Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة دور المرأة القيادي في القرآن، وتحديدا في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤ في نظرة النسويات والمفسرين المتقدمين. وفقًا للنسوية ، فإن تفسيرات العلماء المتقدمين مليئة بالتحيز الجنساني وكراهية للنساء. لذلك يحاولون تفسير الآيات المتعلقة بالرجال والنساء بطرقهم وأساليبهم الخاصة من خلال تبني منهج تفسير الكتاب المقدس كما تمارسها النسوية المسيحية، أي منهج التأويل (الهرمنيوطيقا)، ويعطون الأولوية للتفسير المعقول من التفسير المأثور، مما ينتج عنه منتجات تفسير مختلفة. إلى المعاني الحقيقية المتضمنة في مشكلة القيادة المرأة. وعلى هذا الأساس، أجرى الباحثة بحثًا حول تفسير سورة النساء الآية ٣٤. هذه المقالة عبارة عن المنهج الوصفي المقارن مع المقربة الكيفية. من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين آراء النسويات والمفسرين المتقدمين في تفسير القيادة في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤، وجدت الباحثة أن هناك التباسًا في تفسير القرآن والذي فسره النسويون بما في ذلك قضية القيادة المرأة و رفض المفسرين المتقدمين في تفسير كلمة القرآن "القوام " في سورة النساء الآية ٣٤ التي يعتقد أنها تظهر تفوق الرجال على المرأة ويشعرن أن المرأة فقدت مصداقيتها. وحيث أن الإسلام رفع مكانة المرأة بحقوقها وواجباتها الشريفة ، حتى يلتزم الرجل برعايتها.

Abstract

لقد أخرج الفكر الإسلامي لنا العديد من المدارس الفكرية والعلمية التي حوت بداخلها العديد من الشخصيات في شتى المجالات العلمية. ويعد السعدي والصابوني من أهم هذه الشخصيات في مجال التفسير، ويعد تفسيرهما موسوعة علمية جديرة بالدراسة والبحث لما فيهما من درر وفوائد علمية. يعمد هذا البحث الكشف عن الدلالة العقلية والاستدلال بها في تفسيري السعدي والصابوني بهدف إبراز مكانة العقل عندهما, وإبراز دور تفسيرهما في توضيح معاني القرآنية، ومدى ارتباط هذا الفن بالعلوم الأخرى ، وذلك من خلال عرض نماذج تقوم بتحليل السياقات التي تناولا فيها هذا المفهوم مع عقد المقارنة بينهما. وقد سار البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز الجوانب المعتمدة في الاستدلال بالعقل عند الشيخين المذكورين ، ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث أن تفسير السعدي مبني على التفسير بالرأي المحمود، بخلاف الصابوني فإنه يعتمد على النصوص الشرعية خصوصا في شرح الآيات،كما يمتاز تفسير السعدي على الصابوني من حيث التركيز على فك المعاني بطريقة سهلة يفهمها كل من عرف العربية أي أنه يعتني بالمعنى أولا، بخلاف الصابوني حيث اعتمد على الظواهر اللغوية والبلاغية، وهذا زاد لتفسير الصابوني روعة على تفسير السعدي.

Abstract

The method of interpretation continues to evolve along with the development of interpretation. Contemporary scholars are now more fond of the mawdhū’i method as a systematic method in answering modern problems. Because the mawdhū’i method is a method that discusses a theme in the Koran, both in terms of terms, topics, and surahs in the Koran. One contemporary figure who is concerned with interpreting the mawdhū’i method is Shalah Abdul Fattah al-Khalidi with his commentary work entitled al-Tafsîr al-Mawdhū’i bayna al-Nazhariyyah wa Tathbîqi. So, this research wants to know the interpretation of mawdhū’i li as-Sūrah al-Qur'ani al-Khalidi in his book, and wants to analyze the methods. This research includes qualitative research with the type of library research. In gathering data, researchers referred to primary data, namely the book al-Tafsîr al-Mawdhū’i bayna al-Nazhariyyah wa Tathbîqi supported by secondary sources obtained from supporting literature, such as books, journals, and so on. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques. While data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The findings in this study are: (1) al-Khalidi divides the discussion into two, namely theory (nazhari) and practice (Tathbîqi), and (2) al-Khalidi formulates steps in explaining one sura, including mentioning the names of other surahs, the pronunciation of surah names in the Qur'an, the name of the surah ijtihādy, the time and place of the revelation of the sura, the situation of the revelation of the sura, the main purpose of the sura, the characteristics of the sura, the relationship between the surah Muhammad and the surah before and after the suadah, grouping the suras according to the theme, and explaining the hidden meanings in the suras.

Abstract

This study examines @quranreview's interpretation of Qur'anic verse QS. al-Nisā' [4]: 34 on social media, focusing on the words used to convey meaning. Interpreting the Qur'an on social media is often simple and direct, as it involves exploring the meaning of verses through individual comments. However, this approach needs to improve in that it can sometimes overlook the central message of the verse due to its focus on individual words. Discovering the tendency of word choice in interpreting the Qur'an contributes to developing interpretation in social media. Through a qualitative analysis using critical discourse analysis by Teun A. van Dijk, we found that @quranreview deliberately chooses representative words to challenge the traditional interpretation of the verse, which can be discriminatory towards women. The study highlights the importance of careful word choice in interpreting the Qur'an on social media, especially when dealing with sensitive and controversial topics. It also suggests that @quranreview's tendency to glorify women in its interpretation can contribute to a broader and more nuanced understanding of the text.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rise of ableism. This research aims to discover Disability in the Qur'an Manifestation of Repositioning from Exclusive to Inclusive. This research uses library research by making the library the primary source for obtaining data. This research uses a qualitative approach to examine the theme of disability in the Qur'an and how the sacred text can be understood in a modern context as an effort to reposition from exclusive to inclusive. The results show that the Qur'an has many words for disability, namely, a'ma/ umyun, akmah, bukmun, shummun, and a'raj. There are 38 verses spread across 26 surahs of the Quran. There are four verses in the entire Qur'an about a person that speaks directly about their attitude towards a disabled person or refers to a person with a physical disability. The Qur'an sees people with disabilities as having to be tolerant like ordinary people or behave equally towards others, especially those who are weak to discrimination, which is a manifestation of the repositioning of exclusive to inclusive.

Abstract

This study examines the epistemology of Reynolds' thought, which initiated the concept of discourse to read (understand) the Qur'an. Reynolds made a new formulation by seeing the pattern of connectedness between texts and trying to break the argument that considered the Qur'an an imitation text from the Jewish and Christian traditions. This study aims to describe the discourse initiated by Reynolds, review the epistemology of his thoughts, and explain the implications of this concept. This research is a qualitative study in the form of library research using the Qur'an and its biblical subtext as the primary data source and a theoretical hermeneutic approach as an analytical tool in reviewing the book. The results of this study indicate that the Qur'an with pre-Quranic texts has a different literary genre; on the other hand, the Qur'an has a homily nature in developing its religious values. The concept of this homily carries methodological consequences for reading or interpreting the Qur'an with previous texts, namely the apocryphal Bible and Jewish and Christian exegetical works. Methodologically, Reynolds used alliterative theory and a literary approach. The concept of discourse has implications for assessing the Bible so that they are mindlessly suspicious of it, and using the Bible as a source or reference can be an alternative to understanding the Qur'an.

Abstract

This research examines the relevance between the values of akhlak education In Adnan and Syahid's Tafsir with education law in Indonesia, the perspective of the surah Luqman. The research uses content analysis methods with hermeneutic approaches and comparative methods. The results show that the value of ethical education in interpreting the al-Qur'an Suci Basa Jawi and the Tafsir Al-Huda in principle is similar. Both broadly transmit Javanese noble values, which include: (1) Tawheed, (2) Filial piety to both parents, (3) Gratitude, (4) Patience, (5) Wisdom, (6) Simplicity, (7) Sincerity, and (8) the value of honesty. The relevance of the values of akhlak education above with the Indonesian education law emerges in attitudes and actions (1) Religion, (2) Discipline, (3) Independence and Responsibility, (4) Honesty, and (5) Concern for the social and natural environment. From an early age, make them habits when they are adults.
