Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of tembang dolanan as a medium for stimulating Javanese language skills in children aged 4–5 years, describe the development of children's Javanese language skills during the implementation of tembang dolanan, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type conducted at PGRI Bina Siswa Kindergarten Gedongombo Tuban. The research subjects consisted of teachers, principals, parents, and 20 children in group A. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of tembang dolanan (traditional Javanese songs) was carried out through singing activities combined with games, movement, and the familiarization of using simple Javanese. The development of children's Javanese language skills is evident in their increasing vocabulary mastery, listening skills, imitation skills, and their confidence in using simple Javanese in everyday communication. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, school support, the use of games, and children's enthusiasm. Inhibiting factors include the dominance of Indonesian in the family environment, differences in children's language abilities, limited learning media, and limited time for activities.

Abstract

Indonesia's agricultural sector contributes approximately 13.14% to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP); however, farmers' welfare remains considerably low, as indicated by a Farmers' Terms of Trade (NTP) index frequently below 100. This condition prompted the enactment of Law Number 19 of 2013 on the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers as a strategic legal instrument. Despite being in force for over a decade, its implementation at the village level remains academically underexamined, particularly in rural East Java, including Bendilwungu Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. The gap between the normative substance of the law and its actual field implementation constitutes the primary urgency of this study. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Law No. 19 of 2013 and identify its supporting and inhibiting factors in Bendilwungu Village. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving village officials, agricultural extension workers, and local farmers. Findings reveal that implementation remains suboptimal, characterized by limited farmer access to subsidized production inputs, weak farmer group institutional capacity, and insufficient regulation-based empowerment programs. Primary inhibiting factors include constrained regional budgets, low human resource capacity, and unsynchronized cross-sectoral coordination. This study concludes that strengthened coordination among village governments, agricultural agencies, and relevant institutions is essential to substantively and sustainably realize farmer protection and empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial distress, audit fee, profitability, and solvency on audit delay with company size as a control variable in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2023–2024 period. This study employs a correlational quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and audited financial statements. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 184 observations. The results indicate that financial distress has a significant positive effect on audit delay, audit fee has a significant negative effect on audit delay, profitability has a significant positive effect on audit delay, and solvency has a significant negative effect on audit delay. Meanwhile, company size as a control variable also has a significant negative effect on audit delay. These findings suggest that a company's financial condition, audit fee adequacy, and debt structure meaningfully influence the length of the audit completion process, and therefore companies need to pay closer attention to these factors in order to improve the timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of forest fringe communities regarding the utilization of Rimbo Panti Nature Reserve in Panti District, Pasaman Regency, and to examine the relationship between community perception and participation in conservation. A quantitative descriptive method was employed with 45 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression using SPSS. The novelty of this study lies in its simultaneous examination of both perception and participation dimensions among forest fringe communities in a legally protected nature reserve area, an approach not previously conducted in the Rimbo Panti context. Results show that community perception falls in the "good" category (mean = 4.05) and participation also falls in the "good" category (mean = 3.80). Pearson correlation yields r = 0.365 (p = 0.014), indicating a significant positive relationship. Regression analysis reveals Y = 2.143 + 0.418X with R² = 0.133, meaning perception explains 13.3% of participation variance. Economic empowerment, education, and institutional strengthening remain key factors for improving community participation.
