Abstract

One of the internal factors that influence students learning achievement is personality. This research aimed to find a personality type that gives a better influence on the learning achievement of the fourth grade students of elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research is a quantitative research with comparative method. The selected samples were taken by cluster random sampling technique with the help application of SPSS version 21. The number of samples in this research was 320 students in eleven elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district. The method of data were collected by questionnaire technique and by using document. Data were analyzed by using independent sample t test with significance level of 0.05 (5 %). In testing of independent sample t test the value of Sig. was obtained 0.000 < α (0.05), the average learning achievements of introvert students was 81.60, and the average learning achievements of extrovert students was 80,08 which means that rejected H0. Based on the analysis and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that there were significant differences between the learning achievements of introvert students and the learning achievements of students who have extrovert personality and introvert personality types showed a better influence on the learning achievements of the fourth grade students of elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in Academic Year 2017/2018 that evidenced by the average learning achievements of introvert students is higher than extrovert students.

Abstract

Traditional games are one of the cultural assets that have the characteristics of a nation's culture, character education can be formed through traditional games from an early age. This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation of strengthening character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Depok District. 2) School efforts to improve the strengthening of character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Depok District. This research is a field research or field research, with the type of qualitative research. The data presentation was carried out descriptively with the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis refers to Miles and Huberman's model by collecting data, reducing data and presenting data. The results of this study are 1) Implementation of strengthening character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Depok District is carried out in local content lessons contained in RPP 2) School efforts to improve the strengthening of character education through traditional games at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Depok District namely by providing infrastructure support used for traditional games

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is currently oriented towards developing student character education. In character education, there are character values ​​that need to be integrated into each subject matter. One way to integrate character values ​​is by using the VCT model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the VCT model in integrating character values ​​in the 2013 curriculum. The method used in this study is a literature study using book sources and articles both national and international journals. The focus of the study in this study is to explain the integration of character values ​​using the VCT model to support the 2013 curriculum. The results show that the VCT model is a highly recommended model for integrating character values. The integration of character values ​​is carried out through clarifying the values ​​related to the conflicts raised in learning. The process of internalizing character values ​​through VCT will be more profound, because students choose the internalized values ​​freely. An important stage of the VCT model is at the stage of providing a stimulus, because at this stage students are expected to understand the problem conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning motivation of elementary school students in cluster III Caringin District. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of functional correlation with simple regression analysis, with a sample of 157 students. Data was collected using interview techniques and questionnaires with instruments in the form of interview guidelines and a psychological scale to measure each variable, namely emotional intelligence, and learning motivation. Based on the results of the t-test variables on motivation to learn emotional intelligence obtained t-count > t-table (5,065 > 1,960), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a partial effect of emotional intelligence to motivate learners Cluster III Elementary School in the District Caringin.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of the school literacy movement on the attitudes of students in Public Elementary School 1 Pandowan. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research. The research subjects were aimed at school principals, librarian, teachers and fourth grade students of Public Elementary School 1 Pandowan. The methods used for data collection were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis (data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion). The results of the study prove that the impact of literacy activities on fourth grade students of Public Elementary School 1 Pandowan results in the formation of social, curious, communicative, and fond reading characters through literacy activities that are well established. The literacy program with a variety of activities is a means to shape the character of students so that these findings contribute to the process of directing, guiding, and mentoring students to carry out positive literacy activities and uphold useful values.

Abstract

The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in the world of education. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the actual curriculum in the form of a combination of the core curriculum and the hidden curriculum through the analysis of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of grade 6 SD Negeri Kalimacan, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency which took place in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach method that is suitable in describing the problems that occur in the field. This type of qualitative research is a case study. The case study was chosen because of its suitability with a special ongoing problem, namely the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, document analysis. The various data collected are then processed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity trials were carried out through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by adjusting learning activities. The adjustment of these learning activities is by implementing the core curriculum and hidden curriculum through online and offline learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether interpersonal intelligence has an effect on bullying behavior at SDN Teluk 02 and how much influence interpersonal intelligence has on bullying behavior at SDN Teluk 02. Because the phenomenon of bullying that often occurs in the school environment, especially verbal bullying, which students often do without they realize they are bullying most students when communicating with other students they do not understand very well how to choose good words and how to communicate well, therefore it is very important for educators to be aware of their role in increasing students' interpersonal intelligence from an early age so that later students are able to blend in with the surrounding community. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and using saturated sample technique. The data subjects of this study were students of class V A and class V B at SDN Teluk 02 as many as 65 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that interpersonal intelligence is very influential on bullying behavior because interpersonal intelligence emphasizes on a student by increasing students' interpersonal intelligence can reduce the impact of bullying behavior that occurs in the school environment as well as in the community as well as on social media.

Abstract

Understanding and practicing Islamic teachings greatly influences every action. The higher the level of understanding and practice of Islamic values ​​will be proportional to the level of honesty, so it is expected to be able to suppress acts of corruption. This study aims to describe how to instill anti-corruption values ​​through Al Islam Muhammadiyah in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Depok Sleman. The research subjects were all Al Islam Muhammadiyah teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools throughout Depok, Sleman. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the study stated that 1) How to instill anti-corruption values ​​through contextual learning in Al Islam Muhammadiyah lessons. 2) The impact of the integration of Islamic values ​​and anti-corruption values ​​is to increase faith and piety in words, attitudes and behavior and avoid corrupt actions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and peer conformity on the etiquette of courtesy of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan students in 2021. The research design is an expost facto study. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. There are 3 questionnaires developed in this study, namely the religiosity questionnaire, peer conformity and ethical manners. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed the effect of religiosity on etiquette of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan. of 9.596 Meanwhile, the influence of peer conformity on the etiquette of courtesy of Madrasah Aliyah Tri Bhakti Pagotan students. by 19.14%.

Abstract

Currently, many students still complain that it is difficult to concentrate while studying. Especially in mathematics, the majority of students consider it a difficult subject. This research aims: 1) is there any effect of implementing cognitive learning theory to increase interest in learning in mathematics subjects, 2) how to implement cognitive theory to increase interest in learning in subjects mathematics, 3) knowing the weaknesses and strengths of implementing cognitive learning theory. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, and observations. The research subject involved one teacher, namely the homeroom teacher, three homeroom teachers, and fifteen VD grade students at SD Negeri 23 Palembang. The sample is determined by purposive. Sampling is a technique that is determined from a certain point of view. The results of this research show that there is a large influence on the implementation of cognitive learning theory so that it can increase students' interest in learning, especially in learning mathematics, as indicated by the enthusiasm of students during the learning process of mathematics subjects. students look active, tend to listen and then take notes on what the teacher says or explains so that learning goes well and most students ask questions, students can know and understand the subject matter that students must master.
