DIGITAL PARENTING: EARLY CHILDHOOD PARENTING COMPETENCY TRAINING IN THE MILLENNIAL ERA. This parenting program aimed to provide understanding and accompaniment of educators parenting competencies, especially in the digital era. Specifically, the objectives of this training are: (1) parents and teachers can apply an effective parenting method for early childhood (2) parents and teachers can implement consistent and complementary parenting strategies at home and at school in accordance with the needs of early childhood in the digital era; and (3) parents and teachers are able to use technology as a friendly method of childcare. The method chosen in this training activity was providing training and mentoring for parenting competencies either through counseling, discussions, evaluation stimulations and assignments. The training was carried out in several stages, namely, the initial stage (socialization), the implementation stage, and evaluation. The training participants were 20 parents and teachers of Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Lab School University of Lampung. The results showed that 85% of participants experienced an increase in their scores before and after the training. The average of pre and post-test increased by 2.4 points. The results of different tests (t-test) also showed that there are significant differences (sig 0.00) and improvements related to the understanding of parents and teachers regarding the use of gadgets or technology and parenting of early childhood in millennial era, before and after receiving training.

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION LITERACY FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKER IN KARAWANG. Communication competence in using English for industrial workers in multinational companies will add value to employees and company. Multi-national companies are companies that are managed collaboratively by citizens from several countries. So that, in daily activities it is possible to use the national language or foreign languages. However, not all employees at the level of high, middle, or ordinary employees are competent to communicate in English. This training is designed to provide workers knowledge to communicate in English. Based on a discussion with a representative of the workers, even though the worker was of a multi-national company, he did not get language training carried out by the company, so workers often carry out learning independently using available media. However, due to the absence of a communication partner, his efforts were not maximally successful. There are several activities phases carried out in this program, namely 1) designing activities oriented towards building workers' English competence, 2) preparing activities and communication tools with partners, 3) implementing online learning activities, and finally evaluating activities. The data obtained is the emergence of engagement in worker communication using English. The results shown are: 1) Participants have been able to initiate simple communications in English. 2) Participants have been able to hold short talks individually; and 3) Participants have been able to communicate monologically using short English orally.

COVID-19 VACCINATION AS AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY HEALTH STATUS IN MOJOTENGAH WONOSOBO. Covid-19 is a disease caused by infection with the SARS COV II virus which attacks the human respiratory system. This disease causes sufferers to experience shortness of breath, hypoxia which results in respiratory system failure. Immunization is carried out as one of the government's efforts to end the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Covid-19 vaccination is the provision of an antigen in the form of a weakened Covid-19 virus. Participants were enthusiastic about vaccinating. There were no AEFI (KIPI) incidents for all participants. Education related to healthy living habits is still carried out, even though vaccinations have been carried out, they still have to maintain health protocols, a clean and healthy lifestyle and implement 5M, so that people can live healthily during a pandemic and are expected to be free from Covid-19 infection.

EMPOWERMENT OF CATFISH FARMERS GROUP IN CURUG VILLAGE, GUNUNG SINDUR, BOGOR. Catfish farming ini Curug Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency is carried out independently. Selling fish farming products to local markets by bringing in fish buyers (Tengkulak). The problem that occurs is that the selling price of catfish offered by collectors ranges from Rp. 17,500 – Rp. 18,000/kg. The procedure for selling fish is a problem in itself for cultivators, such as low selling prices, inappropriate weighing results. Based on these problems, the PkM team proposed efforts to empower farmers in groups, with the aim of developing a Product Marketing Strategy. The method used by direct assistance with processed products, formulating marketing strategies, targeting the local market. Empowerment of the “Curug Mutiara” catfish Cultivators in collaboration and synergy with other groups, village officials, and related agencies in Bogor Regency to achieve optimal results.

ROLE OF INFORMATION MEDIA ON ADOLESCENT SEXUAL BEHAVIOR. Youth is an important phase of life in an individual’s developmental cycle. This phase is a transition period that can be directed towards the development of a healthy adulthood, thus bringing happiness and success in carrying out developmental tasks in the next phase. The purpose of community service is expected to be a medium for the dissemination of information related to the role of Information media in adolescent sexual behavior. This community service partner is Megarezky University and CV. Faira Aksara with lecture method using zoom application. From the processed data using Wilcoxon test with a sample number of 53 people obtained there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of quisioner pre-test obtained the correct answer value of 63.20 after counseling changed to 77.73. with a value of ρ 0.000. Community Service activities are one of the means of conveying information to teenagers, health workers, teachers, and parents so that it can be applied to teenagers both in the school environment or at home and in the youth social environment.

CLOUD STORAGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF SMP AL HAMIDIYAH PALEMBANG. Cloud storage has many facilities, including document upload and download facilities, document change history viewing facilities, document sharing and security facilities, document printing facilities and document translation facilities. Currently, there are many online storage applications that can be accessed for free, have large and permanent storage capacity. However, it is very unfortunate that this cloud storage technology has not been optimally utilized by the Al Hamidiyah Junior High School teacher in Palembang. Most of them only know the term, do not have knowledge about how to use this technology. To overcome this problem, online storage management training (cloud storage) has been conducted for teachers of SMP Al Hamidiyah Palembang. This training is carried out using the zoom meeting facility to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus which is currently endemic. In the presentation of the material, the PkM team demonstrated how to operate the google drive and drop box and the participants also practiced it directly on their respective laptops. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, facts were obtained about increasing the knowledge of Al Hamidiyah Middle School teachers about cloud storage. In addition, at the end of the training, questionnaires were distributed resulting in 92.3% of SMP Alhamidiyah Palembang teachers stating that this training was very useful and 76.9% of them stated that the training material was very easy to understand.

CONSTRUCTION OF FISH PROCESSING FACILITIES AND TRAINING OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES IN THE SMOKED CATFISH PROCESSING INDUSTRY. This activity aims to increase the production capacity and skills of the workers, which impact the improving quality of smoked catfish products. The activities carried out include the reconstruction of fish processing facilities and training of Good Manufacturing Practices. Results showed that the fish processing facilities that were cleaner, more complete, and ergonomic had reduced weeding time from 8 hours/day to 7 hours/day with the same number of workers. The activities increased production capacity from 800-900 kg to 1-1.2 tons/production (30%). Training activities of Good Manufacturing Practices were also able to increase workers' skills in processing food to SNI 2725: 2013. The training activity was attended by 15 participants, mainly of the workers who implemented health protocols to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this activity, the workers were also given some smoked catfish processing equipment and instrumentation.

FAMILY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR MEMBERS OF HALMI AL-MUDZAKIR. Family financial management is one way to achieve sakinah (peace) in the family. Generally, conflicts in the household originate from financial problems. The majority of financial managers in the family are housewives. So that training in family financial management for them is essential. This community service aims to provide training in family management to the members of the HALMI group in Plosokuning, Ngagklik. The service was carried out in two methods, the lecture method and the training, which contained the importance of financial management for the family, basics of sakinah financial, and the practice of making a family balance sheet. Partners are given training on how to create a family financial position and how to interpret it. The output of this service is that the mothers of the HALMI group can manage their family finances. Thus, they can achieve financial peace.

EDUCATIONAL AND MENTORING CHILDREN ABOUT PHBS IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERSPECTIVES IN DALEMAN, JOMBORAN AND KADEKROWO HAMLET. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is a health program in Indonesia. Poor handwashing with soap and waste management becomes an issue that cannot be optimally addressed which is assessed from an environmental health perspective. Poor behavior can lead to the emergence of environmental health-based diseases such as diarrhea, helminthiasis. Maintaining CHLB must be early introduced in children. Children are highly vulnerable to the negative health consequences associated with many environmental exposures. Community Service aims to provide early health education and CHLB assistance on how to wash hands properly, waste management for children in Daleman, Jomboran, and Kadekrowo hamlet. The method used in counseling, training, and assistance in the sticker-type rubbish media usage and involvement cooperation based on routine community service work. Activities carried out on 5th, 9th, 11st, 17th, 19th, 20th, and 26th February 2020. The result of these activities was a positive impact for children to make it a habit to wash their hands with soap promptly and carry out waste management and know disease based on environmental health. Children's participation rates were very high in mentoring programs. Children can stimulate other communities starting from their neighborhoods routinely and sustainably.

EMPOWERMENT OF PATIENTS AND PATIENT FAMILIES IN PREVENTION OF AMPUTATION OF DIABETES IN MULYOREJO DISTRICT, SURABAYA CITY, EAST JAVA PROVINCE. The purpose of implementing this community service program is to empower the community, especially patients and families of diabetes patients, to be able to take steps to prevent disability in diabetes due to amputation. The number of people with diabetes who have to undergo amputation is often influenced by the poor knowledge of diabetes, the low adherence to taking medication, and the poor knowledge and ability of patients and their families in performing wound care for diabetics. In addition, the lack of understanding of diabetes drugs causes the patient to experience side effects that can lead to withdrawal or the patient to experience side effects of hypoglycemia which can put the patient in critical condition. The solution to this problem is to empower diabetes patients and their families. They were given education about diabetes, the importance of taking the medication regularly according to doctor's recommendations, and wound care. In addition, they will be trained on how to do proper wound care for diabetes patients. A medication control post-program will be implemented to ensure that patients will take their medication according to the prescribed guidelines. It is hoped that with this program, the community will understand more about diabetes and its complications to avoiding the disabilities due to amputation by diabetics and patients can avoid unwanted side effects.
