Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

This research aims to: 1) determine differences in students' narrative writing abilities. 2) to find out how big the influence of the circuit learning model assisted by mind mapping media is. The type of research design used is a Pre-Experimental design, namely One Group Pre-test Posttest design. The population in this study was all class IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Fallah Selakau, consisting of 30 class A students and 30 class B students, so a total of 60 people. The sample in this research is a population that is part of the number and characteristics of that population." A good sample is a sample that is representative (represents) the population, so that the conclusions can be applied to the entire population. This research technique uses instruments that support and strengthen information for research, including test questions. The form of this research instrument is in the form of guidelines, including test guidelines which are written down in note form to obtain accurate information. The test for skills in writing narrative text in the form of an essay, data analysis was carried out using the prerequisite tests used in this research, namely the normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and effect size. Based on the data results, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a difference in the ability to write student narratives between students who apply the circuit learning model assisted by mind mapping media and students who do not use the circuit learning model assisted by mind mapping in class IV students at MI Darul Falah Selakau. This difference is marked by the value of t_(count <) t_table, namely 7.66 >28. 2) the influence on the ability to write narratives of students at IV MI Darul Falah Selakau obtained an Effect Size (E_s) value of 86.46, which is classified as high.

In the context of education, it is very important for teachers to understand the different ways students receive and process information. Each learning style has a different approach, so teachers need to develop teaching strategies that can effectively reach all student learning types. This study aims to describe the strategies used by classroom teachers in dealing with three learning styles of grade 2 students at SD Negeri Plelen 04, Gringsing District. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the strategies used by teachers for students with visual and auditory learning styles used expository learning strategies. Meanwhile, students with kinesthetic learning styles use cooperative learning strategies and inquiry. Understanding students learning styles and applying appropriate teaching strategies are the keys to success in improving the quality of learning in the classroom.

The study aims to determine the effect of interactive digital learning media on the development of environmental awareness in fifth grade elementary school students. The design of this study is a quasi-experimental study with a post-test only control group design. The population of this study was SDN Dukuh Menanggal 1/424 Surabaya. The sample of this study used fifth grade students from classes V-A, V-B. Data were collected through documentation and tests. The data collection technique was in the form of giving 5 test questions. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests, and T tests. The findings revealed that there was a significant effect of the use of interactive digital learning media on the development of environmental awareness in fifth grade elementary school students.

This research is motivated by the importance of contextual understanding of the Qur'an in responding to the challenges of the modern era that continue to develop. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Tafsir Al-Misbah in developing contextual understanding of the Qur'an. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various relevant literature sources. The results of the study indicate that Tafsir Al-Misbah makes a significant contribution to enriching the contextual understanding of the Qur'an through a comprehensive and inclusive approach. The conclusion of this study is that Tafsir Al-Misbah plays an important role in developing contextual understanding of the Qur'an, so that it can help Muslims face various contemporary issues better.

This study aims to explore the process of internalization of students' independent character in science literacy learning. The approach used is qualitative research with a case study method. The subjects of the study consisted of grade VI students at SDIT Yasir Tangerang. Data collection was carried out through direct observation in class, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis such as learning notes and student assignment results. Data validity uses source and method triangulation techniques. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that internalization of independence in science literacy learning at SDIT Yasir has a positive impact on students' academic and character development. Students involved in exploratory learning methods show increased self-confidence, courage in expressing opinions, and initiative to find additional learning resources. However, there are still challenges in implementing independence, especially for students who are more dependent on teacher direction. The suggestion is that a differentiation approach in learning needs to be applied to adjust to students' needs.

This study was conducted because of the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Sidomukti 01 in the science content as indicated by the initial data acquisition. This study used a qualitative experimental method. The location of this research was at SD Sidomukti 01, Margoyoso District, Pati Regency. The sample used was 12 fourth grade students. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in fifth grade of SD N Sidomulyo was carried out through mustard greens planting activities. The data collection methods used in this study included observation, interviews, and documentation. As well as using data analysis techniques for validity tests, data normality tests, t-tests and n-gain tests. The results of the study showed the results of the paired sample t-test, namely there was a difference in the average pretest and posttest values, namely 51.9167 for the pretest value and 80.0833 for the posttest results. In addition, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 <0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be interpreted that there is a difference in the average score of the pretest and posttest. The N-gain test shows an N-gain value of 0.7857, which means that the criteria for improving learning outcomes have increased with moderate criteria.

Lembaga sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan sekolah, sehingga perlu mengatur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi segala aspek yang ada di sekolah salah satunya melalui kurikulum yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar Gugus Sunan Muria Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak dengan menggunakan teori implementasi George Edward III. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang berfokus pada mendeskripsikan suatu peristiwa dan kejadian yang telah terjadi pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan manajemen data, pengkodean, dan penyajian hasil olahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Komunikasi pelaksana implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Sunan Muria Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak sudah berjalan dengan baik 2) Sumber daya dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Sunan Muria Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak sudah memadai walaupun belum maksimal 3) Disposisi dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Sunan Muria Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak sudah berjalan dengan baik 4) Struktur Birokrasi implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Gugus Sunan Muria Kecamatan Demak Kabupaten Demak belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan bahwa sekolah harus membangun komunikasi yang efektif agar terbentuk struktur birokrasi yang baik guna tercapainya implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 55 siswa kelas V MI Negeri 4 Garut. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, uji Mann Whitney dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001, menunjukkan bahwa, penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis PBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensioal. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis PBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

This article reveals the results of research on the curriculum model and its relevance in daily life, where the curriculum is a concept in every learning. The use of the curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Wahid Hasyim is currently still using 2 curricula in the learning process, namely: (1) Curriculum 2013 for grades 2, 3, 5 and 6; and (2) Independent Curriculum for grades 1 and 4. In this application, of course, it is the embodiment of the principle of relevance, the principle of flexibility, the principle of continuity, the principle of practicality and the principle of effectiveness. These curriculum principles are of course the basis of goals or guidelines in every process of teaching and learning activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Wahid Hasyim. So that learning at MI Wahid Hasyim can strive with the existing curriculum principles. This study uses case study research that focuses on qualitative. Qualitative research carried out is by observation and interviews to find out an existing event. In this study, the researcher conducted research directly at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Wahid Hashim school. Then the interviewer is a representative of the madrasah of the curriculum section as well as the homeroom teacher of class 5B. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide benefits to the general public about the curriculum model and its relevance in daily life.

Kurikulum senantiasa mengalami perubahan mengikuti kebutuhan yang tejadi dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu perubahan dalam kurikulum mereka pada mata pelajaran IPA dan IPS digabungkan menjadi mata pelajaran IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial). penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SD Inpres Baomekot. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahapan-tahapan analisis data menurut model Miles dan Huberman dalam meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran IPAS di SD Inpres Baomekot masih dihadapkan pada beberapa kendala signifikan. Kendala tersebut meliputi, kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran IPAS, Kekurangan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang memadai terkait kurikulum merdeka, masalah literasi dan aksesibilitas teknologi, serta sarana dan prasarana belajar yang yang sangat kurang sehingga belum mendukung setiap proses pembelajaran.
