Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of organizational culture on business performance, mediated by innovation and moderated by catur purusa artha. The subjects of this research were the cooperative heads or managers of 503 cooperative units in Denpasar City. The Yamane formula was used to determine the sample size, which was determined to be 83 cooperative heads/managers using a proportionate random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation modelling – partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Data analysis using PLS was carried out with two measurement models, namely the outer model and the inner model. The results of the analysis prove that organizational culture has no significant effect on business performance. Innovation acts as a full mediating variable in the influence of organizational culture on business performance. Catur purusa artha has a positive and significant effect on business performance and acts as a moderator of the relationship between organizational culture and business performance. The findings of this research answer the shortcomings of the resource-based view by placing innovation, which is a dynamic capability, as a mediator and catur purusa artha as a moderator.

Abstract

This research focuses on the critical challenges and strategies in developing sustainable tourism in the Jambi Province Heritage Site area by involving the active participation of local communities. Sustainable tourism is defined as an approach to tourism that aims to maintain sustainability in terms of economic, social, and environmental aspects. The research method approach includes the use of mixed methods, combining qualitative analysis using QDA Miner software and quantitative analysis with SmartPLS. The results showed that active local community empowerment and socio-cultural factors have a significant impact on sustainable tourism. The implications of this study highlight the need for a holistic approach that brings together the values of culture, nature and the tourism ecosystem to achieve sustainability goals. Sustainable tourism is not simply a replication of urban planning improvements, but must combine the values of nature, community cooperation, and cultural preservation with community welfare. This research provides a meaningful contribution in formulating sustainable tourism models and strategies that can be applied in Jambi Province, focusing on cultural and environmental preservation efforts and improving community welfare through local community empowerment to achieve sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

At this time, many companies are starting to carry out their business activities after going through the pandemic. All of these activities aim to achieve the company's main goal in the field of HRM, which is to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty. This study analyzes the relationship between the influence of flexible and digital work environments on employee satisfaction and employee loyalty in IT companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The respondents of this study were 165 IT employees in Jakarta. This research was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This research found that flexible working arrangements and digital workplaces positively affect employee satisfaction and loyalty. Employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee loyalty. Employee satisfaction can mediate the relationship between flexible working arrangements, digital workplaces, and employee loyalty. Researchers can then consider research in other industries or sectors.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas tata kelola (governance) daerah dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di tingkat kabupaten di Indonesia, pada periode 2015 hingga 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah two-step GMM, untuk mengetahui hubungan antar indikator tata kelola (SPIP, SAKIP, dan Opini Audit BPK) dan rasio pendapatan asli daerah terhadap total anggaran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel kontrol seperti pendidikan, jumlah penduduk, dan investasi asing langsung (FDI) juga dipertimbangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa level SPIP berkorelasi positif dengan pertumbuhan, tetapi skor SAKIP berpengaruh negatif, yang menunjukkan potensi inefisiensi. Kapasitas fiskal daerah, sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan rasio pendapatan asli daerah, merupakan faktor penentu pertumbuhan yang penting. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan populasi yang lebih besar berdampak negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dampak FDI terhadap pertumbuhan tidak signifikan. Studi ini memberikan panduan penting untuk menyempurnakan tata kelola, strategi fiskal, kebijakan pendidikan, dan manajemen demografi guna meningkatkan kemajuan ekonomi di daerah-daerah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi nilai terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli konsumen. Dalam konteks ini, citra merek diukur dengan nilai-nilai merek, citra merek, dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek. Sementara itu, perceived value dievaluasi melalui persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk, manfaat yang diberikan, dan hubungan antara harga dan manfaat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan produk krim tubuh berjumlah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Alat untuk mengolah data dalam penelitian ini adalah Software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah citra merek mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, tetapi nilai yang dirasakan tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Citra merek dan nilai yang dirasakan sebagian mempengaruhi minat beli. Kemudian, minat beli dapat memediasi citra merek dan nilai yang dirasakan untuk keputusan pembelian. The Body Shop harus fokus untuk meningkatkan citra merknya karena hal ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian masyarakat. Mengedepankan nilai-nilai dan dedikasi perusahaan terhadap keberlanjutan dapat meningkatkan cara pandang terhadap merek. Meskipun nilai yang dirasakan mungkin bukan satu-satunya alasan untuk pembelian, hal ini dapat meningkatkan minat untuk membeli jika dipasangkan dengan citra merek yang kuat. The Body Shop dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menciptakan proposisi nilai yang kuat dan membangkitkan minat untuk membeli, yang secara efektif menghubungkan citra merek, nilai yang dirasakan, dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Digital financial literacy is a prerequisite for effective use of financial technology. A person can utilize digital financial services properly if they understand digital finance well. Digital financial literacy has a positive financial behavior impact and has more financial confidence, so individuals can build financial resilience to achieve financial well-being. This study explores the effect of digital financial literacy on financial well-being and the interaction between financial technology, financial confidence, financial behavior, and sociodemographic. This study uses the purposive random sampling data collection method, processed using the LISREL application. There were 356 adult age group respondents aged ≥ 18 years in this study. This study found that financial technology, financial behavior, and financial well-being are directly influenced by digital financial literacy; financial behavior is directly influenced by financial confidence and financial technology; financial well-being is influenced by financial confidence and financial behavior; and sociodemographic moderation does not strengthen the influence of digital financial literacy on financial technology. Through these results, it is essential to increase digital financial literacy to improve financial well-being by adopting financial technology and increasing financial confidence and behavior.

Abstract

This research has two objectives. The first objective is to describe compensation and the physical work environment which are predictors of employee work stress. Furthermore, this research will measure the impact of work stress on employee performance. The sample for this research is office employees and field employees, especially the bagging department (PPU) at PT. Borneo Etam Samudera with 57 respondents. The research method was carried out quantitatively and data collection used a questionnaire. The data in this research were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with data analysis techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. The results of this research prove that compensation and the physical work environment have a negative effect on employee work stress. On the other hand, the research results show that compensation and the physical work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. Work stress experienced by employees of PT. Borneo Etam Samudera is known to reduce their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, eksposur media, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan ukuran dewan direksi terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon pada perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021. Terdapat 34 perusahaan energi yang digunakan sebagai sampel, sektor ini merupakan penghasil emisi karbon terbesar di Indonesia, sementara tinjauan terhadap sektor ini masih terbatas pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon perusahaan. Namun, eksposur media, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan emisi karbon perusahaan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa eksposur media dapat menjadi mekanisme yang efektif untuk mengkomunikasikan tujuan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus fokus dalam mengelola komposisi dewan komisaris dan direksi. Hal ini sangat penting karena kedua pihak ini memainkan peran penting dalam fungsi pengawasan dan manajemen harian perusahaan, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk memandu keputusan dan tindakan perusahaan dalam pengungkapan emisi karbon.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of company reputation for business growth, sustainability and success, because corporate reputation is an intangible asset for the management of all companies. Facing the challenges posed by the traditional banking system, SMEs are often prevented from obtaining the financing they need to grow and develop. This research aims to analyze the relationship between improving the peer-to-peer (P2P) lending model and customer satisfaction in order to maintain the company's reputation, with a case study at PT Amartha. Through a quantitative analysis approach, this research uses measurements that utilize a Likert scale with the population being users of the Amartha Peer to Peer (P2P) lending platform. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method processed with SmartPLS. Based on the analysis carried out, the findings in this research show that operational efficiency, service innovation and process speed have a positive effect on the company's reputation. Apart from that, it is hoped that PT Amartha will continue to maintain customer satisfaction by adding new innovations or breakthroughs and improving service performance so that satisfaction levels increase and encourage a good company reputation.

Abstract

The research to explore whether work motivation and work discipline through mediation by work satisfaction towards the performance of employee at the Directorate of Operations in PT Bussan Auto Finance's Head Office. Quantitative descriptive has been chosen as the study design. The population and sample of this research were all permanent employees at Directorate of Operations of PT Bussan Auto Finance’s Head Office with total of 77 people who were determined by non-probability sampling technique, type of saturated sampling or census. Then these data brought to analyzed through the use of PLS-SEM method in order to measures the structural models. The research results shows that both of motivation and discipline did not affect the performance of employee. Work satisfaction significantly effects the performance. But work motivation and discipline would have significant positive effect if it was mediated by job satisfaction. This research will bring new impact in which it stated that work motivation and discipline have no influence towards the employee performance, so this novelty would need further research in similar industries.
