Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the application of Learning Strategies in PAI learning in SMP al-Huda Sedayulawas Brondong Lamongan. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection is done by observation, documentation and interviews, while the data analysis uses inductive, deductive and comparative methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: First, Think, Talk, Write Strategies are applied in SMP al-Huda Sedayulawas Brondong Lamongan by forming groups that each must be able to present the content of the verse, recitation of recitation in the verse. Each group must be active in this activity because the students' score is obtained from the points given by the teacher during the discussion and question and answer session. The implementation of this strategy did not experience significant problems or obstacles, the Think, Talk, Write strategy has given very satisfying results, in addition to this strategy also uses several methods including lectures, questions and answers, and others in the learning process; Second, by using the Think, Talk, Write strategy, it can be said that students' learning activeness is good, because the children have fulfilled some of the indicators of learning activeness, are more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic. Keywords: Learning Strategies, Student Learning Activity, PAI

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of human resource development management in efforts to improve the quality of education in the Pesantren Darul Arqom Wiradesa Pekalongan, know how the role of management of human resource development in efforts to improve the quality of education in Darul Arqom Wiradesa Pekalongan, as well as knowing what factors which is a supporter and obstacle in the implementation of management of human resource development in the Pesantren Darul Arqom Wiradesa Pekalongan. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data generated from interviews, observations, and documentation. While the steps of data analysis in this study are the processes, data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. From the research results it is known that managerially and operationally, the function of human resource management has been carried out in Darul Arqom Wiradesa Pekalongan and proved to play a very positive role. This can be seen in the process, implementation, and procedures in the stages of planning, management, procurement of labor, compensation, development and training, evaluation and termination of work. Although there are still some minor evaluation notes and a few inhibiting factors that should be resolved and become a concern for improvement in the future. Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Quality of Education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the urgency of memorizing al-Qur'an education and how the theory of memorizing al-Qur'an according to Baduwailan. This research is a qualitative research with a type of library research, and data analysis techniques using inductive and deductive. The findings of this study can be concluded: first, memorizing the Qur'an is very important as a scientific foundation in the field of religion and other sciences. Earlier scholars required memorization of the Qur'an as the beginning of learning before learning other sciences. Memorizing the Qur'an is a tradition of Salaf Salih which continues to be passed on until this time until the age to come. Therefore, the spirit of memorization must continue to be encouraged in the midst of Muslims. Second, the theory of memorizing the Qur'an according to Baduwailan is as follows: (a) Ikhlash; (b) Correcting pronunciations and readings before memorizing; (c) Determine daily memorization; (d) Establish memorization before continuing; (e) Using a Manuscripts for Tahfizh; (f) Memorizing While Understanding Verses; (g) Binding Between the Beginning and End of the Letter; (h) Keep memorizing deliberately and learn. Keywords: Memorization, al-Qur'an, Baduwailan

Abstract

It is common for every educational institution to implement teaching programs according to the curriculum set by the government in this case the Ministry of National Education or the Department of Religion. When examined carefully education is a determinant of the direction of one's life which is the smallest component of a society and nation. That's why MTs Al-Arif Gempol Pasuruan deems it necessary to improve the quality and quantity of Educators, Students and Students Facilities which are called Intensive Programs. Because there is no known influence between the intensive program and the learning achievement of Islamic religious education, the authors intend to conduct research with quantitative and qualitative approaches to test hypotheses.This intensive program is an effort to improve student learning achievement by handling more education factors through competent teacher qualifications, selecting raw student input, adding curriculum or materials, fulfilling learning facilities and infrastructure and increasing learning time. Thus it is hoped that the elevation of student learning achievement will be better.From the research we have done, intensive programs affect the learning achievement of Islamic religious education, this is evidenced by the results of statistical analysis obtained sufficient or moderate correlation with the calculation of the final value of rxy = 0.525 this case if connoted by the interpretation table is at the number 0,400 - 0,700 which has a moderate or moderate meaning.Considering that there are still deficiencies that need to be addressed in this intensive program, including not yet maximizing teacher qualifications, some students who lack discipline, unequal mastery of the material and lack of learning facilities and infrastructure. Then the collaboration of the school, parents, and students needs to be improved.Keywords: Intensive Program, Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to describe digital optimization E-learning system based on "ASSTECH" to improve the quality of 21st century Inclusive education. E-Learning system is an effort digital to facilitate the learning process and strengthening values in each subject to students who have special needs. In the context of inclusive education, E-learning systems based on Asstech adjusted to the characteristics and needs of students, such as JAWS functions to change text into sound, i-CHAT to help strengthen hearing, websites and other learning media designed for students with special needs. This study uses a qualitative approach that seeks to obtain and collect and process, analyze and define data qualitative. The qualitative approach in this research various library sources such as prociding papers, journals, newspapers or magazines, reference books and so on which are then constructed as a critical thinking framework so that this approach is expected able to provide accurate about E-Learning Based Learning Technology "Asstech" in improving the quality of 21st century inclusive education. Keywords: e-learning system; ASSTECH; inclusive education.

Abstract

The success of teaching in the sense of achieving teaching objectives, it really depends on the ability of the class. Classes that can create situations to enable students to learn well are a starting point for teaching success. And students can learn well in a normal atmosphere without pressure and in conditions that are stimulating to learn. They need guidance and assistance to understand teaching materials in various learning activities. In learning activities, students need something that allows them to communicate well with the teacher, with friends and with the surrounding environment. This type of research used in this research is a case study. In this case, explaining that a case study is a research conducted on a unified system. This unit can be like a program, activity, event, or group of individuals who are bound by a certain place, time or bond. In short, a case study is a research that is directed to collect data, take meaning, gain understanding of the case. From the results of the author's research at MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik regarding "the function of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of Islamic religious education learning" are: the steps of implementing classroom management in MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik are as follows: Increasing self-awareness as a teacher and educator. Selection of appropriate learning methods and media. Giving a reprimand / question for students who violate the classroom rules. Pay attention to all student behavior while in class when receiving lessons. Group students who have problems learning difficulties in Islamic religious education and students who have problems. Mengenai classroom management functions to improve the effectiveness of learning in MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik is very important to be noticed by a teacher, especially teachers of Islamic religious education. There are four functions of the teacher as the class manager as follows: Planning this is to arrange a program to be achieved by the teacher in improving the effectiveness of learning in MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik. Organizing this is grouping students in the teaching and learning process in the classroom in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. Like the Aqidah  teacher at MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik when teaching using methods, for example the demonstration method. To lead this is the teacher can guide, encourage the behavior of students in MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik so that they will be ready to realize their learning goals. Supervise, by supervising the teacher as the manager can pay attention to the behavior of students in MTs Al-Hidayah Betoyo Kauman Gresik so as to achieve the stated learning goals.   Keywords: Classroom Management Functions, Effectiveness of Aqidah Learning

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the strategy to improve the quality of education in SMP AL-ISLAM Tenggulun Solokuro Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. This research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the quality of education in SMP AL-ISLAM Tenggulun Solokuro Lamongan in the academic field is realized with quality learning; supported by good and adequate learning facilities; adequate infrastructure. And the provision of superior classes for students who have more intelligence in the field of Tahfidz. At SMP AL-ISLAM Tenggulun Solokuro Lamongan, improving the quality of education uses the Total Quality Management strategy. The implementation of the Total Quality Management strategy is manifested in several education quality improvement programs. The education quality improvement program at SMP AL-ISLAM Tenggulun Solokuro Lamongan includes programs in the field of curriculum, programs in the field of student affairs, programs in the field of public relations, programs in the field of improving teacher quality. Keywords: Strategy, Improvement, Quality of Education

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of strategies to Strengthen student character education based on Qs. Lukman verses 12-19. Education is a human activity that has the intention of developing individuals in totality in accordance with Reviews their potential and competence. Therefore, education Becomes the obligation and responsibility of parents (families), schools and communities so as to create a quality generation that is a generation of strong faith, broad knowledge and understanding, good social charity and noble character, a reflection of personal character with the desire of the people. Abstract

Formulation of the problem of this research the researcher described as follows; 1. How is the application of learning strategies to improve the ability to think with the method of discussion in SMP Negeri 18 Surabaya ?; 2. How are student achievement in PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 18 Surabaya ?; 3. How does the effect of the application of learning strategies to increase the ability to think with the method of discussion on student achievement in the PAI (Islamic Religious Education )lesson at SMP Negeri 18 Surabaya? This research approach was a quantitative approach, the research population was all 7th grade students of SMPN 18 Surabaya, and the sample was 15% of the population, namely 45 students; Methods: observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire, while analyzing the data using the statistical formula. "Product Moment" This formula showed a correlation between variable x, namely increased thinking ability with the method of discussion, and variable y, namely student achievement in PAI lesson. Research findings in this thesis were concluded. 1. The implementation of the learning strategy model for improving the ability to think with the discussion method at SMPN 18 Surabaya was quite good. Proven based on the results of the analysis through 85% percentage and the value were consulted with criteria determined by Suharsimi Arikunto between 76% - 100% which meant good. 2. Student achievement in the PAI lesson at SMPN 18 Surabaya was classified as Good. Based on the analysis of the percentage of 89.5% and the value were consulted with criteria determined by Suharsim Arikunto between 76% - 100% meant Good. 3. The effect of increasing the ability to think with the method of discussion on student achievement in Islamic religious education material there was a significant positive correlation, this was evidenced by the value of rxy or r0   that is 0.7841, then the value was consulted with an interpretation table that is between 0.70 - 0.90, which was classified as strong or high. So it can be concluded that learning to increase the ability to think with the discussion method was carried out well it improved student achievement in PAI lesson for students in SMP Negeri 18 SurabayaKeywords: Method, Achievement, and Influence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the tawhid concept and its learning according to Ibn Taymiyyah. This research is a qualitative research with literature research type, and the data analysis technique uses inductive and deductive. The findings of this study can be concluded: first, according to Ibn Taimiyah Tawhid is insisting on Allah in matters that are specific to God, both in rububiyah, uluhiyah and asma’ and shifat. Second, the relationship between the three types of tawẖîd is in the correlative and comprehensive form. Therefore, tawẖîd rububiyah is a necessity of tawẖîd uluhiyah, while tawẖîd rububiyah is the preamble of tawẖîd uluhiyah. As for the tawẖîd asma’ and shifat, then also contained in it also the two types of tawẖîd, meaning people who force God with all that he has from al-asma' al-husna and noble qualities that are not possessed except by Him, then by he himself admitted tawẖîd rububiyah and uluhiyah. Keywords: Concept, Tawhid, Ibn Taimiyah
