Abstract

This study aims to determine how the law of fiqif in the implementation of walimah urs. And to find out how the implementation of walimah urs before the marriage contract in the Lio Cibarusan Bekasi community. This study uses a qualitative research type located in Kampung Cibrusah Bekasi. The approach used is juridical empirical. The primary sources in this research are husband and wife couples who have done walimah urs as resource persons, while the secondary data are literature research literature on books and journals related to this research. The data collection method is by means of interview observation with analytical descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the celebration of the walimatul 'urs wedding party is usually after the marriage contract, its function is to notify that the marriage of a couple has been valid. However, Walimatul Urs before the marriage contract in Kampung Lio Cibarusah Bekasi was against Islamic Family Law as a broken custom.

Abstract

Deiksis merupakan kata-kata yang bersifat menunjuk pada hal tertentu, baik orang atau benda, tempat maupun waktu. Deiksis digunakan untuk mengetahui siapa penuturnya, siapa atau apa yang dimaksud dalam tuturan tersebut, dan kapan waktu dalam tuturan itu terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan bentuk deiksis persona, waktu, tempat, sosial, dan wacana dalam novel Api Tauhid karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata atau frasa yang terdapat dalam novel Api Tauhid karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis dalam novel Api Tauhid karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy ditemukan deiksis yang muncul ada sebanyak 799 data, data ini terbagi menjadi lima bagian yaitu : Deiksis persona sebanyak 490 data, deiksis waktu sebanyak 140 data, deiksis ruang sebanyak 88 data, deiksis sosial sebanyak 52 data, deiksis wacana sebanyak 29 data. Kelima deiksis tersebut yang paling sering muncul ialah deiksis persona, dan yang sedikit kemunculannya deiksis wacana, kelima deiksis ini ialah suatu pembelajaran bahasa khususnya dalam ranah pragmatik

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the learning outcomes of the squat style long jump using the play method in class VIII students of State Junior High School 1 Kuburaya. The form of research used in this research is experimental research with two stages consisting of planning, implementation, observation, reflection, and conclusion. The subjects in this study were Class VIII students, totaling 35 students. The results of improving soccer passing learning using the inside of the foot are obtained by comparing the observation value with the initial test before the action known as "pre-stage" and the score at stage 1 then stage 2. Based on the results of observations that have been carried out, there is an increase in student scores, namely in the pre-stage completeness of students only reached 28% then at stage 1 the completeness increased to 50% and at stage 2 there was an increase in completeness to 84% it can be concluded that the playing method applied was successful in improving students' long jump learning outcomes. Playing has been proven to improve learning the squat style long jump. This is evidenced by the increase in the squatting style long jump learning which is quite good, which is an increase in student scores at each stage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher performance, to determine the relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance, to determine the level of relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh with a total of 28 teachers, while the sample used as respondents in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh, amounting to 28 people. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires. While the Questionnaire/Questionnaire is in the form of a Likert scale. To analyze the data used product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh is very good, (2) There is a significant relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, which shows that tcount ttable (-6.467 -2.051), (3) The level of relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance is quite strong.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship the relationship formal thinking skills of chemistry olympiad participants with problem solving skills the chemistry olympiad questions. The study population was all students from high school or MAN in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar province participating in the Olympiad. The data was collected using a test instrument. In addition, interviews were also used as supporting data in the study. Processing quantitative data used Spearman rank correlation coefficient, while qualitative in percentage form. The results of the analysis obtained rs value about 0,94. Check the table of values r product moment with dfof 14, at a significance level of 5% is obtained r table = 0,532, whereas the significance level of 1% is obtained r = 0,661 table. rs value is greater than the price r table, both at significance level of 5% (0,94 0,532), as well as the significant level of 1% (0,94 0,661). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the ability of formal influence Olympiad participants in solving problems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' understanding of using Google Classroom as anonline learning medium at FKIP USM. The method used in this study is descriptiveanalysis with a quantitative approach and data analysis using percentages. The subjectsin this study were students of the natural sciences (Physics, Mathematics, Biology, andChemistry) environment FKIP Universitas Serambi Mekkah, amounting to 51 people.The instrument used in this study was a student understanding questionnaire. Based onthe results of this study, there are 1 respondent (2%) who responds very high, 5respondents (10%) responds high, 35 respondents (69%) responds moderately, 9respondents (18%) responds low, and 1 respondent (2%) ) responds very low. Based onthe results of research on student understanding in the use of Google Classroom inonline learning, it can be concluded that it is good, this is evident from student datamaking it easier to store and access documents such as material or importantassignments sent via Google Classroom, so that if students have not had time to printthe required documents, they can access them first through Google Classroom. Inaddition, students are also facilitated to obtain announcements given by lecturersquickly (real time) so that they become effective and efficient in terms of time.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research. The objective of this research is to investigated model concept attainment by using Integrated reading toward students’ vocabulary mastery. The writer wanted to know how model concept attainment by using integrated reading can enrich students’ vocabulary mastery. In this research there are 15 sample at fifth semester of STKIP Muhammadiyah, Bogor. The data collecting technique used by the writer are observation, interview and documentation. The documentation attached while the students learn English using integrated book in the classroom. Then, the writer gave question in learning process after the students finished reading integrated book to find out the students’ vocabulary mastery is getting richer or not. Actually the result is positive, all students’ vocabulary is richer. After that, the writer gave interview, this interview did to investigated deeper about the students’ vocabulary mastery when model concept attainment by using integrated reading book in learning English. The result of this study can be concluded that the model concept attainment by using integrated book as learning media is very effective in enriching students’ vocabulary mastery. Furthermore, it can be alternative for the teacher to teach vocabulary mastery and can help the students to easier in learning English.

Abstract

Penduduk miskin masih menjadi masalah utama dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Dalam rangka penanggulangan kemiskinan maka pemerintah mengeluarkan sebuah Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan program penanggulangan kemiskinan dan pengembangan sistem perlindungan sosial bersyarat bagi masyarakat miskin yang ditujukan untuk mempercepat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan, dengan memberikan bantuan tunai bersyarat kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang telah di tetapkan menjadi peserta PKH. Tujuan umum dari PKH adalah program yang dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas terhadap pelayanan pendidikan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial dalam mendukung tercapainya kualitas hidup keluarga miskin sehingga menjadi lebih layak. PKH sendiri juga diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban pengeluaran pada keluarga miskin dalam jangka pendek dan juga dapat memutuskan rantai kemiskinan dalam jangka Panjang di suatu daerah. Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Seulimum yang berada di Kabupaten Aceh Besar adalah suatu keadaan yang menunjukkan kegiatan pelaksanaan bantuan dana tunai pada masyarakat miskin, sehingga tercapai apa yang ditetapkan terlebih dahulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada para penerima bantuan PKH. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka secara umum pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Seulimum sudah berjalan sangat baik. Ini dapat dilihat dari setiap proses pelaksanaannya yang berjalan lancar. Apabila dilihat dari keadaan penerima bantuan PKH tersebut mereka menggunakannya untuk membantu kondisi sosial dan pendidikan anak-anak, membantu biaya kesehatan dan gizi ibu hamil, ibu nifas, dan anak di bawah 6 tahun dari rumah tangga miskin, serta menyadarkan peserta PKH akan pentingnya layanan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to and out what obstacles hinder students from the Faculty ofTeacher Training and Education at Serambi Mekkah University in preparingtheir thesis. The population of this study was students of the Faculty of TeacherTraining and Education Serambi Mekkah University, Indonesian LanguageEducation Study Program, and Physical Education Study Program in preparingtheses. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The total population or research sample is 31 students. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with the students concerned. Processing of data using a simple statistical formula, which uses the concept of average and percentage. To classify the research results using the assessment norm, namely the benchmark table of qualitative and quantitative percentages. Data processing is done manually and then presented in tabular form and discussed in narrative form. The results of the study show some information that final year students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Serambi Mekkah University experience obstacles in the preparation of a thesis and the most dominant obstacle are the obstacle caused by the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the completion of the thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the duties and functions of the police in overcoming criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Bone Regency. How are the obstacles to overcoming and eradicating narcotics crimes in the jurisdiction of the Bone District Police. This research was conducted at the Bone Resort Police Office. The types of data are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained through direct interviews with competent respondents, in this case the Bone Police Investigator of the Narcotics Unit, as well as the perpetrators of the Crime of Narcotics Abuse in Bone Regency. Secondary data was obtained through literature from various books, legal regulations, documents and other written data which were considered related to this research. The results of the study indicate that (1) the duties and functions of the Police in overcoming criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Bone Regency have been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, namely the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2002 concerning the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia and Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics. (2) Barriers to overcoming and eradicating narcotics crime in the jurisdiction of the Bone District Police are in addition to the limited number of personnel in the Bone Resort Narcotics unit, as well as the lack of human resource capabilities possessed by the apparatus in the Information Technology (IT) field, so that it affects the making of files. cases and and collection of evidence. as well as the lack of funds for the police in conducting outreach to the community.
