Abstract

With the condition of the teachers of SMP N 77 Jakarta, they have never received legal counseling on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) especially Copyright. Knowledge enhancement is expected to motivate teachers to build their self-awareness on IPR to improve competence and ultimately to improve their performance. The solution offered is to provide counseling and training. The method of implementing the applied activities is lecture, discussion and training, with priority on the active participation of teachers. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded: 1) legal counseling on IPR especially copyright is able to foster awareness of intellectual property so that it is expected to motivate teachers to build awareness of themselves in terms of IPR especially copyright; 2) supporting factors, namely the high desire of teachers to increase intellectual property knowledge, especially copyright.

Abstract

Stunting is a form of growth faltering due to chronic nutrient deficiency that lasts from the womb until the age of 24 months. This situation not only makes the children height short but also manifests an increase in children's morbidity and mortality, as well as children's cognitive, motor, and verbal development which is not optimal it ultimately results in low human resources. Family-based intervention can be an effective step in helping the government reduce the prevalence of stunting. By using the participatory action method in the implementation of empowering family activity for stunting, the people of Jomblang Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency are equipped with knowledge about strengthening 1000 HPK, screening stunting independently, optimizing exclusive breastfeeding, processing breast milk and making MP-ASI based on available resources. around the place of residence. The results of this devoted family empowerment service devotion are increasing community understanding of stunting, 1000 HPK, exclusive breastfeeding, skills in processing milk and community independence skills in making MP-ASI Sujaka.

Abstract

Dodol is one of the traditional foods from all regions in Indonesia, one of which is Bali. However, some dodol houses do not pay attention to health factors, cleanliness in the process of manufacture, packaging and marketing. The aim of this service is to revitalize dodol houses in Kubutambahan and Penglatan Villages. The method of community service uses the technology application method. The targets were dodol houses in Kubutambahan and Penglatan Villages. The results found were solutions to problems in the form of a solution plan and the outcomes that had been carried out. Currently the dodol house has been revitalized using a modern stove, with workers using PPE to maintain cleanliness and nutritional value in the manufacturing process. Substituting artificial sweeteners and dyes for natural ingredients. In addition, marketing is also carried out without conventional methods so that marketing can be carried out in all directions.

Abstract

Efforts to familiarize clean and healthy life is significant to improve the degree of public health. The strategies for familiarize clean and healthy living behaviors are counseling and checking of clean and healthy life behavior. The purpose of these activities was to increase knowledge, awareness, and potential of clean and healthy life behavior in Kemantren Village, Malang. This dedication involved the participation of the people of Kemantren Village so that the community could realize that health improvement can be started from healthy daily living habits. The method used was counseling, and health checking. The results of the service showed that the community gave a positive response and was very enthusiastic in participating in health education and counseling activities.

Abstract

The teenagers in Gunungsari village, Bumiaji sub-district already have a smartphone and use the gadget without any guidance and assistance from their parents, most of whom are farmers and farm workers with a low level of education. The dropout rate is quite high as a result of the increasing unemployment rate and immoral issues have surfaced in the life of Gunungsari people since their children got to know the internet. The purpose of this community service program is to apply the results of digital literacy research and mentoring youth in using digital media in a healthy way and how mothers can assist children in using the internet in a healthy manner. The results obtained from the Digital Literacy training in adolescents who are adolescents of Gunungsari village are able to protect their privacy in cyberspace and teenagers can have good digital literacy. Whereas in the Mother group, digital literacy has been achieved even though at the basic stage, it is around the issue of how to protect children from dependence on the internet and the mothers have downloaded applications that can be used to protect children

Abstract

The Community empowerment through an activity related to the provision of specific skills can support its independence. Technical training of simple home electrical installation is one form of Community Service (PKM) which contributes to supporting independence in the community, especially residents who live on Jln. H. Nurleman Benda Baru Pamulang, South Tangerang City. Training in the form of community independence for simple home electrical installations is taught through learning material related to electricity, K3, and the implementation of electrical installation practice using training modules that have been prepared. There is a curiosity about knowledge related to electricity, good understanding of knowledge, agility and skill in mastering the practice of electrical installations according to procedures, and having a cautious attitude in the installation of electrical installations will be the main capital for a person to be an entrepreneur. This can also be a solution for the lack of orderly installation of electricity in residential homes

Abstract

The very high growth of vehicles in the City of Mataram is not matched by public awareness of the importance of a good and correct traffic order in accordance with applicable regulations. This problem is what makes traffic accidents occur every year and continue to grow. The need for appropriate and appropriate new media that is out of the box or unusual for the public. So through this dedication activity, the service team will create an infographic work by applying ambient media to be the right media to socialize orderly awareness in traffic by displaying data about traffic accidents in the previous year. This work uses a design thinking methodology. The conclusion is that this infographic work provides a memorable experience for road users and evokes feelings and moods for the target audience to feel comfortable and happy when interacting with the work of the infographic

Abstract

Increasing the number of elderly people needs to be followed by programs that can maintain the quality of life of the elderly. The ratio of elderly dependence on the productive population is increasing. For that, we need a program so that physical and social changes in the elderly do not reduce the independence of the elderly. Physical changes in the form of cognitive disorders namely decreased brain function so that activities related to the ability of attention, concentration, calculation, decision making, reasoning, and abstract thinking. Social changes in the form of job loss, loneliness, risk of disease, can be a trigger for depressive disorders in the elderly. The purpose of this activity is for all parties to have a role in the early detection of cognitive disorders and depression as well as the elderly who have symptoms can be treated early

Abstract

Masyarakat Jawa Barat khususnya kawasan kota Cimahi, juga memiliki potensi kuliner yang luar biasa untuk dikembangkan. Dari kelebihan potensi yang dimiliki, ada juga kelemahan dan tantangan dalam menghadapi dunia kompleks, khususnya kelompok usaha peremuan, perlu dikembangkan melalui women empowerement dan pemasaran produk secara online. Abstract

This Activities is based on the previous analyzes about the performance of teachers in understanding geometry concepts. These results reveal facts about the difficulty of teachers in understanding and teaching geometry conceptually. Based on these findings, the aims of these activities were of deepening understanding of concepts and training teachers to teach geometry conceptually. This activity is focused on five sub-activities, namely: a) refreshment of geometrical concepts; b) repaired teacher’s misconceptions about geometry; c) reinforcement of teachers' understanding of the concept of geometry; d) enrichment; and e) the making and practice of using instructional media to overcome the difficulties of teachers in teaching conceptual geometry to their students conceptually. This activity went well, seen from the presence of the teachers to participate in activities that exceeded the initial target and based on the questionnaire distributed, 88.5% of participants stated that they were satisfied with this activity.
