Abstract

Pendekatan pemrosesan informasi sangat penting untuk diketahui dan dipahami oleh pendidik yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan pemrosesan informasi merupakan pendekatan kognitif dimana anak mengolah informasi, memonitornya, dan menyusun strategi berkenaan dengan informasi tersebut. Inti dari pendekatan ini adalah proses mengingat dan cara berpikir. Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk membahas tentang peranan ingatan serta implikasinya dalam proses pembelajaran. Ingatan merujuk pada kemampuan pembelajar untuk secara mental menyimpan hal-hal yang telah mereka pelajari sebelumnya. Proses mengingat dimulai dengan pengkodean, penyimpanan dan diungkap kembali untuk tujuan tertentu di kemudian hari. Guru dapat menggunakan berbagai macam cara untuk membantu siswa dalam proses mengingat diantaranya dengan cara pengulangan, melakukan pembelajaran bermakna, organisasi, elaborasi, dan pembayangan visual. Agar hasil belajar siswa dapat dicapai secara optimal, diperlukan pula penguasaan guru terhadap pendekatan pemrosesan informasi terutama tentang ingatan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian usaha guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan perlu diarahkan pada pengembangan kemampuan mengingat, mentransfer informasi dan meminimalisirkan lupa dengan menerapkan strategi yang tepat terkait dengan kemampuan tersebut.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are student learningoutcomes through the Application of Learning byplaying and competing. This research is a ClassroomAction Research (CAR) which is carried out within thecycle. Each cycle consists of four steps: namely,planning, action, observation, and reflection. Thesubject of this study was class IX.B SMP Negeri1Bangkinang Seberang with the number of students 25person. To get data in this study, researchers used twoinstruments, namely observation sheet activity, skillsand results of the PJOK test from students. Studentactivities for each indicator are given and analyzedusing percentage techniques. Improved learningoutcomes can be seen from the number of students whocomplete the KKM set by the school. Results researchThe application of the game method and competing toimprove PJOK learning outcomes in athletic materialfor class IX.B students of SMP Negeri 1 BangkinangSeberang can be summarized as follows: Percentage ofcompleteness of students after learning the method ofthe game and competing based on the value ofknowledge has increased from 56% in the previous UHto 76% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle.Activity values increased from 60% in previouslearning to 96 at meeting 1, 100% at meeting 2, and96% at meetings 1 and 2 of cycle II. Learning outcomesof students' skills increased from 60% before the cycle to 80% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Corruption is a very urgent change in Indonesia at thistime. Corruption behavior in a person is formed by avariety of factors, one of which is fraudulent behaviorcarried out by someone at the time of education that ischeating. This article aims to discuss how to cheat asone of the factors forming corruption behavior. Theomission of cheating behavior in school is one form ofplanting corruption behavior on students. The role ofeducators here must be able to minimize cheatingbehavior so that schools do not only print graduateswho will become corruptors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peningkatan Creative Thinking Skills peserta didik setelah menggunakan Modul Fisika Berbasis Inquiry Learning dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keefektifan penggunaan Modul Fisika Berbasis Inquiry Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test.. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil Creative Thinking Skills peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan dengan rata-rata nilai gain dari setiap pertemuan adalah 0,33. Pada aspek sikap ilmiah peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan dan secara keseluruhan sikap peserta didik berada dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 75,71. Nilai aspek pengetahuan rata-rata peserta didik dari 4 pertemuan tersebut berada di atas nilai ketuntasan, yaitu 76,92. Pada aspek keterampilan ilmiah peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan dan secara keseluruhan rata-rata keterampilan peserta didik adalah 80,77 dan berada pada pada interval 75-90 dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, Modul Fisika Berbasis Inquiry Learning efektif digunakan karena nilai hasil belajar peserta didik secara klasikal sebanyak 75% mencapai standar KKM dan secara keseluruhan rata-rata Creative Thinking Skills peserta didik adalah 79,89 dan berada pada interval 66-79 dengan kategori kreatif.

Abstract

Intelligence gives the biggest influence on a child's learning progress. It is needed a certain intelligence in order to be success including intellectual intelligence (IQ). But, the intellectual intelligence can not guarantee the success of someone's life. Daniel Goleman, the professor at Harvard University, in his book about Emotional Intelligence, explains that there are other factors determine the success of someone, one of them is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a number of capabilities and skills related to the development of social relations with the environment refer to the ability to recognize the self and others, the ability to motivate oneself, and the ability to control emotions and in relationships with others. Emotional intelligence has the biggest role in determining the success of someone's life, especially when they are still in the process of formal education shown by the success of learning achievement. Positive emotions can accelerate the learning process and achieve better learning outcomes. Therefore, the successful learning must begin by creating positive emotions in students themselves. To create positive emotions on students themselves can be done in various ways, such as by creating a fun learning environment and excitement of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the changes and effects ofwomen's dress styles due to technological advances andglobalization and their implications for education in thepeople of Jorong Aur Kuning, Pasaman Regency, aswell as the efforts of community leaders to anticipatechanges in women's clothing styles and theirimplications for education. This type of research is atype of case study. The informant selection techniqueuses a method (purposive sampling). The results of thestudy show that: 1) changes in women's dress due totechnological advances are where Minang Kabauwomen used to wear closed clothing such as KuruangClothes now because many technological advances andglobalization of closed clothing have been abandonedby women. 2). The impact of changes in women's dressstyle due to technological advances is that it has anegative impact on (a) economic life, where womenthere behave consumptively causing conflict when thedesire to buy clothes cannot be fulfilled by the family.(b) The impact on women's morals, that women thereare increasingly following the progress of the times,clothing is already westernized. (c) low levels ofeducation make women swallow all existingtechnological advancements 3). Efforts of relatedparties in anticipating changes in dress style due totechnological advances, namely: (a). community efforts.(b). family effort. and (c). the efforts of religious leaders.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) motivasi belajar siswa rendah; (2) hasil belajar siswa rendah; (3) minat siswa dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kurang; dan (4) bakat siswa kurang tersalurkan. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah (1) menjelaskan hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan desain korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini dilakukan secara total sampling dengan mengambil seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kebahasaan yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM), uji korelasi ganda, uji t, uji F, dan rumus koefisien determinan untuk mengetahui besar sumbangan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut; motivasi belajar mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia; Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the theory and practice ofthe Method of Practice Style and Guided DiscoveryStyle and the Basic Technical Skills of BadmintonAthletes. The method used is descriptive analysis fromseveral read literature. The conclusions of this articleare: 1) There is the influence of the Practice Stylemethod on the skills of the basic badminton technique,because based on the hypothesis test obtained tcount(8.97) which is greater than t table (1.75). 2). There isthe influence of the Guided Discovery style style methodon the skills of the basic badminton technique becausebased on the hypothesis test obtained tcount (9.06)which is greater than t table (1.75). 3) There aredifferences in the effect of Practice Style with theGuided discovery style style method on the skills of thebasic badminton technique with the mean difference(average) 2.56 with 2.63. Where the Guided Discoverystyle style method is more effective than Practice Stylein improving the skills of basic badminton techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of English about the material for making type II presuppositions using media images of XI students of IBU 1 in Rambah State High School, Rokan Hulu. Action research was carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection in this study uses test and observation methods. Data from research results on addition and subtraction material were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The results showed that learning using picture media can improve learning outcomes in English in making type II conditional sentences in class XI 1 of IBU State High School I Rambah, which at the initial condition of the results before being given an average score of 56. In cycle I using image media has increased so that the average grade value becomes 62. In the second cycle showed an increase with an average of 79.33.

Abstract

This research aims to know the level of intelligence of students of grade VII SMP Development Laboratory of Padang State University, the level of physical freshness of class VII students SMP Development Laboratory of Padang State University, and relationship level Physical freshness with the intelligence of class VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratories of Padang State University. This research is correlational. The population is a grade VII student of the Padang State University laboratories which amounted to 203 people. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling with a total of 30 people. To measure the level of physical freshness used TKJI test (Indonesian physical freshness test) for sons and daughters aged 13-15 years and the assessment of Intelligence (IQ) is obtained from the Intellegence (IQ) test in cooperation with the Department of Counseling Faculty of Science Education UNP. Data analysis is done using SPSS 13.0. Based on the results of research findings known average (mean) physical freshness of 12.87 and its deviation (Stardar deviation) 2.12, while the average Intellegence (IQ) is 96.77 and its deviation is 6.93. From the results of a correlation analysis of research acquired correlation coefficient r = 0.394 with significance level 0.031 meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of physical freshness with the intelligence of junior secondary students development class VII Padang State University Laboratory.
