Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kedua media membentuk narasi mereka menggunakan model framing Entman, yang mencakup penentuan masalah, identifikasi penyebab, penilaian moral, dan usulan solusi, serta untuk menganalisis perbedaan framing antara Metro TV dan TVRI Jawa Tengah dalam memberitakan kebijakan penghapusan penjurusan untuk jenjang SMA di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif terhadap berita dari program "Metro Hari Ini" dan "Metro Siang" Metro TV, serta "Jawa Tengah Hari Ini" TVRI Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Metro TV lebih kritis terhadap kebijakan ini, dengan menyoroti kurangnya koordinasi pemerintah, kesiapan infrastruktur yang belum optimal, dan dampaknya terhadap seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi. Sementara itu, TVRI Jawa Tengah membingkai kebijakan ini sebagai reformasi pendidikan yang positif dengan menampilkan implementasi di sekolah serta tanggapan siswa dan guru. Perbedaan framing ini menunjukkan bahwa media memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk opini publik terhadap kebijakan pendidikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah meningkatkan komunikasi dengan tenaga pendidik dan orang tua, serta media memberitakan kebijakan secara lebih seimbang agar informasi yang diterima masyarakat lebih objektif.

Abstract

The lack of innovative learning media makes it difficult for students to receive material delivery from teachers. One of them is norms and rules material for elementary school students. Teacher should be more innovative in choosing media for the teaching process. Powtoon videos are a suitable medium for conveying norms and rules material because with very interesting features it can increase students understanding of norms and rules material. This research methodology includes data collection and analysis steps. This research was carried out using the Quasi Experimental Design method. The instrument used was the result of the posstest test which proved that the video media had a significant effect on the understanding of the norms and rules of elementary school students. Based on the result of the hypothesis test using the spss application version 21 shows that it is known that sig. (2-tailed) has values of 0.040 and 0.041, it can be concluded that “Ha” is accepted and “Ho” is rejected. This proves that video media is influential in understanding the norms and rules of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cognitive abilities and learning interests of students through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on Alternative Energy material for class X of SMA Muhammadiyah Limboro, West Seram. In this study, the subjects of the study were all students of class X IPA of SMA Muhammadiyah Limboro.The data of this study were collected through test and non-test instruments, test instruments in the form of tests and non-tests, test instruments in the form of initial tests and final tests, while non-test instruments in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD) and student interest questionnaires. The results of the study showed that in the initial test, the average initial ability of students before using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model had an average value of 34.7, which was in the failing qualification. The results of the analysis during the learning process showed an average student achievement score of 78.78, which was in the good qualification. The data on the average final ability of students after using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model had an average value of 77, which was in the good qualification. The student interest questionnaire for physics subjects using the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model reached a very good qualification of 86.4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh media pembelajaran Siklus Air (Water Cycle) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Batokalangan 2 dalam mata pelajaran IPA. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest, siswa diberikan pre-test sebelum pembelajaran dengan media siklus air dan post-test setelahnya. Analisis data dengan SPSS 25 mencakup uji normalitas, validitas, reliabilitas, serta Paired Sample Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 33,75 dan post-test 66,87, selisih 33,12 poin. Uji Paired Sample Test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), yang membuktikan efektivitas media Siklus Air (Water Cycle) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap siklus air, menjadikannya alternatif pembelajaran IPA yang lebih efektif

Abstract

Pendidikan matematika, khususnya pada materi bangun datar, sering kali dianggap sulit oleh siswa di sekolah dasar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep abstrak dalam matematika, yang memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih konkret dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle wooden terhadap hasil belajar matematika bangun datar pada siswa fase A di SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media puzzle wooden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar matematika bangun datar pada siswa yang menggunakan media puzzle wooden dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakannya. Media ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika tetapi juga memperkuat keterampilan spasial dan logika siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa dan membantu mereka memahami materi yang sulit, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran matematika di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penggunaan media puzzle wooden sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di berbagai mata pelajaran yang berhubungan dengan konsep geometri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran filosofi, filsafat, dan agama sebagai pilar utama dalam pembentukan karakter dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Melalui analisis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menyelidiki konsep-konsep filosofis yang mendasari pendidikan Islam dan bagaimana filsafat dan agama saling berinteraksi untuk membentuk karakter individu. Studi ini menyoroti pemahaman filosofi pendidikan Islam, menekankan nilai-nilai inti seperti keadilan, kasih sayang, dan kebenaran sebagai landasan pembentukan karakter. Filosofi ini memberikan arah moral dan etika yang esensial bagi individu Muslim, memandu mereka dalam pengembangan kepribadian yang seimbang dan bermoral. Pentingnya agama dalam konteks ini juga disoroti, dengan penekanan pada ajaran-ajaran agama Islam yang memberikan panduan etis dan normatif. Agama berperan sebagai sumber inspirasi untuk membangun karakter yang kuat, dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kesabaran, ketekunan, dan toleransi. Hasil studi ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang hubungan intrinsik antara filosofi, filsafat, dan agama dalam membentuk karakter dalam pendidikan Islam. Implikasinya dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya nilai-nilai spiritual dalam proses pendidikan, serta memberikan landasan untuk pengembangan program pendidikan yang berfokus pada pembentukan karakter yang kokoh dan bermakna.

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) serves as the primary means of instilling Pancasila values from an early age. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in PKn lessons in grade 5 at SD Karduluk IV. The questions addressed include students’ understanding and attitudes towards Pancasila values, the methods teachers use to instill these values, the role of the school environment in supporting the implementation of Pancasila, the challenges faced in implementing Pancasila values, and the efforts made by the school to overcome these challenges. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results show that teachers apply various teaching methods such as group discussions, simulations, and case studies to instill Pancasila values in students. However, there are still some challenges in its implementation, such as students’ lack of understanding of the concepts of democracy and justice, as well as limited interactive learning media. Therefore, innovation in teaching methods and the use of technology are needed to improve the effectiveness of teaching Pancasila values. This study is expected to provide insights for schools in improving the quality of PKn education based on Pancasila values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in the formation of disciplined character of fourth grade students at SDN Pakandangan Barat II and to identify the challenges and strategies implemented by the school. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Pancasila values are implemented through daily habits, teacher role models, and extracurricular programs. However, the main obstacles faced are students' lack of understanding of Pancasila values, minimal parental involvement, and the influence of the less conducive outside school environment. To overcome these challenges, the school implemented a reward and punishment strategy, strengthened the role of teachers as role models, and increased parental involvement in the formation of students' disciplined character. This study recommends closer synergy between schools, families, and the social environment in instilling Pancasila values in order to form a strong and sustainable disciplined character in elementary school students. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of third grade students in PPKn subjects at SDN Petungroto, with an average score of 73.73% and there are still students who have not reached the KKM. This is due to limited learning media, less conducive classroom conditions, and low student enthusiasm in learning. This study aims to test the practicality and effectiveness of learning media in the form of illustrated comics in PPKn subjects. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were 20 third grade students of SDN Petungroto, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The results of the study showed that the practicality of this media was very high, with a percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 84% and student response questionnaires of 96%. In addition, the post-test results showed the effectiveness of the media with an average percentage of 88.3%. Thus, it can be concluded that the developed illustrated comic media has proven to be practical and effective, so it is suitable for use in the PPKn learning process for grade III.

Abstract

Robotics is a branch of science and technology that involves the design, construction, operation, and use of robots. This study aims to describe the implementation of the robotics program at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources for this study include information from the school principal, student affairs, and robotics teachers. Data collection methods used are observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the robotics program successfully enhances not only students' technical skills but also their attitudes. The robotics program at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang has been effectively executed, from planning to implementation and assessment. Supporting factors for the program include available facilities and infrastructure, collaboration with skilled trainers, strong support from the school, and high interest from students and parents. However, obstacles include noisy classroom conditions, the absence of teachers with specialized skills in robotics, concerns about the high costs of equipment, and the perception of some that robotics is merely a form of play
