Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning using the Cooperative Learning model of the Team Games Tournament type in class IV of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles, cycle I with two meetings and cycle II with one meeting. The subjects of the study were teachers (researchers) and students totaling 23 students consisting of 9 male students and 14 female students. The results of this study showed an increase: 1) The average implementation of the learning module in cycle I was 87.5% (B) increasing in cycle II to 95.83% (A). 2) The implementation of teacher activities in cycle I averaged 85.71% (C) increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (A). 3) The implementation of student activities in cycle I averaged 87.49% (B) increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (A). 4) The average student learning outcomes in cycle I were 75.37 (D) increasing to 89.07 (B) in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the demonstration method on cognitive abilities on the material of community identity in my neighborhood. This type of research uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental design approach and uses a one group pretest and posttest design. Researchers only use one group as an experimental class. The population in this study were fourth grade students of SDN Balonggarut, Krembung, Sidoarjo, totaling 24 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which all members of the population were involved as samples totaling 24 students. The data collection technique used was a test in the form of a pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the average analysis carried out, there was an increase of 15% from pretest to posttest on questions with analysis indicators (C4). The results of the normality test in this study used Shapiro-Wilk with a pretest value data significance value of 0.141> 0.05 and posttest value data of 0.201> 0.05 so hat the data was normally distributed. The results of the hypothesis test analysis using the paired sample t-test calculation showed a significance value (sig) (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This means that there is an influence from before and after being given treatment in the form of a demonstration learning method on cognitive abilities on the material of community identity in my neighborhood.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the ability to write descriptions in grade III students of MI Muhammadiyah Pagerkidul by utilizing the media of series pictures. In daily life, language functions as the main tool in communication, while writing skills are one of the important abilities that must be possessed by students. Through the use of series image media, it is hoped that students will be more able to understand and compose descriptive sentences properly and correctly. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach where data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews. The study involved grade III students as research subjects, where they were asked to write a description based on the images provided. The results of the study show that the use of series image media can increase students' interest and motivation in writing. In addition, students also showed improvement in their ability to structure sentences and organize their ideas. From the results of the analysis, it was found that students who used series image media were more able to produce richer and more diverse descriptive writing. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of language learning methods, especially in an effort to improve the ability to write descriptions among students. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for educators in designing more effective and attractive learning strategies for students.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is a policy aimed at facilitating teachers in implementing online learning during the pandemic. This policy seeks to realize the essence of education, where students are granted the freedom to learn and to develop their competencies. The success of the Merdeka Belajar policy depends greatly on the roles of principals and teachers, as key actors in school-based education. When Merdeka Belajar is fully embraced by teachers, it will also be reflected in students. This study aims to explore teachers' responses to the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy. A descriptive quantitative method was used in this research, with a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms as the primary instrument. The respondents included 47 teachers from 11 primary-level schools. The data obtained were analyzed using single-tabulation and percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that teachers understand the concept of Merdeka Belajar, agree with its implementation implications in schools, and believe that Merdeka Belajar-based teaching and assessment will enhance students' literacy and numeracy skills.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan keterampilan esensial bagi siswa dalam menghadapi era teknologi yang terus berkembang. Namun, di SDN Pangarangan I Kabupaten Sumenep, tingkat literasi digital siswa masih tergolong rendah, sehingga diperlukan upaya reinforcement atau penguatan literasi digital dalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program reinforcement literasi digital serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapannya di SDN Pangarangan I. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap fasilitas pembelajaran digital di sekolah, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran berbasis teknologi, serta analisis dokumentasi pembelajaran yang menggunakan media digital. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah sebagai pengambil kebijakan dan guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reinforcement literasi digital di SDN Pangarangan I memberikan dampak positif dalam beberapa aspek. Pertama, penggunaan media pembelajaran digital semakin meningkat dengan integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kedua, kemampuan literasi digital siswa mengalami peningkatan, terlihat dari keterampilan mereka dalam mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan sumber belajar digital secara efektif. Ketiga, terdapat peningkatan sarana dan prasarana berbasis digital yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, seperti penyediaan perangkat teknologi dan akses internet yang lebih memadai. Dengan demikian, reinforcement literasi digital di SDN Pangarangan I memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Diharapkan sekolah dapat terus mengembangkan strategi penguatan literasi digital guna mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan yang setara bagi semua peserta didik, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, dalam memperoleh pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kurikulum pendidikan inklusif pada mata pelajaran muatan lokal di SDN Margorejo 1 Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jumlah sampel adalah 53 siswa inklusif sebagai objek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru, serta studi dokumen terhadap kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum muatan lokal di SDN Margorejo 1 telah mengakomodasi prinsip pendidikan inklusif dengan adanya modifikasi dalam strategi pembelajaran, diferensiasi dalam asesmen, serta penyesuaian materi agar dapat diakses oleh seluruh peserta didik. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih dalam pendidikan inklusif serta kurangnya media pembelajaran yang mendukung keberagaman kebutuhan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik serta pengembangan bahan ajar yang lebih inklusif guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, meskipun SDN Margorejo 1 telah menerapkan pendidikan inklusif dalam mata pelajaran muatan lokal, masih diperlukan optimalisasi dalam berbagai aspek guna mencapai hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan kapasitas manajemen sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada dua sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kapasitas manajemen sekolah yang baik berdampak positif pada mutu pendidikan. Kapasitas ini dikembangkan melalui komunitas belajar yang ada di sekolah. Fokus utama komunitas ini adalah keteladanan kepemimpinan, pembelajaran bersama antar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam proses manajemen, serta pengembangan kreativitas dalam memecahkan masalah. Selain itu, penyediaan lingkungan kerja yang sehat juga merupakan faktor penting keberhasilan komunitas belajar. Peneliti merekomendasikan beberapa hal bagi sekolah: 1) melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk menilai menilai keberhasilan sekolah; 2) memanajemen informasi kepada semua pihak terkait; 3) memberikan solusi bagi pihak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalanjan tugas pokok dan fungsinya; 4) mengokohkan komunitas belajar sebagai sebuah keluarga; 5) melakukan refleksi keterlibatan masing-masing pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; 6) memaksimalkan kegiatan dialog, refleksi, dan evaluasi; dan 7) menciptakan suasana sekolah yang nyaman bagi semua pihak.

Abstract

Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a program that aims to shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila values. One of the implementations of P5 at SDN Margorejo 1 Surabaya City is through the theme "Green Schools." The aim of this research is to increase students' environmental awareness by creating a green, clean and beautiful school environment. Activities carried out include planting trees, caring for plants in the school garden, and using empty land for hydroponic plants. Apart from that, students are also given education about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability through discussions, presentations and direct practice activities. Data collection was done through direct observation and interviews with descriptive qualitative research. The method used in implementing this program is a project-based approach (P5), where students play an active role in planning and evaluation activities. The results of this implementation show an increase in student awareness and participation in protecting the school environment. Apart from that, the school environment becomes greener and more comfortable. This program not only has an impact on school aesthetics, but also instills the values of mutual cooperation, responsibility and concern for the environment. Thus, the implementation of the "Green Schools" theme at SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya can be an example for other schools in implementing character-based education and environmental sustainability.Keywords: P5, Green School, Environment, Character, SDN Margorejo 1. Pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Salah satu implementasi P5 di SDN Margorejo 1 Kota Surabaya adalah melalui tema “Hijaunya Sekolah.” Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa dengan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang hijau, bersih, dan asri. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penanaman pohon, perawatan tanaman di taman sekolah, serta pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk tanaman hidroponik. Selain itu, siswa juga diberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui kegiatan diskusi, presentasi, dan praktik langsung. Pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi program ini adalah pendekatan berbasis proyek(P5), di mana siswa berperan aktif pada kegiatan perencanaan hingga evaluasi.Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi siswa dalam menjaga lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih hijau dan nyaman. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada estetika sekolah, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai gotong royong, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, implementasi tema “Hijaunya Sekolah” di SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan berbasis karakter dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: P5, Hijaunya Sekolah, Lingkungan, Karakter, SDN Margorejo 1.

Abstract

Islamic education does not only focus on the dissemination of knowledge, but also on the formation of students' character. Internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge, which include patience, respect for teachers, and sincerity, is an important component of Islamic education. However, in real life, these values ​​are still difficult to apply in formal educational institutions, such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 5 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to see how the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge are applied in learning at MIN 5 Bandar Lampung and how it impacts students' character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. The methods used to collect data are Observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to madrasah education policies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith in learning is carried out through teacher role models, habituation of discipline and respect for teachers, and integration of the values ​​of the hadith in the curriculum. The impact of this internalization is seen in the increase in students' religious and spiritual attitudes, politeness in interacting with teachers and peers, and increased motivation to learn. Therefore, the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the manners of seeking knowledge needs to be continuously strengthened through synergy between madrasas, teachers, and parents to create an educational environment that is more Islamic in character.

Abstract

The learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not only focused on cognitive understanding but also includes affective and psychomotor aspects to ensure that students can apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The primary goal of PAI learning is to instill faith and piety, shape noble character, and equip students with worship skills and a comprehensive understanding of Islam. Several factors influence the effectiveness of PAI learning, including the role of teachers, student characteristics, and supporting facilities. Teachers serve as educators and mentors who not only transfer knowledge but also act as role models in religious life. Moreover, innovative teaching strategies and methods are required to create an engaging and meaningful learning environment. Evaluation in PAI learning is a crucial aspect in assessing students’ success in understanding, internalizing, and practicing Islamic teachings through various methods such as written tests, observations, and direct worship practices. Therefore, effective PAI learning requires synergy between teachers, students, the learning environment, as well as the appropriate use of teaching methods and evaluation. The success of Islamic religious education is not only measured by academic comprehension but also by how well students internalize and practice Islamic values in their daily lives.
