Abstract

Kekerasaan pada perempuan dan anak masalah yang perlu diseriusi terutama di kota sorong masih sangat tinggi tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji peran lembaga perlindungan terhadap korban kekerasan perempuan dan anak di Kota Sorong. Metode pada penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dengan hasil rendahnya pengetahuan yang hanya sekitar 20-25% untuk beberapa lembaga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di Kota Sorong tidak memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang lembaga perlindungan kekerasaan, Masyarakat masih ambingu tentang Tantangan dalam melaporkan kasus dan menghadapi hambatan dalam mengakses proses hukum untuk melindungi diri mereka atau orang lain dan Lembaga perlindungan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat masih kurang guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Lembaga pemerintah memberikan perhatian lebih seperti penyediaan Layanan Perlindungan dan Bantuan karena Lembaga pemerintah di Kota Sorong, Papua Barat Daya, memiliki peran dalam menyediakan layanan perlindungan dan bantuan bagi korban kekerasan perempuan dan anak. Hal ini meliputi tempat penampungan, konseling, pendampingan hukum, dan fasilitas medis. Pemerintah memiliki peran dalam menegakkan hukum untuk memastikan pelaku kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak mendapat sanksi yang setimpal. Pemerintah memiliki peran dalam melakukan advokasi dan pegawasan untuk mendorong kesadaran masyarakat dan dukungan terhadap perlindungan perempuan dan anak

Abstract

In 2019 in Bojonegoro District, child identity cards began to be issued. However, currently, some people still consider KIA to be unimportant, thus hampering the fulfillment of children's civil rights, where stakeholders have a role in conveying information about the importance of KIA. This research aims to determine all the stakeholders who contribute to implementing the child identity card program by children's rights. The case study methodology combined with qualitative research with the main research subjects are stakeholders in the Child Identity Card program in Bojonegoro District. Based on observations, especially in Bojonegoro, the role of stakeholders between the community and the government cannot be said to be good. One of the difficulties faced is the lack of community involvement in implementing KIA. Therefore, for the KIA program to be implemented as an equitable manifestation of children's rights, community and government stakeholders must work together.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the motives of political participation among coastal communities in the 2020 Makassar Mayoral Election, particularly in the Sangkarrang Islands Subdistrict. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive type. The informant selection technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling, where 6 informants were chosen based on specific criteria and their ability to answer research questions. The research findings indicate that political participation motives can be categorized into several factors, including intentionality, emotional factors, internal factors, external factors, and rational considerations. Intentionality arises from the understanding and awareness of individuals regarding the contribution they can make to the general election process. Meanwhile, emotional factors are related to personal relationships or shared identity, and in some situations, participation can be influenced by ethnic similarities and identity without coercion. Some individuals also engage in the election process due to emotional involvement with specific candidates. Motives for participation can also stem from social needs for communal leadership and external influences, such as political education organized by election organizers

Abstract

Social changes that occur in Tello Baru Village into ecotourism are not only environmental changes but also social and economic changes. These changes are changes planned by agents and structures. This study aims to analyze the relationship between agents and structures in creating social change in Tello Baru Village into ecotourism through the Lorong Wisata program. The research analysis uses Anthony Giddens' structuration theory which explains the relationship between agents and structures. The research used qualitative methods using observation, interview and documentation data. The research findings show that the relationship between agents and structures is established through social practices of domination, significance and legitimacy. The domination owned by the agent is control over society and facilities. The social practice of the significance cluster is realized through the production of discourse by the agent's mastery in ecotourism management. The legitimacy cluster is realized when the agent gets structural support from the Makassar City government.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what steps female politicians must take to utilize political modalities to gain public sympathy. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data obtained through primary and secondary data. The research results show that the modalities at hand can influence voters' attitudes and can change people's views through the influence of an actor and a political party. Utilizing family networks is the right step to gain political support by gathering a mass base, especially in political outreach activities and political campaigns. Likewise, the political capital he has as the holder of the most votes in the National Democratic Party (Nasedem) already has loyal sympathizers and strengthens his strength to retain voters' votes, and economic capital as a supporting factor in campaign activities, especially financing campaign props, such as print media. and electronic media.

Abstract

Koba-koba is a unique product of cultural objects (Artifacts) and local wisdom of the Maybrat tribe and has many functions. This research was conducted on the Maybrat tribe community in utilizing forest Pandan as a cultural product in the form of koba-koba (Am). The aim of this research is to find out local wisdom in making koba-koba and the socio-cultural perspective of the Maybrat tribe in interpreting koba-koba. The method in this research is a descriptive method using a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach. The results of the research show that the local wisdom of the Maybrat tribe in making and knitting cultural objects in the form of koba-koba is all made from natural materials, starting with the preparation of sheets of Pandan leaves, needles made from bat bones (siwafu) and threads made from gnemon skin fiber (harerem/arus) and stitched by the people. women (mama-mama) form the folds of a coat or umbrella. The socio-cultural perspective of the Maybrat tribe community in making and interpreting koba-koba is a symbol and traditional symbolism that is born from the community and becomes a manifestation of the social and cultural life activities of the Maybrat tribe community in their interaction with their natural environment.

Abstract

The performance target of the DPRD Secretariat is to provide satisfactory services and facilities for DPRD leaders and members and work together to achieve SKPD goals. The Banjarbaru City Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat carries out its main duties and functions to support all operational activities of DPRD leaders and members to guide several regulations so that they do not conflict with applicable legal norms. Description of the main duties and functions of the Banjarbaru City DPRD secretariat, there are changes to the Organizational Structure and Work Procedures (SOTK) which are determined and implemented in 2023. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the DPRD Secretariat's performance with the latest Mayor's Regulation Number 5 of 2023 for Banjarbaru City. In carrying out this analysis, the author used a normative qualitative approach (literature) and participant observation. The research results show that Mayor Regulation No. 5 of 2023 has returned all functional positions resulting from the alignment into structural positions again. With the enactment of Mayor's Regulation Number 5 of 2023, the DPRD Secretariat can perform optimally by achieving SKPD targets through strategic targets and Key Performance Indicators. This is because; 1) there is clarity of responsibility; 2) have a clear position; 3) have a clear relationship path; and 4) The duties and functions of each have been clearly described (job description).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyahan values ​​in non-Muslim students at Muhamamdiyah University, Sorong, which is based on the Al-Islam and Muhammadiyahan courses given by all students, not only Muslim but also non-Muslim, for 4 semesters (I, II, III and VII). Qualitative methods as data analysis using observation, interview and literature study data collection methods. Data collection was carried out on course lecturers and non-Muslim students from various study programs. The research results show that AIK teaches non-Muslim students about the good values ​​of tolerance, ethics, morals and morals. When you meet a lecturer, kiss each other's hands, say "Assalamualaikum" to each other, and habits acquired outside are not carried on campus, especially drinking alcohol, this is just a habit before entering college, especially at Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

The problem of this researcher is that the potential voters revealed by Disdukcapil to the Makassar City KPU RI to the Makassar City KPU are 1,048,151 million voters. Voter data updating is needed considering that in this initial voter data there are still many double data and anomalous voter data. the purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the Makassar City KPU Process on updating voter data in protecting people's voting rights in the 2020 election for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Makassar. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this research is an analytical understanding process based on the methodology used. The results of the study There were additional polling stations and a shift in the number of voters from the DPSHP to the DPT, initially the 2020 Election DPSHP of 899,932 voters increased by 1,155 voters, causing the 2020 Election DPT to become 901,087 voters. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the process faced by the Makassar City KPU in the voter data updating stage is the submission of the Election Voters Potential Population List (DP4) updated to the Voters List of Updating Results (DPHP) at the village and sub-district levels and then determined to be the Temporary Voters List (DPS) at the city level. It is updated again to become the Temporary Voters List of Updating Results (DPSHP) at the urban village and sub-district levels and is determined to be the Permanent Voters List (DPT) at the city level.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur mempunyai potensi wisata yang lengkap, baik dari wisata buatan, wisata alam, maupun wisata budaya. Namun pengembangan pariwisata tidak berjalan seiring dengan harapan membangun daerah melalui peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi daerah dalam mencapai kemasyarakatan, pelayanan publik, dan daya saing. Anggaran pembangunan dirasionalisasi dan difokus ulang sehingga upaya percepatan pembangunan menjadi tantangan besar ketika realitas kemampuan finansial tidak sejalan dengan kebijakan perencanaan dan penganggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis deformitas politik pariwisata sebagai dampak konflik kepentingan dalam kegiatan pengembangan desa wisata di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan informan kunci sehingga pengembangan pariwisata lebih menekankan pada hubungan antara politik dan pariwisata, khususnya dalam hal pariwisata mampu mengubah struktur kekuasaan dan nilai-nilai di suatu kawasan wisata.
