Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola asuh otoriter dan regulasi diri dengan motivasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 277 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket berskala Likert yang mengukur tiga variabel, yaitu pola asuh otoriter, regulasi diri, dan motivasi belajar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh otoriter memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan regulasi diri siswa, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = -0,209 dan p < 0,05. Pola asuh otoriter juga memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = -0,254 dan p < 0,05. Sementara itu, regulasi diri memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r = 0,754 dan p < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecenderungan pola asuh otoriter yang dirasakan siswa, semakin rendah regulasi diri dan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki. Sebaliknya, semakin baik kemampuan regulasi diri siswa, semakin tinggi motivasi belajarnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga dan kemampuan regulasi diri dalam mendukung motivasi belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya kerja sama antara sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, serta orang tua dalam mengembangkan pola pendampingan yang lebih responsif dan mendukung kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Cultural pressure on mothers in the digital era is intensifying through mechanisms of social comparison and the "perfect mom" narrative on social media. However, most conventional psychological studies still tend to document the pathological side of parenting rather than exploring strategies for building mothers' psychological well-being. This article aims to fill this gap by analyzing the construction of maternal well-being through a positive psychology perspective specifically the PERMA model and the Subjective Well-Being framework integrated with Islamic domestic-educational values in emotion regulation. The method used is a narrative-synthetic literature review of scientific articles from the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases for the period 2015–2025. Article selection was based on keywords including maternal well-being, positive psychology, social comparison, perfect mom, and Islamic parenting values, with inclusion criteria of peer-reviewed articles in English or Indonesian that address protective aspects of maternal well-being. The synthesis analysis was conducted thematically to group patterns of well-being construction across studies. The synthesis of the literature indicates that maternal well-being is not formed individually but is shaped by relational, cultural, and spiritual interactions. Mothers who are able to interpret their domestic role as a field of worship and an educational mandate tend to show a more adaptive resilience profile in the reviewed literature. The theoretical contribution of this article is the proposed Maternal Flourishing Model (MFM) as a foundation for strength-based psychoeducational interventions in family counseling and positive psychology counseling services in Indonesia

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the metaverse era has significantly influenced the learning patterns, social interactions, and psychological conditions of Generation Alpha. As a generation that grows up in a highly digital environment, Generation Alpha is increasingly exposed to gadgets, online learning platforms, social media, digital games, and virtual spaces. Although digital technology provides various opportunities for learning, creativity, and access to information, excessive and uncontrolled use may increase the risk of academic burnout. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to academic burnout among Generation Alpha in the metaverse era. This research employed a library research design using a systematic literature review approach. Data were obtained from scientific articles indexed in Google Scholar through Publish or Perish. The search used the keywords “academic burnout,” “burnout akademik,” “Generation Alpha,” “Generasi Alpha,” “metaverse era,” “era metaverse,” “digital technology,” and “smartphone addiction,” with the publication years limited to 2023–2025 for the main articles analyzed. From 17 initially identified articles, 5 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were analyzed using content analysis and thematic synthesis. The findings show that academic burnout among Generation Alpha in the metaverse era is mainly influenced by excessive use of digital technology, digital fatigue, academic pressure, low self-control, lack of parental supervision, and insufficient social-emotional support from families and schools. These findings indicate that preventing academic burnout requires collaboration among parents, teachers, schools, and school counselors through digital literacy, character education, balanced digital learning, and early detection of academic burnout symptoms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi memudahkan kita untuk mencari dan memperoleh informasi menggunakan internet dan sosial media. Mudahnya mengakses informasi juga diiringi dengan banyaknya informasi yang beredar, sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan untuk membedakan informasi yang benar dengan informasi bohong. Informasi bohong adalah informasi yang sengaja disampaikan dengan salah karena tidak sesuai dengan fakta dan realitas. Informasi bohong menjauhkan seseorang dari kebenaran dan menyebabkan masalah bagi indivdu yang menggunakannya untuk pengambilan keputusan. Besarnya dampak dari informasi bohong mendorong ditulisnya artikel ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan mengulas dan menganalisis interaksi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi percayanya seseorang pada informasi bohong dan peran lingkungan pendidikan untuk mengatasinya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kerentanan terhadap informasi bohong disebabkan bebrapa faktor seperti kepercayaan epistemic yang naïf; pengulangan yang meningkatkan familiaritas dan persepsi kebenaran; bias informasi individu yang sesuai dengan keyakinannya. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru BK untuk mengembangkan layanan berbasis literasi informasi, bimbingan kelompok mengenai bias kognitif, dan layanan responsif bagi siswa yang terdampak informasi bohong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan layanan kelompok psikoedukasi teknik case-based learning untuk mengembangkan individual work performance mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan teknik 4D define, design, develop dan disseminate namun hanya sampai pada pengembanagan dan validasi ahli. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Buku panduan diuji oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Data yang diperoleh menunjukan buku panduan dalam kategori sedang, dengan nilai rata-rata Aiken’s V sebesar 0,72. Buku panduan terdiri dari empat pertemuan yang mengintegrasikan case-based learning dengan dimensi individual work performance. Tahapan case-based learning sebagai berikut preparation stage, case presentation stage, group discussion and problem solving stage, reflection and feedback stage. Berdasarkan uji validasi, buku panduan dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pengembangan individual work performance pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Marriage readiness is an important developmental aspect among university students, encompassing emotional and social maturity as well as the ability to perform marital roles. However, psychometrically sound instruments for measuring marriage readiness remain limited, particularly within the Indonesian guidance and counseling context. This study aimed to validate the Marriage Readiness instrument for university students using the Rasch Measurement Model to determine its feasibility as a psychological assessment tool. A quantitative approach was employed involving 217 students and 40 instrument items analyzed using Winsteps version 4.4.5. The analysis included person and item reliability, item fit, unidimensionality, and mapping of respondents’ abilities and item difficulty through the Wright map. The results indicated good psychometric quality, with person reliability of 0.92 and item reliability of 0.95. Most items met the Rasch model criteria, although several misfitting items were identified and required revision. Unidimensionality analysis showed that the instrument consistently measured a single underlying construct, with a raw variance explained by measures of 40.9%. The Wright map demonstrated an appropriate alignment between item difficulty and respondent characteristics. Therefore, the Marriage Readiness instrument is feasible for use as an assessment tool in guidance and counseling services to identify university students’ level of marriage readiness.
