Abstract

Koordinasi antar pemerintah, swasta, maupun lembaga masyarakat sangat diperlukan dalam penanganan kekerasan seksual pada anak. Pada tahun 2022 terjadi kenaikan jumlah anak korban kekerasan seksual yang terlapor di Kota Surabaya sejumlah 75 korban kekerasan dari yang sebelumnya sejumlah 66 korban pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kolaborasi pemerintah dalam penanganan kekerasan seksual pada anak di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh melalui dua sumber yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Fokus penelitian ini mengacu pada proses tata kelola kolaboratif yaitu kondisi awal, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, desain kelembagaan dan proses kolaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang dijalankan sudah baik. Dilihat dari adanya dialog yang diinisiasi oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak serta Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Surabaya  sebagai leading sector terkait perlindungan perempuan dan anak. Selain itu kontribusi pemangku kepentingan untuk mensukseskan penanganan kekerasan seksual pada anak di Kota Surabaya menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan aktif para aktor baik pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat dalam penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Kota Surabaya telah terlaksana dengan baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA) in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study using a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observations, literature studies. indicators in this study using communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. This research focuses on the Implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA) in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of sipraja in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency is considered to be lacking in outreach to the people of Banjarbendo Village regarding services using SIPRAJA. So far, the financial resources to support the existence of the Sidoarjo People's Service System are still lacking because it has never been budgeted for. This makes the implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA) in Banjarbendo Village not optimal and effective.

Abstract

The issue is that Curug Ciparay tourism attractions have not been fully developed, which results in a low volume of visitors. In Ciasihan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, the Curug Ciparay is a popular tourist destination. The goal of this study is to examine its sustainable development approach. This research is crucial for developing pertinent strategic or legislative solutions for the expansion of sustainable tourism. This study employs multiple data collection methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as descriptive methods. To verify and evaluate the field data that has been gathered, a SWOT analysis was performed. The study's findings suggest that the tourist destination of Curug Ciparay, with all of its amenities, is a well-kept secret. Empirically, this waterfall is encouraging and, if it is developed by connected parties in the best way, it will have a big influence. For the management of Curug Ciparay tourism, alternative development approaches can be suggested, such as enhancing and maintaining regional facilities and infrastructure, maximizing the inherent potential and distinctiveness of tourist attractions to compete with other destinations, utilizing human resources and a skilled workforce, and cooperating with related parties. The associated parties in question include government agencies with the authority to regulate Indonesian tourism, as well as universities, financiers, and tour operators. They also include social media promotion.

Abstract

The complexity of social problems faced by the community encourages the emergence of social movements that seek to provide assistance and empowerment programs that directly target the grassroots. The presence of the Semanggi Foundation movement in Tangerang City is engaged in providing support in the fields of humanity, education, culture and so on. This study aims to analyze various programs and activities carried out by the Semanggi Foundation and the extent to which they have an impact on the wider community. This study used a qualitative approach by using observation and interview techniques in taking research data. This research found that the Semanggi Foundation Social movement plays a positive role in people's lives. Its existence in the non-profit community helps people in the process of socializing and developing personal potential through a variety of dynamic activities. Social actions carried out by this movement cover various fields, such as humanitarian, educational, religious, and cultural arts. This research underscores the importance of the role of social movements in strengthening social solidarity and having a positive impact on society.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the implications of work flexibility for precariat workers in Makassar City. The research was carried out with a qualitative approach and used a case study type of research on workers in the PKWT form or popularly known as contracts and outsourcing. The research location is in the Parangloe and KIMA Warehousing Areas. The method of determining informants was carried out by purposive sampling, so that there were 8 informants consisting of 4 outsourcing workers, 3 contract workers, and one HR worker from an outsourcing vendor. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews as the main method, in addition to observation and document collection which were considered important as secondary methods. The results of this study illustrate that there are several implications for implementing work flexibility for informants. First, the issue of job security is a priority for workers because there are a large group of reserve workers who are ready to replace them, forcing them to maintain their jobs even with a high workload but low wages. This also has implications for companies that find it easier to lay off workers and provide low wages to workers. The second implication is that workers are more likely to move between companies and jobs due to work flexibility. Frequent transfers also result in vulnerability due to uncertain wages and uncertainty about the continuity of work.

Abstract

This article or article aims to describe the form of using sarcasm in social media Tik Tok. The problem is focused on the form of using sarcasm on social media Tik Tok. In order to approach this problem, Gorys Keraf's theoretical references are used regarding language style, sarcasm and its form and function. The data were collected through documentation and note-taking techniques and then analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the results of the study show that there are 50 data on the use of sarcasm language which are categorized into trait sarcasm, action sarcasm, action result sarcasm, appeal sarcasm and designation sarcasm. The use of sarcasm language found is words in groups of words that have aggressive meanings, are satirical, contain ridicule, and the use of titles or titles for people without maximizing respect let alone demeaning and insulting the interlocutor is a characteristic of the opinions left by netizens on the platform Tik Tok social media.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang Strategi Pull Marketing Politik yang dilakukan Maurits Mantiri dan Hengky Honandar pada Pemilukada Kota Bitung Tahun 2020. Calon Walikota Bitung di Sulawesi Utara ini berniat menjadikan Kota Bitung sebagai Kota Digital, dengan konsep yang ditawarkan adalah pembangunan gotong-royong yang berbasis digital disetiap Kelurahan. Kota Bitung sebagai kota digital mempermudah masyarakat dapat menjangkau segala proses pelayanan pada pemerintah yang berbasis digital atau online hingga pada tingkat Kelurahan. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif sebagai cara yang digunakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang diteliti, dengan menguraikan tentang keadaan suatu subjek atau objek dalam suatu penelitian, dengan informan berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui, bahwa Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah Kota Bitung pada Tahun 2020 merupakan salah satu contoh kasus, bahwa strategi pull marketing berperan penting terhadap kemenangan Maurits Mantiri dan Hengky Honandar, sebagai Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Bitung. Kemenangan tersebut telah mengalahkan kandidat Petahana Maximiliaan Jonas Lomban dengan menerapkan strategi pull marketing politik yang terencana dan juga terukur. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan, bahwa Pemilihan Kepada Daerah di Indonesia, strategi pull marketing politik dan positioning serta pembentukan image politik, merupakan hal yang wajib untuk dilakukan oleh kandidat untuk merebut simpati publik. Pembentukan image politik harus sesuai dengan kualitas personal yang meliputi program kerja, track record, dan integritas, karena sejatinya pull marketing politik merupakan alat dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan politik kepada masyarakat dan bukan sebagai rekayasa komunikasi yang bertujuan untuk mengelabui masyarakat.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang, Manajemen Kebijakan Komunikasi Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah selama Pandemi Covid-19. Kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan yang signifikan karena pandemi COVID-19 yang berlangsung merubah banyak kebiasaan masyarakat. DPP IMM adalah salah satu organisasi kemahasiswaan yang mengalami dampak pandemi COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, manajemen komunikasi yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul dalam organisasi, baik di pusat maupun daerah. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian memahami subjek penelitian melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPP IMM melakukan penelitian tentang perencanaan kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka, tetapi sekarang dilakukan secara digital atau online. Kemudian, kebijakan tersebut juga mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan, yang sebelumnya memakan waktu tiga hingga lima hari, menjadi hanya tiga hari dengan pengawasan instruktur yang ketat. Dengan demikian, organisasi harus menggunakan media digital saat mengembangkan organisasi pemuda dan kemahasiswaan di era modern saat ini. Selain itu, para pemimpin organisasi membutuhkan bimbingan yang akurat dan konsisten untuk melaksanakan kebijakan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, DPP IMM memberikan instruksi melalui pengoptimalan komunikasi online seperti Zoom Meeting, Group Whatsaap, dan komunikasi pribadi yang intensif, terutama untuk membangun kebijakan untuk membangun pergerakan organisasi dan menemukan solusi baru untuk memastikan aktivitas organisasi tetap berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how radicalism develops and influences members of the JAD, Bima group and how the concept of amaliyah is implemented by group members using Berger and Luckmaan's social construction theory which is described through the process of internalization, objectivation, and externalization. This research is qualitative with a case study approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with informants selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research shows that the JAD group becomes radicalized when there is an incomplete understanding of the teachings of Islam, they are taught a book that discusses the law of blood against those who oppose or fall into the group of infidels entitled Ahkamuddimah. The JAD group has the concept of iddat or war preparation which begins with the process of teaching Islamic values and is followed by training to strengthen mentally and physically. The concept of amaliyah is recognized as jihad or a struggle to defend religion in order to invent a state life based on Islam. The internalization process is interpreted as a value-teaching activity. At the same time, objectivation is a process where members strengthen their position as part of the group by learning religious values and training consistently. The externalization process is interpreted as the implementation of values and awareness of realizing religious teachings in real actions known as jihad through extreme actions. As a result of the JAD group, Bima contributed to shaping the negative public perception of Islam.

Abstract

Noken is a typical Papuan knitted bag, which cannot be separated from people's daily lives. In particular, the Miyah tribe in the Tambrauw district area, in making noken, they use raw materials from the bark fiber of the ganemon tree and only women can make noken, because they consider that a woman who cannot make noken is not yet mature and worthy of marriage, and likewise on the contrary. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely by describing the entire series of research from the data search stage, data analysis and drawing conclusions. So the results obtained are that the interest of the people in Tambrauw Regency, especially the Miyah Tribe, in making noken art crafts is still lacking, this is due to the obstacles that occur, namely the lack of socialization from the local government, the availability of raw materials which is still difficult, plus the pandemic so that marketing is not optimal. . Therefore, efforts are made to provide good facilities and infrastructure as well as providing training and guidance, both in improving the community's creative economy and maintaining the preservation of the noken culture itself.
