THE TRANSFORMATION OF FEMALE FARMER GROUP INTO TOURISM-AWARE GROUP IN PUNGGUR SUB-DISTRICT OF MIDDLE LAMPUNG DISTRICT. Middle Lampung district has potential various tourism object attractions to develop in order to improve public welfare. However, they are not yet utilized optimally because of weak institutional supports in village level. Various local institutions (such as female farmer group) in Badran Sari village (Middle Lampung) so far had showed performances in developing distinctive local fishery/agriculture products, but they were all still packaged in household economy objectives, so that not yet able to attract public attention for tourism objectives. The objective of this service was to form a Tourism-aware Group growing from public awareness that would be supported and developed with proper assistance and education by coordinating with tourism sector stakeholders. Methods to obtain the objective were socialization, assistance, and education to existing female farmer group so that it would transform into “Semenanjung Badran” Tourism-aware Group that was able to operate tourism functions to develop a real Tourism Village and able to improve tourism visits. Post-service evaluation result showed that this service had obtained its objective in the context of understanding and attitude changes of public and commitment from Tourism-aware Group administrators. Quantitatively, pre-test and post-test comparison suggested participants’ understanding, knowledge, and will improvements by 96.06%. Qualitatively, the service result succeeded to convince Tourism-aware Group administrators that tourism sector was an activity touching and involving public directly and potentially affecting public welfare improvement directly in Badran Sari village.

IMPLEMENTATION OF DISASTER RISK REDUCTION TOWARDS A DISASTER SAFE SCHOOL AT MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 MATARAM. Lombok is still in the recovery stage after the successive earthquake that occurred on the island in 2018. One of the most affected was the education sector, especially schools and students where many schools were damaged. The earthquake is not predictable so it can occur when the teaching and learning process is ongoing. To minimize casualties, socialization of disaster-safe schools is needed. The socialization of disaster safe schools has been carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mataram aimed at reducing disaster risk. The method of implementation is divided into lectures, dialogues and simulations. The material presented includes getting to know the BKRK School, Protap School Disaster Safe, knowing the Types of Disasters, knowing the Causes of Disasters, the Early Warning system in the event of a Disaster, Knowing First Aid and Evacuation, Knowing the Field Public Kitchen and Logistics. At the end of the activity a school disaster alert team was formed.

VILLAGE WEBSITE AS INNOVATION MEDIA IN BERNUNG VILLAGE, PESAWARAN REGENCY, PROVINCE OF LAMPUNG. The urgent problem in the management of the village government website in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province is the quality aspect of service management and its use as a tourism promotion media. More specifically, these conditions are related to two aspects as follows; (1). Human resources, especially in terms of the capacity and quality of village officials and village government website managers, and (2). Institutional, especially in the availability of work guidelines and evaluation tools for village government website management. The method of implementation is carried out using the principle that every innovation received by partners should go through a process, listening, knowing, trying, evaluating, accepting, believing, and implementing. So that every process goes well, the delivery of innovations to Partners is carried out through the stages of explanation, discussion, practice and mentoring. At the end of the activity, it was concluded that the concept of village website management was understood, the process and mechanism of village website management as well as the importance of the active role of the village apparatus in the management of village website management by the village apparatus in Desa Bernung, Pesawaran Regency. Based on this it can be concluded if there has been increased knowledge and understanding of the Village Apparatus in terms of managing the village Website as a village innovation media.

SHARIA CAPITAL MARKET EDUCATION TO GROW INVESTMENT INTERESTS FOR STUDENTS OF RADEN FATAH ISLAMIC STATE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY PALEMBANG. In general, the purpose of this community service activity is, Building the attention and interest of students regarding the Capital Market and investing in the Capital Market as well as providing education to students about and investing in the Capital Market so that the need to invest and increase the number of new investors and increase active investors in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. With this community service activity there is a problem of lack of information literacy about investment and how to invest will increase with the provision of related educational material in the form of training. Meanwhile, because it is related to aspects of intellect and skills, this activity is carried out through education and training. Increased knowledge of information about financial planning can be through stock simulations. The target of this activity is students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Raden Fatah. The activity participants are expected to be the main role that can share information and build public awareness in investing.

TEACHER’S SKILL TRAINING IN DESIGNING SCIENCE LEARNING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD. One of the competencies that must be possessed by an Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher is the competency to design and implement the learning process. Based on field studies, PAUD teachers have difficulty in designing and implementing science learning in early childhood. Science is considered a complicated subject and is difficult to learn especially for young children. The material that is difficult to understand and teach is what makes PAUD teachers lazy and ignores science learning, even though science learning can be taught through a variety of fun and exciting activities in accordance with PAUD learning objectives namely Play while learning. Through a variety of play activities children can learn science with fun and fun in accordance with the level of early childhood development. Teaching ability is one of the competencies that PAUD teachers must possess in developing professionalism. Continuing professional development must be based on the needs of the teacher concerned. The need in question is the need to achieve and improve competence above the teacher professional competency standard. This will also at the same time have implications for the acquisition of credit numbers for promotion or functional positions of teachers. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of early childhood education teachers in designing and implementing science learning. Participants in this activity numbered 100 PAUD teachers in Bandung Regency. The results of this activity show that PAUD teachers are able to design and implement science experiment activities for young children after training.

TRAINING ON TIPS FOR ANALYZING AND SOLVING HIGHER ORDER THINGKING SKILLS (HOTS) ORIENTED MATHEMATICS PROBLEMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN PADANG PARIAMAN REGENCY. Curriculum 13 has not been fully implemented by teachers in secondary schools, especially senior high schools in the Pariaman area. In general, not many teachers understand the concept of assessment based on High Order Thingking Skills (HOTS). The limited of government program to provide training is one of the factors that makes teachers unfamiliar with HOTS-oriented questions. Its impact on students is seen in learning outcomes that are less encouraging at the national or international level. PPM activities carried out on July 25, 2019 in SMN 1 Sicincin Padang Pariaman. From the evaluation of the activity, it was obtained that the training was at a good level and continued with training per Math sub-material, by collaborating through institutions. At the time of the training, due to time constraints and the need of Mathematics teachers, only discussed Calculus and Geometry (Three Dimension).

UPGRADING TEACHERS’ ABILITY IN DEVELOPING IT-BASED EVALUATION MEDIA WITH LECTORA INSPIRE-ASSISTED SOFTWARE. Learning assesment take the main role in learning process. Thus, teachers should be able to design a good assessment. However, most of teachers in Magetan have limited knowledge about development learning assessment. Moreover, they need accompaniment to help them to develop learning assessment. This community service aims to (1) give knowledge about learning media, (2) give knowledge about learning assessment, (3) accompany teachers to develop learning assessment using software lectora inspire. The subject for this community service are Economics teachers and Accountant teachers in Magetan. In general, there are two main activities in this community service, namely: seminar (focused on explanation about learning media and assessment theory), and practice to design learning assessment using software lectora inspire. The result of this activity require that most of participant can create their assessment through lectora inspire software.

In the industrial revolution 4.0 era, it is easier for people to communicate through social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter and other similar applications. Similarly, in tracking tourist destinations. Tourists no longer need to laboriously search for information. With a device, everything is finished. Tanjung Village has beautiful ecotourism destinations such as Kali Bening, Jurang Nganten Waterfall, Kalen Wates Waterfall, and Kedung Plumpang. Geographical support in the form of mountainous areas adds a special attraction for visitors. Unfortunately, tourism management is still centralized based on the Village Government through the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). In addition, tourism managers are also faced with the low Human Resources (HR) managers in receiving foreign tourists. The ability to communicate in English is still low. So, this dedication focuses on equipping the ability of natural tourism managers in Tanjung Village to communicate in English. They are equipped with basic English skills including general vocabulary of tourism (vocabulary), ways of speaking in English (speaking skills), and public speaking techniques of tour guides (Tour Guides). The final results of devotion produce English-Indonesian Tourism Pocket Dictionary products that can be utilized by managers of tourist destinations in welcoming foreign tourists.

OPTIMIZATION OF LEARNING QUALITY BASED ON INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0 IN THE VETERINARY MEDICINE PROGRAM OF UNIVERSITAS NUSA CENDANA. Innovation activities carried out aim to find out the main issues that become problems at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Nusa Cendana. The method used in determining the main principle is the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth method. Based on this analysis, the most appropriate contemporary issue to be raised is that the optimization of learning based on the industrial revolution 4.0 is not yet optimal within the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. If the issue is left then the quality of the institution will decrease. Therefore, innovation activities are needed to overcome these issues. There are four innovation activities carried out. The first is the determination of the main issues, the second is to provide assistance for lecturers regarding digitalization of teaching materials, assisted by the quality assurance group of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the third is the preparation of e-learning based learning designs, and the fourth is the collection and preparation of e-learning based learning materials. The result of this activity is the use of digitizing learning in veterinary study programs. This activity has an impact on the development of e-learning learning in veterinary study programs at the University of Nusa Cendana by increasing the participation of lecturers and students in using e-learning at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Nusa Cendana. Through this activity, learning is more creative and innovative based on the industrial revolution 4.0.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE DANGER OF CANCER SERVICS IN WOMEN GROUP OF PANGKALAN JATI, CINERE, DEPOK. Cervical cancer was a chronic disease due to a tumor in the cervix that was uncontrolled tissue growth and damage to the surrounding normal tissue. Citizen still does not understand the signs of disease and its dangers. Early screening of cervical cancer was done with the aim to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. Based on an analysis of the situation and the results of a preliminary survey, the problems faced by partners are the lack of knowledge and skills of women about cervical cancer, as well as its prevention in RT 007/RW 007, Pangkalan Jati Village. This program counseling activities about the dangers of cervical cancer can be well received by the counseling participants seen with enthusiasm and questions raised. Participants gained additional knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer, it can be seen by the presence of an increase in the value of post-test after counseling about the dangers of cervical cancer by 2%, from 84% to 86%.
