Abstract

Aktivitas pertambangan dan industri memiliki dampak terhadap aktivitas pertanian. Ini telah terkonfirmasi pada studi-studi terdahulu yang pernah dilakukan di berbagai negara. Fenomena ini tampaknya juga terjadi di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, khususnya setelah beroperasinya kawasan industri hilirisasi nikel di Pulau Obi. Dengan menggunakan metode mixed-method, studi ini mencoba melihat pergeseran sektor pertanian sebagai efek dari perkembangan sektor pertambangan dan industri di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan melihat efeknya secara mikro terhadap golongan masyarakat di desa sekitar wilayah pertambangan dan industri tersebut di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara makroekonomi terdapat pergeseran struktur ekonomi masyarakat dari sektor pertanian ke sektor pertambangan dan industri. Walaupun demikian, arus tenaga kerja lokal masyarakat belum sepenuhnya bergeser ke sektor tersebut. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang menyebabkan kondisi ini terjadi. Secara umum, de-agriculturalization belum terjadi sepenuhnya walaupun ada indikasi mengarah ke hal tersebut di tahun-tahun yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research as a whole aims to (1) determine the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructors in Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi Regency and (2) determine quality improvement strategies that can be carried out by agricultural instructors in Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi Regency. Determining the research location was carried out using a purposive method in Kalipuro District. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive. The data used in the research are primary data and secondary data. Sampling used purposive sampling and the results obtained were 60 farmer respondents with the criteria being that they were members of a farmer group, cultivated coffee and had received counseling, were farmer group administrators, and were willing to be interviewed. The data analysis methods in this research are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Important and Performance Analysis. The results of the research show (1) the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of Agricultural Extension Workers in Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi Regency is 82.66%. This value is included in the range of 80%-100% so it can be stated that coffee farmers are very satisfied with the service performance of agricultural instructors in Kalipuro District (2) The strategy to improve the quality of service that can be implemented by agricultural instructors is to bridge cooperation between farmer groups and companies, both state and local. private sector in the form of partnerships to the use of e-commerce as a place for farmers to market their products.

Abstract

The Joper chicken in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, becomes an alternative to replace ordinary village chickens because it has the same quality but a shorter harvesting period, but it  has uncertain fluctuations every year. This Fact is interesting to find out the feasibility of Joper chickens. We aims to analyse the feasibility of joper chicken and to identify the Break Even Point (BEP) of Joper chicken in Karanganyar Regency. We uses snowball sampling technique with a total of 60 farmers in four districts, including Jumantono, Karangpandan, Ngargoyoso, and Mojogedang. We uses primary and secondary data. A feasibility analysis was carried out namely NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period, and BEP. The results show that at an interest rate of 6% and an economic life of 10 years, Joper chicken farming in Karanganyar Regency is feasible to be cultivated because the NPV is Rp 67,418,062, the IRR is 13% > discount rate 6%, the Net B/C Ratio is 1.49 with criteria > 1 then it feasible to run, the Payback Period is 3 years which is smaller then the project age of 10 years and the BEP is 747 Kg/Year and Rp 26,821,397 per year.

Abstract

The analysis of factors affecting chili production aims to determine the factors that can affect chili production. This study aims to 1) find out the method applied in determining respondents, 2) find out the method applied to collect data on chilli production factors, and 3) find out what factors can affect chilli production. The method applied in this research is a literature review of the factors that influence chili production. The literature sources used include books, scientific journals, and reliable sources. The results show that 1) the highest frequency in the method of determining respondents is simple random sampling; 2) the highest frequency in the category of data collection methods is done using questionnaires and interviews (96 respondents); and 3) the category of the most dominant factors affecting chili production is land area, seed use, and labor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagai peran penyuluh terhadap kepribadian pengajar pada kegiatan institusi di Indonesia Timur. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kontribusi variabel inovator, motivator, fasilitator dan komunikator terhadap pembentukan kepribadian instruktur. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada penyuluh pertanian di wilayah tersebut. Data primer dan sekunder dijadikan bahan dalam penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovator mempunyai kontribusi pengaruh yang paling besar yaitu sebesar 26,73% yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan instruktur dalam mengadopsi dan menerapkan inovasi baru sangat signifikan dalam membentuk kepribadiannya. Variabel motivator memberikan kontribusi sebesar 5,20%, sedangkan variabel fasilitator memberikan kontribusi sebesar 4,41% dan komunikator memberikan kontribusi sebesar 4,41%. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran inovator dalam meningkatkan kepribadian instruktur, yang meliputi sikap proaktif, kreatif, dan adaptif. Sementara itu, peran motivator, fasilitator, dan komunikator juga penting, walaupun kontribusi langsungnya lebih kecil. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program pengembangan penyuluhan sebaiknya lebih menekankan pada peningkatan kemampuan inovatif, pemberian motivasi yang efektif, dan penguatan keterampilan fasilitasi dan komunikasi. Dengan cara ini diharapkan akan tercipta penyuluh yang kompeten dan berkomitmen yang mampu menunjang keberhasilan program penyuluhan pertanian di wilayah Indonesia Timur.

Abstract

Tight competition in marketplace and increasingly consumers selective cause marketplace for more increase service and quality product their marketplace. This is must problem noticed by party company or UMKM for guard continuity his efforts in the future come. Study aim for analyze level satisfaction consumer and analyze performance attribute satisfaction important consumers for improved and repaired to fit with desire consumer. Method used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for know level satisfaction consumer and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for analyze performance attribute satisfaction important consumers for improved and repaired to fit with desire consumer. Data collection was carried out online with spread google forms to shopping customers online. Results study showing that Semedo Manise Sejahtera on the e-marketplace is 62.25 percent, which means enter in category satisfied, results CSI analysis too showing that still there is interest or hope customers who haven't can fulfilled by cooperative. The performance attribute of customer satisfaction of the Semedo Manise Sejahtera Cooperative, which are important for improvement are 11 attribute, while the performance of the attributes of the customer satisfaction of the palm sugar Semedo Manise Sejahtera Cooperative which is important to maintain because it is in accordance with the wishes of customers has as many as 9 attributes.

Abstract

The trend of healthy products has a big chance on the market. One of them is Losspaper, which is a low-sodium salt product made from boiled salt, seaweed extract, and genjer as a solution to prevent hypertension. As a new product on the market, research is needed to determineSegmenting, Targeting, and Positioning, as well as marketing strategies to find out the market potential of Losspaper products.The source of research data is primary data obtained by using a questionnaire technique using the Google Form platform as media. The analytical methods used were validity, reliability, cluster analysis, and cross-tabulation using the SPSS 26.0 program to be interpreted descriptively.Determination of STP and marketing strategy is based on the demographic and psychographic characteristics of consumers.The results showed that low-sodium salt has a fairly high market opportunity for consumerswith the last education level of high school/equivalent, no history of hypertension, enough to know how to prevent hypertension, and for consumers who have never consumed low-sodium salt. The right marketing strategy for Losspaper is in the form of maintaining quality, price adjustments, and market development through partners and product promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of attributes that are most considered by consumers in purchasing decisions for avocados in the Tawangmangu tourism market. The basic method of this research uses descriptive analytic method and implements survey techniques. The research location was chosen purposively, namely the Tawangmangu tourism market. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method with a total of 60 respondents. The testing technique was carried out using the Fishbein Multi-attribute model. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of consumers who buy avocados at the Tawangmangu tourism market are women aged 17-64 years with an average last education of S1/D4 of 35% with jobs/status as private employees earning an average income of Rp. 2,000,001-3,000,000, the average number of family members is 3-4 people in one house, with different regional origins which means that they are not only from Karanganyar Regency but consumers from Karanganyar Regency are the largest with 45%. The attitude of consumers towards the attributes of avocados that are most considered in purchasing decisions for avocados at the Tawangmangu tourism market is the taste of the fruit. Then the order of attributes that are most considered in purchasing decisions for avocados are taste attributes, fruit maturity level, fruit type, fruit price, fruit skin color and fruit size.

Abstract

The trend change in using e-commerce from retail to culinary has an impact on the increasing number of UMKM partnering with food delivery e-commerce. The problem is only 36 percent of the 30 million UMKM targeted by the government to go online in 2024. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of food delivery e-commerce in increasing UMKM revenue. One of the UMKM has partnered with food delivery e-commerce is Nayo Salad. The research population is Nayo Salad consumers who shop using food delivery e-commerce grabfood, gofood and shopeefood. The sample of this study were 120 people. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach, to see the relationship between purchasing decisions with reasons to buy, food delivery e-commerce used and payment methods used by consumers. The results show that there are differences in the number of UMKM revenues before and after partnering with food delivery e-commerce. The results of this research hoped can be a motivation, example and raw model for other UMKM that have not partnered with food delivery e-commerce.Keywords: Revenue, Before, After, E-commerce, E-wallet, CODl

Abstract

Lampung Province is the sixth largest national cocoa producer. However, the volume of cocoa production produced over the last 5 years, 2018-2022, shows a downward trend. The average cocoa production in Lampung Province in the 2018-2022 period was 50% produced by Pesawaran District. The competitiveness of cocoa farming in Pesawaran District will be affected by the decline in production. This study is to analyze the competitive and comparative advantages, and the effects of fertilizer subsidy and export tax policy on cocoa farming in Pesawaran District. The research was conducted in Gedong Tataan Subdistrict, Pesawaran District, which was chosen purposively. The respondent obtained a sample of 54 farmers who were determined using the simple random sampling method. Data analyzed using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method. The results showed that cocoa farming in Pesawaran District has a competitive advantage as indicated by a PCR value of 0.55 and a comparative advantage with a DRCR value of 0.44. The fertilizer subsidy policy provides benefits to cocoa farmers because it causes lower input prices by 45% (NPCI 0.55), while the export tax policy does not provide benefits to farmers because it causes farmer's private revenue to be lower than social because the private price of cocoa is lower by 78% than the social price (NPCO 0.78).
