Abstract

AbstractThe background of this study was that PAUD SPS Anggrek 21 students have mainly not shown receptive language skills which important to improve the language skills of PAUD students. Learning media requires innovation. Theories used in this research are learning media or teaching media and language proficiency theory. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were: one principal, one teacher, and 15 students aged 4-5 years who were randomly selected. The location of the study at SPS Anggrek 21 Tanimulya.The results of research on the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale video tutorials to improve receptive language skills in children show that the implementation of teaching media with fairy tale videos can improve children's receptive language skills. This can be seen based on the results of observations that have been made where students have been able to show an increase in receptive language skills. One of the implementation's accomplishments is the learning media employed. Keywords: Receptive Language, Learning Media, Fairy Tale Video Tutorial, Early Childhood .

Abstract

The background of this research is the learning process of understanding numbers in children, it appears that they do not understand simple concepts in everyday life, especially in the ability to recognize numbers, even though introducing the concept of numbers to children aged 5 years must use the right and appropriate methods and models in the learning process. accompanied by the right media. The purpose of the research is to find out efforts to improve understanding of the concept of numbers through the learning media of number cards in early childhood at RA Baeturrohmah. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where the sample consisted of one principal of RA Baeturrohmah, one teacher of RA Baeturrohmah, and eight students of RA Baeturrohmah. Data collection techniques are carried out to the respondents through interviews and observations.The result is that students can take part in learning to increase understanding of numbers with number card learning media where the process is carried out with students learning while playing so that students can follow the learning well. This can be seen from the observations of students experiencing an increase in understanding of numbers. So it can be concluded that learning media can help increase students' understanding of learning numbers in particular. Keywords: Early Childhood, Number Cards, Number Concepts, Learning Media

Abstract

This research is motivated by data that states that PIK R managers must get updated information regarding good and correct PIK R management, this update was carried out because BKKBN had not provided a briefing activity for PIK R managers. In addition, the cadre has always been running as long as natural with the number of registered participants 3,053 as active participants so far and updated information. The theory used in this research is the theory of training, the theory of PIK R, and the theory of Family Planning Extension. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The research location is at the BKKBN Representative for West Java Province, Jalan Surapati No. 122, Cihaur Geulis, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. A sample of one training implementer and three representatives of training participants were selected randomly.Based on the results and discussion that training can improve the ability and understanding of family planning instructors to be able to update the management of information, services, and counseling for adolescents in West Java, especially PIK R. realizing teenagers who have a family life plan and will be ready to build a happy and prosperous family.

Abstract

This study aims to detail the implementation of active learning-based digital marketing training to enhance the marketing capabilities of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This research employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The gathering of data commenced with interviews and observations of 12 informants, including 10 MSME owners, 1 trainer, and a training organizer. Utilizing semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, information was gathered. Triangulation was then applied to the data for analysis. This study reveals that 1) planning includes determining training learning needs, preparing schedules, determining trainers, determining the location and time of training, determining participant recruitment requirements, determining the form and materials of training materials, and digital marketing. Initial activities include pre-testing and orientation of digital marketing training based on active learning. Core activities include explanations of digital marketing materials for MSMEs and practices for developing MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. Final activities include evaluating the success of the implementation. 3) The results of the training include a significant increase in marketing knowledge and abilities, as seen in the post-test score. This study indicates that micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) should receive active learning-based digital marketing training on a regular basis in order to increase their competitiveness and economic influence.

Abstract

The community reading garden is one of the extracurricular educational offerings. The right approach is needed in program implementation. TBM Silayung aims and focuses more on adult education/reawakening adult interest in reading. The right approach in this program is the andragogic approach. The andragogic approach is an approach that uses the principles of adult education. This principle is used because the majority of students are adults with different learning styles. Therefore, the application of the andragogic approach is necessary to motivate students to learn. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of Community Reading Gardens (TBM) managers in increasing adult reading motivation using the andragogic approach. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data collection techniques including observations, interviews and literature reviews. The TBM program aims to re-increase the demand for adult reading.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of early childhood activities in the Annisa play group. The research subjects were the Anisa Playgroup students. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method and interprets data regarding the phenomena/symptoms studied in the field. This research data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. The variables analyzed include the program and its implementation in the An- nisa play group which focuses on activities to introduce religious values, through the practice of ablution, practice of prayer as well as memorizing daily prayers. The results of the research and data analysis show that the Annisa Playgroup already has a development program that is implemented in good and directed activities so that it can achieve the expected goals of preparing a generation that is smart, cheerful, has good character and has noble character.

Abstract

This research was conducted to try to answer problems related to the implementation of non-formal education programs, especially in computer training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of learning citizens. Through this research it is hoped that it can provide input for non-formal education program organizers in finding alternatives that can empower the community. the location of the research was carried out at PKBM Cerdik, Tamansari. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the training program show that computer training at the Smart PKBM has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of learning residents in the field of computers, so that they can play a role in keeping pace with technological developments. However, in the implementation of the training, several obstacles were found which became materials for improvement for the next implementation, including the lack of personnel in the field of computer technicians, limited training funds, and low motivation among learning residents to attend training.

Abstract

Training is a systematic process of providing knowledge, skills and behavior to individuals or groups in order to increase their abilities and productivity in work or daily life. Through training activities, employees have a great opportunity to absorb new values that have not existed so far, so that with this new pattern they can improve their profession in carrying out the tasks assigned to them . This article was prepared by utilizing literature as a writing method. In addition, the writer also confirms the information obtained with the interview data. The results of the study show that the superiority of HR training is for employee conducted by PT. Abstract

Drug abuse among the community is currently a serious problem. The crime of drug abuse not only threatens in terms of health, but also threatens in terms of the resilience and security system of a country. The problem of drug abuse in Indonesia is one of the reasons behind the existence of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The National Narcotics Agency is one of the efforts made by the government to reduce crimes arising from drug abuse in Indonesia. Now, the National Narcotics Agency is holding a program that seeks to reduce people in drug abuse, especially in Cimahi City. The program is the Kelurahan Bersih dari Obat (Bersinar) program. The Bersinar village program involves various parties, both government, ministries, agencies, legal institutions and community stakeholders. The shining village program includes activities in the fields of prevention, eradication, community empowerment and rehabilitation. To find out the running of the Kelurahan Bersinar program, it is necessary to evaluate the community education program. The evaluation of community education programs used is the Context, Input, Process, Produkct (CIPP) program evaluation model.

Abstract

There are still many issues with Indonesia's educational system, such as underprivileged individuals who are illiterate. According to information from the Ministry of Education and Culture, 6,007,486 persons in Indonesia were illiterate in 2014. By taking a closer look at these issues, the community has stepped up the execution of literacy instruction initiatives in an effort to raise Indonesia's literacy level. PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung is one of the non-formal educational institutions that administers this pre-literacy education program. The CIPP approach is the one applied in this evaluation. The findings demonstrate that the language used in the current literacy education program at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung has considered the specific needs of pupils in the region who are trying to overcome social and economic issues that exist in society. In addition, PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung also has sufficient resources to support literacy education programs and the process of implementing literacy education programs at PKBM Bina Cipta Ujung Berung is going very well with results that can be seen from the increased level of students' literacy. the long-term impact on this program needs to be continuously monitored and evaluated to ensure the sustainability of the results achieved.
