Abstract

This research was motivated by students' difficulties in retaining and understanding vocabulary meanings over time, as well as the lack of variation in teaching methods and media, which caused students to become easily bored, less active, and unfocused during learning. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the "Sekata" card game on the vocabulary comprehension of second-grade students at SDN Dr. Soetomo V/327 Surabaya. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a post-test only with non-equivalent control group design. The population consisted of second-grade students, with samples selected through purposive sampling into experimental and control classes.Data collection was conducted using post-tests to measure students’ vocabulary comprehension. Data analysis techniques included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test with SPSS version 16. The analysis results indicated a significant difference between the average post-test scores of the experimental class and the control class, which used conventional methods. The t-test results showed a significance value of > 0.05, indicating that the use of the "Sekata" card game positively influenced students’ vocabulary comprehension.The "Sekata" card game proved beneficial in creating an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, motivating students to engage actively in the learning process. This study provides practical contributions for teachers in implementing innovative and relevant teaching media tailored to the characteristics of elementary school students. Future researchers are encouraged to explore the use of game-based learning media further, focusing on developing more varied game formats and examining their effects on other aspects of learning. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kesulitan siswa dalam mengingat dan memahami makna kosakata secara berkelanjutan serta minimnya variasi metode dan media pembelajaran yang menyebabkan siswa cepat bosan, kurang aktif, dan tidak fokus pada pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis seberapa besar permainan kartu sekata berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman kosakata siswa kelas II SDN Dr. Soetomo V/327 Surabaya. Metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan tipe post-test only with non-equivalen control group design adalah metode penelitian yang diterapkan. Peneliti menetapkan siswa kelas II sebagai populasi dengan sampel yang terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Post-test diterapkan sebagai teknik untuk mengumpulkan data dengan mengukur pemahaman kosakata siswa. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji t (independent sample t test) diterapkan sebagai teknik analisis dengan melibatkan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Temuan penelitian mengemukakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata skor post-test siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Temuan ini menghasilkan bahwa penggunaan permainan kartu sekata berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman kosakata siswa yang terlihat dari hasil uji t-test dengan nilai signifikansi yang melebihi 0,05, sehingga mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan permainan kartu sekata berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman kosakata siswa. Permainan kartu sekata memberikan manfaat bagi siswa dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran interaktif, menarik dan mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru dalam mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran inovatif dan relevan selaras dengan hasil karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengeksplorasi lebih mendalam terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan baik pada pengembangan bentuk permainan yang lebih bervariasi maupun mengetahui pengaruhnya pada aspek lain.

Abstract

Surah Al-Nahl (16: 78) ini memberikan gambaran secara tekstual tentang tiga potensi dasar yang Allah berikan kepada manusia dalam melanjutkan fungsinya sebagai khalifatullah di bumi. Banyak orang yang mnengabaikan ketiga potensi tersebut yaitu pendengaran, penglihatan dan hati. Allah menciptakan ini sebagai potensi mencari pengetahuan dalam rangka berbakti kepada Allah. Fokus tulisan ini adalah mengupas tentang potensi pendidikan dalam surah al-Nahl atau 78 secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah Library Research dengan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai kitab tafsir, pendidikan dan artikel-artikel yang terkait dengan pembahasan ini. Selanjutnya, untuk menganalisa data-data yang sudah dikumpulkan digunakan konten analisis. Surah al-nahl ayat 78 secara tekstual menunjukkan bahwa Allah menciptakan manusia dan melengkapi penciptaannya dengan menjadikan pendengaran, penglihatan dan hati atau akal, dengan konsekuensi penciptaan tersebur agar manusia bersyukur. Secara kontekstual dan mendalam ayat ini menjelaskan tentang potensi pendidikan yang Allah berikan kepada manusia adalah tanda kasih sayang Allah dengan menciptakan manusia beserta perangkat-perangkatnya secara sempurna yaitu, pendengaran dan penglihatan memiliki potensi sebagai sarana untuk menangkap segala informasi yang ada di sekitarnya, baik berupa suara maupun benda, begitu juga hati memiliki potensi yaitu kemampuan manusia untuk berpikir, merasakan dan menjadi penentu atau tolak ukur terhadap nilai-nilai dan moral antara baik dan buruknya suatu perbuatan. Kalimat akhir ayat ini merupakan konsekuensi dari pemberian Allah tersebut agar manusia jangan lalai dengan potensi yang Allah berikan, maka bersyukur adalah cara terbaik.

Abstract

Teachers' lack of understanding of neuroscience in learning has led to the emergence of neuromitos, which are misconceptions in distinguishing facts and myths related to brain function in the learning process. This study aims to (1) elaborate neuromitos in education and (2) explain the relationship between neuroscience literacy and professional understanding of learning and memory. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results show that (1) lack of knowledge and high interest in neuroscience, without proper understanding, as well as inappropriate teaching strategies, contribute to the spread of neuromitos, and (2) teachers who have good neuroscience literacy and master effective teaching techniques are better able to recognize and eliminate neuromitos and implement evidence-based learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan berbasis coaching dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, tim supervisor, dan guru, serta telaah dokumen supervisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berbasis coaching telah diterapkan melalui tahapan observasi langsung, diskusi reflektif, dan pemberian umpan balik. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti umpan balik yang masih bersifat umum, jadwal supervisi yang kurang fleksibel, serta kurangnya dokumentasi rinci terkait tindak lanjut yang terukur. Evaluasi terhadap supervisi juga masih bersifat umum dan tidak terintegrasi secara konsisten dengan proses supervisi. berikutnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan formal, peningkatan kualitas umpan balik, serta mekanisme evaluasi dan tindak lanjut yang lebih sistematis untuk mendukung pengembangan profesional guru secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya supervisi berbasis coaching sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The focus of this study was to determine whether the use of short film learning media had an effect on students' understanding of the concept of tolerance in the Pancasila Education subject at SD Negeri Kenjeran 248 Surabaya. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population and research sample used were 27 4th grade students. Researchers conducted a multiple-choice test of 20 questions as a method for collecting data, which included a pretest before treatment and a posttest after treatment. Normality tests and hypothesis tests were applied as data analysis techniques to measure the effect of the treatment. The research findings showed that there was a significant increase in students' understanding of the concept of tolerance after being given treatment in the form of using short film learning media obtained from the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test, where the Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05) indicates that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be proven that the learning method using short films is an effective way to measure the influence of student understanding. Additionally, the results of the analysis showed a t-value of 21.243 with a degree of freedom (df) of 26, which strengthens the conclusion that there is a real difference between students' understanding before and after using learning media. In conclusion, the use of short film learning media can show a significant influence on students' understanding of the concept of tolerance. Keywords: Short Film, Tolerance, Concept Understanding. ABSTRAK Fokus dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran film pendek berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep toleransi siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SD Negeri Kenjeran 248 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one-group pretest-posttest. Populasi dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas 4 sebanyak 27 siswa. Peneliti melakukan tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan data yang meliputi pretest sebelum perlakuan dan posttest setelah perlakuan. Uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis diterapkan sebagai teknik analisis data untuk mengukur pengaruh perlakuan. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ditemukan pengaruh pada pemahaman konsep toleransi siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan media pembelajaran film pendek yang diperoleh dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, dimana nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) mengindikasikan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat dibuktikan bahwa metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan film pendek merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mengukur pengaruh pemahaman siswa. Selain itu, hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 21,243 dengan derajat kebebasan (df) 26, yang memperkuat kesimpulan adanya perbedaan yang nyata antara pemahaman siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan media pembelajaran film pendek dapat menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep toleransi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berdampak terhadap akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah yang terdiri dari Penyajian Laporan Keuangan, Aksesibilitas Laporan Keuangan dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah OPD yang ada di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 OPD di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 66 orang. Hasil analisis data menggunakan SmartPls 4.0 menunjukkan bahwa penyajian laporan keuangan, aksesibilitas laporan keuangan dan sistem pengendalian intern berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada OPD di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract

Learning design is a guideline for learning implementation that is prepared before the learning process begins. STEM learning design is prepared with STEM learning stages namely Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, and Improve. This research was conducted to describe the implementation of the hologram box media learning design in cycle 1. The research method used is EDR (Education Design Research), which has 3 stages, namely analysis and exploration, design and construction, evaluation and reflection. The implementation of STEM learning in cycle one was carried out at SDN Rawajaya 04 class V with a total of 26 students. The learning stages are in accordance with the STEM syntax, namely ask, imagine, plan, create, and improve. In the first cycle, there are several things that need to be considered as evaluation material for the next cycle. 1) In group division and class conditioning. 2) In the STEM learning stage, imagine, and revise related worksheets.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the empowerment efforts carried out by the government for household appliance artisans using aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consist of five individuals: the village head, the head of the artisans, and three household appliance artisans working with aluminum in Tanjung Atap Village. The findings indicate that the government’s empowerment efforts follow three community empowerment indicators. In the potential development indicator, artisans have received socialization from the head of the artisans, students from PGRI University Palembang and Sriwijaya University, as well as training from the Provincial Government of South Sumatra and the Department of Industry and Trade regarding casting techniques, shaping, finishing, and raw material recycling. In the business strengthening indicator, artisans receive assistance in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access to funding through a savings and loan system managed by the village government. In the business protection indicator, artisans receive support in marketing and promotion through annual exhibitions organized by the Ogan Ilir Regency Government, local village events, and social media promotion facilitated by the Department of Industry and Trade.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of problem solving skills possessed by participants in preparing for the 21st era which requires students to have problem solving skills. This is caused by a number of factors, among others, low student interest in mathematics subjects, a learning process that still relies on the teacher as a provider of complete information about the material, learning methods that are still ineffective, and the learning model used is still inappropriate. The difficulty usually felt by teachers is the lack of knowledge in using the internet and developing an interesting learning model. This research uses a qualitative approach to the description method. The collection techniques in this study used tests, interviews, and observations. The analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students who have high mathematical problem solving ability are able to solve the two problems given correctly. Learners with moderate solving ability are able to fulfill several indicators of problem solving, while learners with low problem solving ability can be said to be unable to solve the problems given and do not fulfill several problem solving indicators. Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes in Kitabah and the teacher-centered learning approach, which made students passive in the learning process. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of the Inductive Pictured Words Model and the Group Investigation Model on Kitabah learning outcomes among elementary school students. This study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method, specifically using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was selected through cluster random sampling and consisted of sixth-grade students at SD Al Azhar Bandar Lampung, with 28 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. The research findings indicate that the Inductive Pictured Words Model and the Group Investigation Model significantly improve students' Kitabah learning outcomes. The t-test results show that t-value (3.506) exceeds t-table (2.005), leading to the acceptance of H₁, which confirms that these models positively impact students' learning achievements. Posttest data reveal that the experimental class obtained an average learning outcome score of 81.20, while the control class scored 72.1. Additionally, these models foster scientific attitudes, with the highest score recorded in objectivity/honesty (83.57%) and the lowest in collaboration (68.57%). Overall, the findings suggest that the Inductive Pictured Words Model and the Group Investigation Model are effective learning strategies that enhance Kitabah learning outcomes and scientific attitudes, making them suitable for use in elementary school education.
