Abstract

This article discusses ibn Athaillah's philosophical thinking about the ugliness of the covid-19 case study as an implication of ugliness. Theology is a study in which it tends to question the justice and omnipotency of god. The study is based on literature review (Literature Review) in its literature review and in its descriptive and scholarly analysis of ibn Athaillah's corrupt thinking. In this study, the approach referred to is the "Multi-disciplinary" approach to the phenomenon of the covid-19 case study, the theological aspect of the concept of almighty belief and justice of the God in the covid-19 case, and the philosophical or sufis aspect of the thinking ibn Athaillah brought. Ibn Athaillah answered and discussed the corruption of the "Taj Al-‘Arus Al-Hawi Li Tahdzib Al-Nufus". The findings of this study are the covid-19 virus (evil) as an expression of God's affection for man by testing his loyal, patient, and faithful servants, although such vices are physically painful and not because God is not merciful, the Lord is not gracious and the Lord is not merciful. Behind such badness, however, became a medium and a pleasure to climb up to the God, cleanse sin, and draw men to the Lord.

With a research design using a quasy experiment. The sample used is simple random sampling technique, class X Karawitan 3 students totaling 23 students as the experimental class, and class X Karawitan 1 totaling 23 students as the control class. The instruments used in this study used oral tests and written description questions as many as 5 questions that contained indicators of the ability to read the Qur'an.  The results showed that using the mann whitney test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the improvement of the ability to read the Qur'an between the experimental class and the control class. So it can be concluded that the Practice Rehearsal Pairs strategy has an effect in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in students.

Abstract

Upon informing various Muslims (including Muslims living in Britain and the Middle East) about Tawafuq, I understood that many of them, including imams and various other professionals working with the Quran, seemed unaware of Tawafuq (miraculous alignment) in the Quran. How and why did so many Muslims seem unaware of one of the most important features of the Holy Quran? Tawafuq could save the faith of many, especially in an era where sight is often elevated in epistemology, many seem convinced only by what they can see, and where the sciences are often marked by an emphasis on empiricism. The article below seeks to introduce Tawafuq, and indicate its potential to be an important new field in Quranic studies.

Abstract

The activity of fulfilling basic needs that humans need, one of which must make a sacrifice by giving up something of value or value for something they want. The activity in question that humans commonly do is buying and selling. Islam views the concept of buying and selling as a tool to make humans more mature in thinking and carrying out various economic activities. This research aims to answer, describe and analyse the Object of Consumption, Assumptions of Consumer Behaviour, and Principles of Consumer Behaviour, as well as Consumer Satisfaction Criteria. The research method used is a literacy study or library research. The results of this study indicate that: Consumption is not just an activity of eating or drinking, but is an activity in using goods or services that can directly satisfy individual human needs. Thus consumption can be concluded as an activity to fulfil needs in order to achieve satisfaction, Consumption assumptions must prioritise aspects of morality and social responsibility, Consumption is at least controlled by five principles, namely: Justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity and morality, factors that affect consumer satisfaction: Product, service, emotional, cost and price.

Abstract

Increased economic power and growth in a country can be signaled from indicators of poverty levels and economic weakness. Poverty is the main reason for moral hazart and the unstable economy of a nation. Cash waqf exists to solve and overcome these socio-economic problems. Cash waqf has universal power and strength where every individual will be able to donate wealth without certain limits. Cash waqf is also very strategic in building and presenting employment areas and reducing unemployment in selective production activities according to Sharia rules and benefits. waqf has the potential to empower the real sector and strengthen economic fundamentals. Through the instrument of cash waqf, poverty alleviation can be overcome through the hands of the Government in the channel of community empowerment programs. The target of waqf in Indonesia is actually able to create social welfare for the community as the goal of economic justice, hence the need for effective waqf nadzir governance. Cash waqf has tremendous economic potential to take care of the mustadh'afiin group as well as to alleviate poverty, especially because the sociological conditions of the Indonesian people are Muslim so that waqf funds that can be collected from the community are very possible

Abstract

August Comte in the 19th century, James Frazer and Sigmund Freud in the 20th century declared earnestly that religion will be superseded by science. Science according to them would explain everything that humanity would be confronted with in the future including purpose of life and the working of the universe. The global resurgence of religious movements since the 1970s, however surprised many such Euro-Western intellectuals who had assumed that the process of secularization, based on 19th and the 20th centuries positivistic ideas of progress and modernization, was universal, unidirectional, and inevitable. In their view all societies were moving relentlessly to increasingly secular conditions in which religious institutions would be progressively marginalized and their hold on society would diminish. The great Islamic Revolution of Iran (1979), the conversion of great number of non-Muslims to Islam since the momentous September 11, 2001 event and the proliferation of New Spiritualities the world over (21st century) astonished the scientists and secularists who could see religion dominating the human affairs defying all claims of science and ‘Enlightenment’ rationality. The renaissance of religion made many a men of intelligence to revisit the essence of religion. Like the scientists, Isaac Newton and Robert Boyle in the past, they began to see their work as the part of religious enterprise devoted to the understanding of God’s creation. In the paper my objectives would be aiming at identifying the prominent themes where science finds religion as complimentary and partner in furthering the cause of human welfare. The areas where religion (especially Islam), and science stand neutral towards one another may also be analysed. The research is primarily a library research analyzing narratives and arguments from selected religious and secular/scientific works.

Abstract

This research aims to examine philosophically the existence of al-'Uqûd al-Murakkabah (multiple contracts). The search is concentrated on the opinions of fuqaha and muhadisin, as well as its application in Islamic Financial Institutions. This study is urgent, because in the form of a single contract is not able to respond to contemporary financial transactions that are always moving and affected by the financial industry both nationally, regionally and internationally. By using qualitative methods and literature, this study concludes that, first, the contemporary fiqh muamalah view of the hadiths related to the hybrid contract model leads to the wording of the prohibition of bai'ataini fi bai'atin (two trades in one trade), Second, the construction of the hybrid contract model in Islamic banks is aimed at the construction of al-'Uqûd al-Mutaqâbilah (dependent or conditional contract), which is implemented in the Bank Guarantee (BG), and al-'Uqûd al-Mujtami'ah

Abstract

It is believed that Abu Yusuf is a Muslim scholar, Islamic economic thinker who has made a large and significant contribution to the development of modern Islamic economics. He has introduced the basic principles of Islamic economics as contained in his writings on taxes, tax collection administration, infrastructure improvements and the concept of price that goes beyond the concept of price in theory from Adam Smith in his work The Wealth of Nations. Abu Yusuf also discussed several measures for economic development and community welfare. No less important, the basic paradigm and topic of Abu Yusuf's economic thinking is more tendentious towards the responsibility of the ruler towards his people. This is in line with the rule: تصرف اللأمام على الراعيته منوت بالمصلحة And Kitab al-Kharaj is authentic physical evidence of the existence of Islamic public finance, which existed earlier than today's conventional economic theories.
