Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted various activities in Indonesia, including the stock market. Despite the declining economic condition, people are increasingly interested in investing. Among other companies available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, companies in the health sector have a particular appeal to potential investors, one of which is pharmaceutical companies. This research used a Markov Average-Based Weighted Fuzzy Time Series model applied to PT Kimia Farma Tbk stock price data. This model develops the previous Markov chain–Fuzzy Time Series model, which has not calculated the weights for recurring events and used the Sturgess rule to determine the interval length. In this research, each recurring event has given a different weight that provides different probability values for transitions from one state to another. The Average-Based method is used to determine the interval length that can reflect the fluctuation of the data used. The stock price prediction of PT Kimia Farma Tbk using this model is categorized as very accurate with a MAPE of 2.632%.

Abstract

The Palembang local wisdom-based mathematics learning video is a tangible manifestation of the nation's character building through education. The developed video discusses the prism materials for eighth-graders. The video was developed through development research by adopting the ADDIE design into ADD (analysis – design – development). The purpose of the study was to examine the feasibility of learning mathematics videos based on local wisdom from experts’ judgment on material, media, and language. The research instruments were a questionnaire and a suggestion sheet. Assessment of prototype 1 showed that the video is “Feasible Enough” but needs to be improved. After revisions are made, the video is called Prototype 2. The expert’s assessment of Prototype 2 showed that the video is "Feasible" and without revision. This video is an alternative learning media (on online or offline learning, even hybrid learning). However, the potential effect remains to be seen. So, this can be a space for other researchers to continue or develop into other materials.

Abstract

The learning process is inseparable from the strategies and learning models used. The application of the learning model is an effort to improve student's abilities and learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effect of the STAD and Jigsaw cooperative learning models in terms of numerical abilities on learning outcomes. Data collection was carried out using a test instrument to see students' mathematics learning outcomes. Data analysis is carried out by using a two-way ANOVA statistical test and further testing using the Tukey test. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the STAD type cooperative learning model in terms of numerical abilities on mathematics learning outcomes, but for the Jigsaw model there is no effect of the learning model in terms of numerical abilities on mathematics learning outcomes and there is no difference between classes that using the STAD model with a class that uses the JIGSAW model in terms of numerical abilities on students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

CV. Bintang Anugerah Sukses is a company engaged in the distribution of product PT. Belfoods Indonesia. Distribution of frozen goods distributes to 12 customer agencies using one vehicle. The route distribution is determined based on the experience and subjective decisions of a salesman in charge of distributing goods. The problem will be solved using the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) approach, so the best route for distributing goods can be obtained that can minimum mileage and time. One of the methods applied to the traveling salesman problem is the Tabu Search algorithm. Tabu Search is one of the metaheuristic methods with the process of searching moving from one solution to the next. The algorithm uses a taboo list to store a set of solutions that have just been evaluated, the result will be adjusted first to the contents of the taboo list to see whether the solution already exists or not. If the solution already exists then the solution will not be evaluated. The calculation results obtained a minimum mileage of 53.6 km and a minimum of time 305 minutes or 5 hours 5 minutes.

Abstract

There is a deadly cardiovascular disease that can cause swelling of the Abdominal Aorta. This disease is known as Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA). AAA is believed to be a degenerative process caused by genetic factors, gender, body weight, and age. Changes in collagen and elastin in the aortic wall are the cause of the degeneration process. Therefore, it will cause dilatation of the aortic wall. Swelling of the aortic blood vessels will affect the blood flow velocity in the aortic blood vessels. This research aims to analyze the velocity of blood flow in the Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm based on swelling diameter, proximal neck length, and aneurysm channel length using Computational Fluids Dynamics (CFD). The blood flow velocity was modeled using mathematical language based on mass continuity equations and momentum equations.  Then the finite volume method was one method to solve the mathematical model. MATLAB and ANSYS FLUENT software were used to simulate the velocity of blood flow analysis. The results of the research were shown that the larger the diameter and swelling channel length, the smaller the velocity of blood flow produced. Then, the greater the length of the proximal neck, the faster the resulting blood flow will be.
