Abstract

This study aims to improve poetry reciting skills using SAVI learning model for fourth grade students of SDN 2 Kejiwan. This action research study uses three research instruments. That is teacher performance, test instruments, and questionnaire instrument data in the form of student responses. In pre-research, the test of reciting poetry got 68.03%. In the first cycle, after applying the SAVI model, there was an increase in the average value of the tests recite poetry is 77.58%, the second cycle being 88.03%. Teacher performance in applying the model for 5 meetings in the first cycle received an average value of 92.74% (very good), the second cycle the value of teacher performance in applying the SAVI model obtained an average of 100% perfect score. The response of students in the first cycle get a good response with a value of 86.92%, and the second cycle the response of students increased to 94.24% with very good criteria. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the SAVI learning model can improve the poetry reciting skills of fourth grade students at SDN 2 Kejiwan. Keywords: SAVI Learning Model, Reciting Poetry

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari as an oral folklore in Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, using data in the form of cultural values ​​contained in Mite Silampari which is a folklore of the City of Lubuklinggau which includes the essence of human life (MH); the nature of human work (MK); human relations (MM); the nature of human time (MW); and the nature of human nature (MA). Data on the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents who were analyzed using the percentage formula. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the dominant cultural value in Mite Silampari is the Nature of Human Work (MK) in the form of cultural values ​​Noticing the Kinship System (84%) answered MBD, followed by the form of Honesty cultural values ​​(80%). Next is the cultural value of Relations between Humans in the form of the Cultural Value of Building Friendship (70%). Thus, the inheritance of cultural values ​​in Mite Silampari as oral folklore in the community in Lubuklinggau City is in the Good category (78%) because it is in the range 68 - 83 / Good. In conclusion, the level of value inheritance in the Mite Silampari culture as oral folklore in the community in Lubuklinggau City is classified as good. Abstract

This study aims to 1) Identify the problems and needs of students towards teacher feedback on English Writing Skills at Tomini Bay Middle Schools; 2) Analyze what kind of teacher feedback preferences students want on English Writing Ability at Tomini Bay Area Secondary Schools; 3) Develop students' preferences for teacher feedback on English Writing Ability at Tomini Bay Area Middle School. This study describes the results of student preferences for teacher feedback on the results of English writing in the Tomini Bay area secondary schools based on the results of data in the form of numbers that show the most dominant priority and become the choice of students towards the aspects that are in the feedback of teacher to the students' writing. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the recapitulation of the dominance of the teacher's feedback category on students 'written English, the students' preferences for teacher feedback emphasize more direct feedback, namely the teacher writes the correct or approaching error correction form and provides a brief explanation of the answer is wrong. This analysis shows that students prefer to have direct feedback because from the score obtained the highest average score is in the type of direct feedback. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the incidence of the shift from Javanese to Indonesian among children in the village of Sidoharjo. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method that is carried out to describe or provide an actual picture of the process of the shift in Javanese language in Sidoharjo Village, Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency. This research is focused on three domains in everyday life. These three domains include the family realm, the educational realm, and the religious realm. Based on the three domains, it is produced that the shift in the use of Javanese against Indonesian occurs in these three domains with the following percentages, in the family domain the shift in Javanese to Indonesian is 78%, in the environmental realm it is 65%, and in the religious realm it is 50% . In conclusion, there has been a shift in the use of Javanese towards Indonesian with a fairly high percentage of more than 50% among children in Sidoharjo village, Banyuasin district. Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to test the effectiveness of the m-learning instructional media conducted on students of SMP N 1 Banjarharjo Brebes. Type of research, namely quasi experimental research using grade 7. The study uses an assessment instrument of the written description. The results of the study show the score t count 7,330 and t table price 2,042 for 5%. Learning by applying m-learning has prove to be effective. There is an increase in the results of writing descriptive text for students of SMP N 1 Banjarharjo Brebes in learning to write description text. Keywords: m-Learning, Write, Description

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe strategies to improve the standardization of the language used by Informatics Engineering students at Widya Darma Klaten University. The type of research used is a qualitative approach to qualitative methods. Data collection techniques, namely oral collected by observation method, structured interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The subjects in this study were language standardization. The object of research is the elements which together with the research objective form the data and the data context. The object in this research is the implementation of computer terms applied by students. As for how to analyze using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The existence of language can make it easier when we communicate. Language can also be used as an intermediary in a society and interaction individually or socially. Strategy is the science or art of using all the nation's resources to carry out certain policies in war and peace. Which can be considered directly related to careful language teaching and to activities to achieve specific goals. Indonesian uses certain terms to express certain things or fields. A term is a word or phrase that is used as a name or symbol and which carefully expresses the meaning of a concept, process, state or characteristic that is unique in the fields of science, technology and the arts. The combination of advances in computer technology and communication technology has produced new vocabulary / terms in that field. Language standardization must be applied and must be implemented in learning during lectures. Keywords: Language Standardization, Strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the slang used by Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes University students in WhatsApp to lecturers of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used structured interviews. The author did this with several students who at that time communicated using effective sentences either outside the campus or during teaching and learning activities. Types of data and data sources obtained directly from the field through interviews with students who carry out activities with social media. The results of the research on the slang used by UMUS students in WhatsApp to lecturers of the Indonesian language and literature education study program: sociolinguistic reviews include: 1) colloqial slang, 2) variations in terms of speakers, 3) diction, 4) meaning in sentences, 5) emphasis Specific targets that will be achieved, namely students are expected to be able to use the effectiveness of sentences against usage on social media. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ritual replacing the mosquito net of Syeh Junaedi grave in the village of Randusanga Wetan, analyze the meaning of the ritual replacing the mosquito net of Syeh Junaedi gravein the village of Randusanga wetan, and describe the potential of the ritual of replacing mosquito net syeh Junaedi grave in the village of Randusanga Wetan as a source of learning indonesian high school. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and heuristic techniques. The approach used in this study is the ethnographic approach. The data analysis technique used is a hermeunitic reading technique (second-degree semiotic reading). Rereading by providing interpretation based on language and cultural conventions. Research results: (1) The form of action in the ritual of replacing the mosquito net of Syeh Junaedi grave in the village ofRandusanga Wetan includes offerings, praying, specializing, and eating together, (2) the meaning of the ritual of replacing the mosquito net of Syeh Junaedi grave is remembering Allah swt., Homage to Syeh Junaedi Waliullah and The Plea to Allah swt., and The anniversary of the death of Syeh Junaedi Waliullah (3) The ritual function of replacing the mosquito netof Syeh Junaedi in the village of Randusanga Wetan which is a medium of internalizing religious values for his community, ask God for salvation, and as a form of respect. (4) The potential meaning of the ritual of replacing the mosquito net can be used as a source of Learning Indonesian language in high school grade XI semester 1 with materialized explanation text 4.3 construction of information (knowledge and sequence of events) in oral and written explanation texts. Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of blog media in increasing the communicative-aprreciation based creative writing motivation student of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This research used descriptive methods. This research will be carried out at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Sampel of this research is collage student at three semester of Indonesia Language and Literatute Educaticon Study Program with amount 19 collage student. The data result, can be explain that motivation uses blog have same portion in set every answer. Proven the quetion choose answer ”very agree” with average percentage 54,71%. AND then answer ”agree” not different with percentage of 10 quetion amounting to 45,20%. Then test result, score with the most be inthe range 75-78 as many as 8 people with persentage 42,10%. Meanwhile, for the small frequency range in the same three ranges, is 83-86, 87-90 dan 95-98 as many as 2 and percentage of 10,53 %. The next, result of interview ,it was conclusion that media blog could increase cretaive writing motivation of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Conclusion, the use of media blog can increasing the motivation for creative writing of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Keyword: Learning Media, Blog, Motivation, and Creative Writing.
