In responding to the dynamic development of modern science, the Islamic worldview has a crucial role that offers unique perspectives and valuable contributions in initiating and shaping the direction of modern knowledge progress. The research aims to see how much the Islamic worldview has influenced modern science. The research focuses on the Islamic concepts, values, and principles that can be found in the development of modern science, as well as how modernization in an Islamic context can proceed in line with religious values. The results show that the Islamic worldview has contributed significantly to the development of modern science, primarily through rationalization that encourages critical thinking and abandoning taqlid in action. Although often associated with modernity, this study asserts that modernization in Islam does not contradict the basic teachings of the religion as long as Islamic values remain the leading guide. The method used in this research is a literature review.

The Quran, which serves as a guide for Muslims, is the most important education that must be instilled from an early age. However, educators need to understand how to develop a curriculum that aligns with the psychological foundation in the Foundation Phase. Since the Foundation Phase is a crucial period in human life, neglecting it is equivalent to preparing a fragile generation. Therefore, the researcher focuses on observing and analyzing this aspect to ensure that learning is enjoyable and meaningful. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Quranic learning from the perspective of psychological foundations. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving direct field research at the Islamic Kindergarten Plus Prima Insani. Data collection techniques include interviews, document analysis, and observation. Quranic learning in the Foundation Phase can be effectively implemented if it stays within the psychological foundation, significantly aiding in the psychological development of children and fostering noble religious values. This, in turn, contributes to the creation of individuals who have a positive impact on society.

. Gharar is one of the important concepts in Islamic law related to uncertainty or ambiguity in a transaction. This concept has a significant impact on the validity of a contract or contract in the context of finance and trade in sharia. Therefore, a deep understanding of gharar is essential in determining the halalness of a transaction. The aim of this research is to carry out a comparative study of the ulama's views on the concept of gharar. This research uses a qualitative approach method by collecting data through literature studies and analysis of the opinions of different scholars. Results show that the views of scholars on gharar have variations and differences that can be distinguished in several categories. One category is scholars who consider gharar to be something that should be avoided completely, and they tend to limit transactions that contain significant uncertainty. Meanwhile, there are also scholars who allow a certain level of gharar in transactions, provided that there are clear economic benefits and no fraud or injustice. In addition, the study also identified factors that influence the different views of scholars on gharar. These factors include an understanding of related sharia texts, historical and social contexts, and an understanding of the sharia goals to be achieved through the concept of gharar.
