Abstract

From the above facts, the researchers practiced different activities from previously that was project-based learning. The purpose of this research is Japanese learning through project-based learning to create an independent learning process, and students can have critical thinking. Abstract

This study sheds light on the yields of nominalization and their role in the formation of Noun Phrases in Japanese in an envisaged framework which considers nominalization to be a morphosyntactic process. Nominalization operates on the linguistic constituent to transform it into a derivative/transformed constituent. It brings forth derivative nouns by operating on the words other than nouns involving the process of derivation as well as action nominal constituent and nominal clause respectively involving the simultaneous process of desententialization and transformation, and the process of reduction of clausal properties from a finite clause. It fundamentally differs from the prevalent nominalizer approach, which derives bound-noun-headed nominals by juxtaposition of a dependent constituent with the nominalizers, e.g. no and koto. The derivative noun, bound-noun-headed constituent, action nominal constituent as well as nominal clause together form a grammatical category called nominals, which partake both as the head or the adnominal in the formation of NP involving certain grammatical rules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the acquisition of learning outcomes of stu-dents of Japanese Language Education and Chinese Literature Class of 2015 in GPA based on the type of college entrance selection. This research used ex post facto type (examine the circumstances that have happened), and also this study only see student learning outcomes from college entrance, and do not see the learning process of each study program. The results of the study are expected to be considered in determining the quota of student admission selection path. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with research subjects of students of Japanese Language Education and Chinese Literature Class of force of 2015. Data collection technique using documentation technique is KHS student. Data analysis was performed by: 1) Assumption test using data normality test and homogeneity test, 2) One way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study show that the Chinese Literature Study achievement of independent students has a GPA not much different from the SNMPTN and SBMPTN lines. Meanwhile, in the Japanese Education Education Program, students from independent pathways under SBMPTN defeat stu-dents’ IPK score of SNMPTN. So it can be concluded that college entrance is still not able to guarantee student achievement in college. Interest and attention will result in learning motivation and successful desire in students is the main capital to achieve the highest achievement in collegesuccessful desire in students is the main capital to achieve the highest achievement in college

Abstract

One of the most difficult parts of Japanese language acquisition is a feature sound called special morae and its relation to accent. Previous researches have tried to overcome such a problem by using several methods, but the results have not been satisfactory yet. This research aims to identify pronunciation patterns used by the learners and find out the solutions to the problem. The researcher collected the data through an audio recording of 13 students who were to pronounce a list of words and sentences. Then, the data were analyzed using a speech analyzer. The results showed that out of 13 students pronouncing 13 stimuli words and 13 sentences that contained those stimuli words, only two students (15.4%) could pronounce those words close to native speaker-like. The variation of speech patterns indicates that the pronunciation pattern of the learners was in the inter-language position when acquiring the Japanese phonemes.
