Abstract

This research originated from the phenomenon of community religious traditions in the West Sumatra region, precisely in Jorong Halalang. The local community named it Dikia Rabano. In this tradition there is a series of Al-Qur'an verses that are read before starting the recitation of sholawat to the prophet. The formulation of the problem is how is the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? and how is the public perception of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? This research is a field research (Field research) whose data collection techniques the author uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources are traditional leaders, religious leaders, teachers and members of Dikia Rabano and the community in Jorong Halalang Nagari Kamang Mudiak. To analyze the data, the author uses data reduction steps, data analysis and finally conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, that the practice of reading these verses has existed since the time of the Prophet which then continued in the generations after him. As for the public perception of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, including as protection to be given a smooth event, it is also understood as a means to ask for the blessing of reading shalawat to be conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad so as to get syafa'at from him in the afterlife, one form of khidmat to teachers and previous scholars by following their teachings, heart healers when read in tahlilan events and for expressions of gratitude when read in events related to thanksgiving and celebrations and as a form of worship to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Hadith is a summary of the prophet's life journey which is a guide and guidance for Muslims. Hadith writing is thought to have existed since the time of the prophet and then continued its development during the time of the shahifahs. The development of hadith writing became increasingly rapid with codification starting in the second century Hijriah. This development continued in the 3rd century Hijriah, which is considered the glorious time of hadith writing. In these two centuries, monumental works in hadith literature were born, each of which had its own characteristics and format, structure and systematics, representing the writing of hadith in those two centuries. This article aims to reveal the development of the hadith writing movement in the second and third centuries of the Hijriah as well as the characteristics of hadith literature writing in those two centuries. This article uses the library research method by collecting and compiling data sourced from books, articles, scientific journals and papers. -other electronic papers.

Abstract

The Bukuulus Sittah is a collection of hadiths that is highly respected in the Islamic tradition, but critical analysis of the reliability, consistency and relevance of the hadiths in it requires attention. This paper aims to present a critical analysis of various works of the Bukuulus Sittah with a focus on these three aspects. The analysis methodology involves tracing the original text of the Bukuulus Sittah and recent critical studies. The results of the analysis show complexity in the reliability, consistency and relevance of the hadiths, emphasizing the need for a critical and contextual approach in understanding and applying these hadiths.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the position of As-Sunnah as proof in Islam and its relevance to the Quran in forming a solid religious foundation for Muslims. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytic approach to collecting and analyzing data. To support this research, researchers used data from various written sources, including books, articles, journals, and other reliable sources. The research findings show that As-Sunnah has an equal position with the Quran as proof in Islam. Both complement each other and enrich the understanding of Islam. The Quran is the main foundation of law while the As-Sunnah is a practical and concrete interpreter of the teachings of the Quran. The relevance of the functions of the Quran and As-Sunnah in the lives of Muslims is very important and has a broad impact in various aspects of life. First, Al-Quran and As-Sunnah provide moral and ethical guidelines for Muslims. Second, in Islam, the Quran and As-Sunnah occupy a central position as a legal foundation. Third, the relevance of the function of the Quran and As-Sunnah is also seen in the construction of Muslim religious identity. Fourth, authority in Muslim society is rooted in the Quran and As-Sunnah. Fifth, the relevance of the function of both is also seen in the character building of Muslim society and politics. Sixth, forming morality and social norms in Muslim society. This research also discusses the position of As-Sunnah in contemporary issues such as conceptual and functional challenges. Conceptual challenges include the development of thoughts that contradict the validity of As-Sunnah. Functional challenges include the application of As-Sunnah in contemporary social, cultural and political contexts.

Abstract

This study evaluates the role and contribution of Maktabah Syamilah as a digital library in hadith studies. Maktabah Syamilah, introduced in 2005 by Dr. Hossam Salem, offers extensive digital access to hadith texts from classical to modern scholars, facilitating hadith research and learning with high efficiency. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical method, this research examines how Maktabah Syamilah supports access, search, and analysis of hadith texts compared to traditional methods. The results show that Maktabah Syamilah greatly helps researchers in finding and analyzing hadith, supporting scientific research, and preserving hadith literature in digital format. This library also improves the quality of literacy among students and facilitates lecturers in the learning process. In addition to its advantages in efficiency and ease of access, Maktabah Syamilah also has some challenges, such as dependence on technology and internet access. However, overall, the benefits offered by Maktabah Syamilah in supporting hadith studies are significant, ensuring valuable hadith literature remains available and protected from physical damage or loss.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a major focus in many countries, including Indonesia. One of the key elements in achieving this goal is through effective learning processes in schools. Among the various learning strategies available, the cooperative learning model has attracted the attention of many educators, especially at the junior high school level. This model emphasizes cooperation among students to achieve a common learning goal. This article aims to analyze the effect of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes of junior high school students. Literature review analysis by analyzing various relevant research sources, such as scientific journals, scientific articles, and research reports. The results of the analysis show that the cooperative learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of junior high school students. This is evidenced by several findings, namely: increased learning scores, increased learning motivation, increased cooperation skills, increased critical and creative thinking skills, increased self-confidence and independence, increased socialization and communication skills. Further analysis needs to be conducted to explore different types of cooperative learning models that are effective for different subjects and for diverse student groups.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers' strategies for improving students' learning discipline in PAI subjects for Class XI Ips 4 at SMAN 1 Lemahabang. The thing that becomes an obstacle in the learning process in class and outside the classroom is the problem of discipline. Because discipline can hinder the learning process and can reduce the effectiveness of PAI learning. Therefore, it is important to determine learning strategies in overcoming these problems by using varied learning methods that can improve students' learning discipline to be more effective and conducive. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this research show that teacher Pai's strategy in improving the learning discipline of class XI Ips 4 students at SMAN 1 Lemahabang using varied methods can motivate students' learning in PAI learning. So that it can make students more active and involved in the learning process. Therefore, the use of this varied method is an effective learning method in solving problems in the classroom that are less conducive and also students who are less disciplined in the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies used by teachers to increase students' interest in reading the Koran. The focus of the study is on 3 things, namely what strategies do teachers use to increase interest in reading the Al-Qur'an in students, what strategies do teachers use in increasing interest in reading Al-Qur'an in students and why are these strategies used by teachers in increasing interest in reading Al-Qur'an? -Qur'an. This research analyzes teacher strategies in increasing interest in reading the Al-Qur'an among MTSS Lab IKIP Al-Wasliyah. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the teacher's strategy in increasing students' interest in reading the Koran is very important. By implementing the right strategy, it will create a pleasant learning atmosphere so that students will feel interested and not easily bored in learning to read the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

One of the keys to successful learning is the use of appropriate media that aligns with the diversity of learners, such as media that is easy to understand, engaging, and enjoyable. Therefore, teachers need to be creative and innovative in creating various media as learning aids. This research aims to analyze the effects of using ebook-based comics in the practice of Islamic religious education learning in elementary schools. The research employs the Research and Development method with a 4D type. In the initial stages, the author analyzes the media needs required for learning in elementary schools. Subsequently, the author designs the product, starting from narrating the story, creating sketches, Line Art, Coloring, and Texting the story that will be made into an ebook. After the product was designed, a feasibility test was conducted with two experts related to learning media and Islamic education materials. Finally, after the experts finished evaluating the product, the author implemented the completed product into the learning practice at the elementary school. As a product feasibility test, the author collected data from teachers using a questionnaire, while for students, the author conducted direct observations to see whether the created product could operate well and have an impact on learning. All data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software with descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that the designed and produced product received good ratings from both experts after going through several stages of improvement, even reaching scores of 80-90. Meanwhile, regarding the effect of the produced product on learning, it has proven to be positively impactful on the students, meaning this media is suitable to be used as one of the learning tools.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the comparison of learning the language of tardisonal boarding school with modern. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach (library reserch). Data is collected through books and journal articles related to arabic learning in traditional pesantren and in modern pesantren, then analyzed with several stages, namely collecting data, then reducing data, data display, interpretation and inferring the data obtained. The results of the study obtained after analyzing the data are the comparison between traditional and modern boarding schools in applying Arabic learning. From the learning curriculum has a curriculum that is used, traditional pesantren uses a cottage curriculum whose learning success is determined by who makes the curriculum kiyai, while modern pesantren uses an integrated curriculum. In the purpose of learning there is also a difference, especially in the learning of Arabic. Traditional pesantren aims to understand passive Arabic while modern pesantren aims at understanding active Arabic. Learning methods also occur differences, where traditional pesantren uses grammar and translation methods, modern pesantren use direct methods (tariqah mubasyarah). The teaching materials are also different, in terms of the material studied, have differences, which are traditionally focused on the study of the yellow book, while modern ones have studied teaching materials regulated by the ministry of education and ministry of education. The evaluation system is also different, traditionally more evaluating grammar and yellow books, while modern ones are more ability to communicate.
