensi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam pengelolaaan kearsipan melalaui elektronik (e-dokumen) agar kegiatan oragnisasi menjadi efektif efisien produktif dan outcome. Khalayak sasaran adalah guru TK dan Paud yang berada di kecamatan Mandastana Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Metode Pelaksanaan. Pelatihan dan Workshop, Diskusi dan Tanya Jawab. Abstract

People in the village of Seketi sub-district of Sidoarjo Regency Balongbendo his livelihood is as a breeder cow's milk. From the survey results and discussions with dairy farmers can note that the selling price for dairy cows is still very low, with the sale price low enough, surely cow's milk dairy farmers suffered losses. Based on problems experienced by cattle farmers, encouraging the team to perform the community service in the village of Seketi by providing training to cattle farmers and villagers about the processing of a product that is made from cow's milk that is yoghurt, training, recording of accounting and marketing products after the training. With the given training is expected to increase the economic value of cattle farmers and villagers.

Abstract

The purpose of this extension activity is so that students gain knowledge about their reproductive health and how to use social media online wisely. This activity is carried out so that students in this case the age of adolescents approaching adults gain knowledge and the foundation of the character of responsibility to themselves so that teenagers can fortify themselves through knowledge that has been given thoroughly and build self-confidence through character building material for students. In carrying out the community service activities, the servant performs an approach or method of dedication in the form of counseling with material exposure activities, giving questionnaires and interactive discussions between devotees and students. From the results of community service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the service participants obtain new knowledge about reproductive health and efforts to prevent sexual violence on social media online and for servants to gain new knowledge and experience on how to approach character education after adolescence in the age of globalization.

Abstract

Integrated service posts (posyandu) and families have a very important role in the healing rate of patients with mental disorders. In the Bongkot Village Office, posyandu mental has been established because of the high number of cases of mental disorders in the area. Many patients with ODGJ were found in their families because they were considered dangerous, the patients were not cared for, were ostracized by their families, the family considered that the patients could not be cured anymore and the family was embarrassed when they were found to have family members who had mental disorders. The method given is to conduct training for partners in order to be able to therapeutic group activities, to do psychoeducation for the community, especially ODGJ family groups, to conduct counseling related to mental health service systems, to form SHG groups in families, provide training in making skills and farming. The outputs of the proposed PKM program are publications that will be published in accredited national journals, national seminar proceedings, publications on mass media, product quality and quantity improvement, textbooks, community understanding and skills improvement, health improvement in ODGJ patients, system improvement.

Abstract

The objective of developing entrepreneurship program to produce new entrepre-neurs. The methods in this activity were training, workshops, and observations. The results of implementation program among others, a very good commitment of tenants have been carried out all activities, the amount of attendance of tenants for each activity were 100%, their activeness in each activity were good and the average activity in 78 %, the successful of program is good and the program success rate in 75 %. We hope all of the activities implementation of developing entrepreneurship program increase the tenants interesting in entrepreneurship. It is recommended for the team to assist tenant activities until they can be independent entrepreneurs.

Abstract

BSM assists the Malang City Government in fostering, training and assisting the people of Malang City who are incorporated in BSM customers in 3R (Reuse, Reduse, Recycle) waste management from household sources. The BSM unit was established which was strengthened from the SK of the Central BSM in Malang, and not the personal owner or RT / RW. The issues that are prioritized in the PKM (community partnership program) activities are the target audience of economically unproductive community partners, namely the BST (Waste Bank Tirtarona) and BSM (Community Waste Bank) partners. The two partners whose initial existence was productive but which are still not optimal and have not been utilized according to the objectives of BSM. The purpose of the community waste management partnership program in the kecamatan area. lowokwaru Malang City to optimize waste management productivity according to the purpose of the establishment of the Waste Bank organization in creating peace, and comfort in community life. Specific targets to be achieved empower RT / RW waste managers as partners of Malang City BSM in managing / managing waste independently. Starting from receiving garbage, sorting, administering, weighing, processing up to the reporting stage as a form of BSM organizational evaluation to be able to contribute to its environment. The method used is the dissemination of the benefits of BSM waste management, activating the BSM work program by inviting the management with training and mentoring activities, comparative studies, helping waste production equipment and assisting in the renovation of BSM buildings. The results of the implementation of the community partnership program were found; 1). BSM Unit management model that is centralized, meaning that all activities are still based on the RT / RW chairman's instructions in the local environment. The Chairperson of BSM works on the recommendation of the chairman of the PKK RW driving team where the land is established by BSM. 2) the condition of the human resources of the majority BSM management from the age of 60 and above, thus influencing the performance in carrying out the BSM work program. 3). BSM community conditions are in urban areas whose activities are busy working, so that they often become obstacles for the organizers to carry out social activities.
