Abstract

The health industry sector, specifically hospitals, is an important industrial sector because it is related to providing high-quality health services and care to citizens in every country in the world. One way to improve health services in hospitals is to improve information technology (IT) applications in hospitals. This research aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intention and analyze whether the behavioral intention is needed as mediation for use behavior and its impact on use behavior in hospital information systems. The population of this study was health workers who worked at Mitra Keluarga Hospital in the Jabodetabek area with a total of 4755 samplings using the Slovin formula, resulting in 368 samples. In this research, hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model-LISREL analysis technique. The results of this study confirm that performance expectancy has a significant effect on behavioral intention. However, the effort expectancy and social influence variables show no effect on behavioral intention. Then facilitating conditions and behavior intention have a significant effect on use behavior.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of income, age of the household head, number of children, and education level of the household head on household savings. Data was collected through direct interviews with respondents from a total population of 160 households, with a sample size of 62 households determined using the Taro Yamane formula and proportional random sampling. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that partially, income has a positive effect on household savings, while the number of children has a negative effect on household savings. The age of the household head and education level of the household head have no significant effect on household savings. Furthermore, income, age of the household head, number of children, and education level of the household head simultaneously have a significant effect on household savings. The first of the research's implications is the necessity of empowering housewives by making use of the village's ability to raise household income. Second, in order to prevent children from becoming a burden in the future, the government, through the National Population and Family Planning Agency runs campaigns about the number of children and the spacing between pregnancies.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Internal marketing is critical in influencing job satisfaction and organizational commitment.  Accordingly, this research analyzes the impact of internal marketing on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty at AirNav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method, we analyzed the data from 125 respondents of the company’s operational employees. Our findings demonstrate that internal marketing affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment, not employee loyalty. The indirect effect of internal marketing on employee loyalty is mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction positively affects organizational commitment and employee loyalty. Our study informs AirNav Indonesia or similar companies of the importance of internal marketing to improve employee performance and loyalty through greater job satisfaction and commitment.

Abstract

Abstract

Digital transformation is a key element for MSMEs in Indonesia in increasing productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability. Although important, MSMEs face various obstacles in adopting digital technology, such as limited access, low digital literacy, and lack of technological skills. This study aims to investigate the factors that affect the success of digital transformation in MSMEs and identify strategies that support technology integration in their operations. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design, this study evaluates literature related to the digital transformation of MSMEs in Indonesia through the PICOS (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Study design) framework to formulate the right research question (RQ). The results of the study show that the biggest challenges for MSMEs include limited access to technology and low digital literacy. Recommended strategies include increasing digital literacy, developing technological skills, and innovating business models. The implications of this study show the need for investment in digital skills training, the formation of supporting policies, collaboration with the private sector, and strengthening infrastructure from the government to ensure the sustainability and success of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study explores the role of green entrepreneurship in supporting global economic sustainability through a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. Using data from the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, 19 relevant articles were analyzed to identify key trends and contributions. Findings show a significant increase in research on green entrepreneurship since 2017, peaking in 2024, driven by global sustainability agendas. Thematic analysis reveals six main roles of green entrepreneurship: integrating economic and environmental values, transforming industries, fostering green innovation and policy collaboration, creating green jobs and social innovation, strengthening MSMEs through sustainable digitalization, and embedding ethics and social justice in business practices. These roles highlight green entrepreneurship as a strategic driver of inclusive and resilient economic growth. The study concludes that green entrepreneurship delivers economic benefits and enhances social and environmental resilience. Future studies are encouraged to explore sector-specific practices and challenges, particularly in developing countries, and to expand cross-disciplinary approaches. A deeper understanding of policy support, technological innovation, and socio-environmental impact is essential to strengthen green entrepreneurship's role in sustainable development.

Abstract

Popularity of mobile video games is rapidly increasing. A larger audience is drawn in by the increasingly captivating and visually appealing mobile gaming experiences thanks to technological advancements. The In-App Purchase (IAP) monetization model is the main revenue for most mobile games. Although the application can be used for free, users can choose to pay for extra features or content.  This quantitative study sought to identify the determinant of users' willingness to spend money on IAP. This study used a construct known as Perceived Aggressive Monetization (PAM), besides variables of self-control and previous impulsive spending. This study's respondents totaled 264 and used a 5-point likert scale online questionnaire. Non-probability sampling was used in this study. This study employed PLS-SEM to analyze respondent data. Therefore, PAM emerged as a significant predictor of willingness to spend, in other words, players perceive that monetization employed in mobile games is aggressive. Meanwhile, self-control and previous impulsive spending did not significantly influence users’ willingness to spend. Mobile game studios must consider how players perceive aggressive monetization in the mobile games they play. To mitigate negative player perception, mobile game studios should prioritize the use of ethical monetization strategies, particularly those that discourage addiction to IAP.
