Abstract

The competency of teachers has a significant impact on the quality of education. The Education Faculties should prepare the teacher to be a professional teacher. The research aim is to find out the the program should pre-service program at faculties to ensure the qualified teacher in the future.The research methodology relies on a review of the relevant literature. The research findingwere the curriculum of the Teachers’ Pre-Service program should be considered are pedagogy and instructional strategies, subject matter expertise, child development and educational psychology, inclusive education, classroom management, assessment and evaluation, teaching practicum, ethics and professionalism, digital literacy and educational technology by combining theoretical knowledge and practical experiences, the teachers'' pre-service program at faculties of education prepares aspiring teachers to become certified educators.

Abstract

The aims of the research were 1) Analyzing the influence of principal supervision on teacher performance at Islamic Senior High School Darussalam Ngesong Jombang. 2) Analyze the influence of work motivation on teacher performance at Islamic Senior High School Darussalam Ngesong Jombang. 3) Analyze the simultaneous influence of principal supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at Islamic Senior High School Darussalam Ngesong Jombang. The method and approach used is a quantitative method. With the application in the form of lifts which are analyzed statistically using SPSS. The following research produced several findings, the first of which indicated that there was no correlation or influence between the supervision of school principals and the performance of teaching staff or teachers at Islamic Senior High School Darussalam Ngesong Jombang. This can be seen from the coefficient value of 0.209 > 0.05 and the calculated t value of 1.298 > t table 1,713. The second indicates that there is a correlation between work motivation and the performance of teaching staff or teachers at Islamic Senior High School Darussalam Ngesong with the calculated t coefficient value being greater than the t table, the calculated t value 1.991 > t table 1.713. And finally, there is simultaneously an influence or correlation between the principal's supervision and work motivation on the performance of teaching staff or teachers at MA Darussala Ngesong with a constanta significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 8.095 > F table 3.422

Abstract

Technological developments and globalization require educational institutions, including madrasah,, to improve the quality of services while building public trust. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategy of madrasah heads in increasing public interest in madrasah education at MTs Tsabilut Taufiq Parit Sidodadi. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data is maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques, while data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the strategy of madrasah heads is carried out through two main paths, namely strengthening internal quality and strengthening external support. Strengthening internal quality is carried out through the development of teacher human resources, academic supervision, work motivation, and clear division of tasks. Meanwhile, strengthening external support is carried out through communication with the community, cooperation with external parties, and building social relations. In the midst of limited facilities and funding, madrasah heads implement adaptive leadership through a human-centered leadership approach to maintain the quality of learning. This study concludes that the increase in public interest is influenced by the quality of educational services, the leadership of madrasah heads, and the ability of institutions to build public trust. The implications of the study show that strengthening internal quality and adaptive leadership are important strategies in improving the image and attractiveness of madrasah.Keywords: Madrasah Head Strategy, Community Interest, Quality Of Education, Adaptive Leadership

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the increase in teacher performance through rewards, this research uses qualitative research methods based on descriptive studies, data collection techniques for research using observation techniques, interviews, and document analysis. Teacher performance can be improved through the provision of rewards, at Raudhah Islamic Elementary School the rewards are in the form of Masters and Umrah scholarships, these rewards are given to employees who have served as permanent employees of the Foundation and are based on the selection results of the management team. Assessment of reward from three aspects of tenure, position, performance appraisal consists of performance, personality attitude and additional positions such as homeroom teacher and deputy principal of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic educational management and public relations (PR) as an adaptive strategy in responding to the era of educational transformation. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, conducted through the review of various relevant literature such as books, journals, and scholarly articles. The data analysis used is descriptive-qualitative analysis, which involves collecting, classifying, and interpreting data from various sources, and then organizing them systematically to generate a comprehensive understanding of the research problem. In addition, the researcher applies content analysis techniques to identify, compare, and draw conclusions from the reviewed literature.The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic educational management and public relations can strengthen the strategic management of educational institutions, particularly in establishing effective communication with the community and enhancing the institutional image. The utilization of digital technology and the implementation of innovative learning approaches serve as supporting factors in improving educational quality and student engagement. However, disparities in capacity among educational institutions, especially between urban and rural areas, remain a challenge. Therefore, it is essential to enhance human resource competencies, ensure equitable access to technology, and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders.Keywords: Islamic Educational Management, Public Relations, Educational Transformation, Adaptive Strategy, Digital Technology

Abstract

Islamic educational marketing management addresses the ethical aspects of marketing by focusing on the application of Islamic ethical principles and values in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to present a robust and detailed framework on how marketing ethics based on the teachings of the Quran can build credibility and trust in the context of Islamic education. The type of research used is a literature review with data collection techniques including citations from books, articles, and news. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results show that the Ethics of Islamic Educational Marketing: Building Credibility and Trust Based on the Quran are: (1) Having piety; (2) Being fair in business; (3) Being humble; (4) Not taking bribes or paying bribes; and (5) Not exploiting. Islamic educational marketing essentially integrates Islamic values, provides quality educational services tailored to user needs, and increases public awareness of the importance of education based on Quranic values.Keywords: Quran, Ethics, Islam, Marketing, Education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management in the development of digital-based madrasahs at MAN Lhokseumawe and examine the obstacles faced by human resource management in the development of digital-based madrasahs at MAN Lhokseumawe. The method used in research is the case study approach or paradigm at MAN Lhokseumawe through interview, observation and documentation study techniques. The data analysis used by Mathew B. Miles' theory through the stages of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The subjects of the study are teachers and education personnel. The results of human resource management research in the development of digital-based madrasah are carried out by planning; identify the needs of teachers and education personnel planned in meetings attended by the head of the madrasah with the management team, implementation; training, seminars, workshops, application upgrades, and skills in the use of assets owned by schools JIBAS application and AKSIMAPEL application, evaluation; increased work motivation, supervision for teachers, reports and performance of education personnel, Wi-Fi networks, financing in the procurement of digital equipment, follow-up; deliberation and guidance in increasing work motivation, financing in the procurement of digital equipment, training plans, workshops and comparative studies according to HR needs. As for the obstacles faced in the title of human resource management in the development of digital madrasahs, namely in the form of performance motivation, adding Wi-Fi networks, financing in the procurement of digital support tools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the functions and styles of Islamic leadership based on the role models of Nusantara kyai in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses library research. Research data were obtained through observation, documentation, and observation of the leadership activities of kyai in the Islamic boarding school environment. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and descriptive conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of Islamic leadership practices in Islamic boarding schools. The results show that the leadership functions of kyai include educational, spiritual, social, and transformational functions in fostering students and the community. In addition, the leadership style of kyai tends to be charismatic, paternalistic, and participatory by placing exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah) as the core of leadership. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the functions and styles of Islamic leadership within a leadership framework based on the role models of Nusantara kyai in Islamic boarding schools. This research contributes to the development of the concept of Islamic leadership that is contextual to the culture of Islamic boarding schools in the archipelago and provides practical implications for strengthening the model of Islamic educational leadership that is adaptive, moral, and relevant in facing the challenges of educational modernization in the contemporary era.Keyword: Islamic Leadership, Kyai Nusantara, Leadership Style, Leadership Function
