Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of interpersonal communication and job stress on organizational commitment. This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted of Customs and Excise Training Center by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 50 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment (2) There is a direct negative effect of work stress on commitment organization (3) There is a direct negative effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and work environment to employee’s job satisfaction with organizational culture as moderating variable at balai kesehatan penerbangan Jakarta. the research used quantitative method. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least square. 84 public services were used as samples, but 78 samples were given questionaire back. The research revealed that: a) leadership style has impact on work environment (0,549); b) leadership style influences significantly to organizational culture (0,454); c) work environment doesnot have impact on organizational culture (0,161); d) organizational culture has strong relation to job satisfaction (0,840); e) leadership style has not effect on job satisfaction (0,038); f) work environment has not influence on job satisfaction (0,037); g) throught organizational culture, leadership style hassignificant effect on job satisfaction (0,660); and h) throught organizational culture, work environment has not siginificant effect on job satisfaction (0,129).

Abstract

This research is to find out how is the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Pelopor, and how the impact of compansation and motivation to job satisfaction. Research will be conducted at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. In accordance with the title, then that will be examined are all employees of PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study does not use samples, so the entire population to be studied because the number of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo only numbered thirty- three (33) staff. And the result shown that (1) there is a significant effect between Job Satisfaction Employee Compensation for PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo, (2) There is a significant effect of Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo; (3) There is a significant influence jointly between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the profile of elderly tourists who come to visit Ancol Beach, find out how important attributes / facilities Ancol Coast needed by elderly tourists, knowing the performance of the attributes / facilities provided by the Ancol and know how the perception of elderly tourists in a visit to the Beach Ancol. The method used for this research is the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) by using Cartesian diagram. Data collection techniques obtained through interviews and questionnaires distributed for elderly visitors as many as 40 people. Data processing using the calculation of the average importance and performance, the calculation of the level of conformity followed by the making of Cartesian diagram.Results of the calculation of the level of interests and performance of visitors Ancol Coast by using the level of conformity that indicates a mismatch between expectations with the reality of respondents. Thus, the existing attributes have not been able to give satisfaction to the visitors of Ancol Beach. From the side of Cartesian diagram, there are 11 attributes that enter into Quadrant I and there are 2 attributes that enter into Quadrant II, whereas there is not one attribute that enter into Quadrant III and IV. The ideal attributes are in quadrant II for attributes of fresh coastal air climate and café / resto availability.

Abstract

The development of the Internet technology becomes the precursor of the progress of business over the Internet that is significantly growing up in the recent year. In the present, people like to shop through online shops, because in addition to its practicality, the price of goods offered is relatively affordable, and, or relatively equal to conventional stores. One of the online stores which are popular amongst Indonesian society, and also popular for the university student in Indonesia is Buka Lapak.com. This research aims to examine the influence of consumer behavior on their buying decisions (studies on consumer of Buka Lapak.com amongst the student of Universitas Negeri Jakarta ). The method used in this research is quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. The results show that student’s consumer behavior in today’s technology significantly influences the student’s buying decisions on Buka Lapak.com. This is shown by the correlation coefficient test result, in which the level of relationship between the student’s consumers behavior toward buying decisions on Buka Lapak.com is included in the category of strong and direct.

Abstract

Strategic environment analysis is part of strategic planning component and is a process to always put the company in a strategic position, so that in its development will always be in a favorable position. By analyzing external factors and internal factors, it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in the face of the threat environment is relatively greater than the chances. This means that the bank has a relatively better internal capability to expand its business, especially by utilizing some of its internal strengths.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are finding the influence of Capital Structure on Earning Per Share partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis verificative using secondary data. Statistic method is using multiple correlation regression statistic method to test the effect of indenpendent variables (capital structure) on the dependent variable (Earning Per Share) on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2011 - 2016. Results of research using a significance level of 0.95 and 0.05 error rate indicates that the capital structure represented by the ratio of DAR has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), DER also has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), LDAR has a negative effect on EPS.

Abstract

The purpose of thus research is to find the impact of e-service quality and e – recovery service quality toward e-satisfaction of consumer at online marketplace Lazada. This research is triggered by the decreasing percentage of Top Brand Award on every category Lazada is in. Even though Lazada as an online service provider has done several effort to improve their service quality and respon to each complain in a well manner. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verificative. The population in this research are Lazada consumer whom conducted a complaint after they buy a product from Lazada. The sampling technique in this research is a purposive sampling, with the number of sample is 200 people. To analise the data the author used Path Analysis to understand the correlation wether it is simultaneous or partial.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the description for the work dicipline, work environment and organizational commitment employee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta, 2) To know the influence work dicipline on organizational commitment employee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta, 3) To know the influence work environment on organizational commitment employee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta, 4) To know the influence work dicipline and work environment on organizatonal commitment employee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta. This research is taken 70 emplooyee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta, Jakarta. The technique of data collection used method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS version 21.0. this research using descriptive analysis and explanatory. The result of regression shows that there is positive and significant influence work dicipline on organizational commitment, there are positive and significant influence work environment on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know and analyze the description for the work environment, work stress, and performance of permanent employees of PT "S", 2) To know and analyze whether there is influence between the work environment on the performance of permanent employees PT "S", 3 ) To know and to analyze whether there is influence between work stress on performance of permanent employee of PT "S", 4) To know and analyze whether there is influence between work environment and work stress to performance of regular employees of PT "S". This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 45 regular employees at PT "S", Jakarta. The technique of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS 22.0. The result shows a significant influence of work environment and work stress on performance.
