Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

The purpose of this study is to enhance and ezamine the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of fourth-grade student at SD Kanisius Bedono through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in the Pancasila Education subject. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The observation students at SD Kanisius Bedono through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in the Pancasila Education subject. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The observations in the first cycle indicated that students' critical thinking skills were still in the low category, with an average score of 58, and only 12.5% of students were able to achieve the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP). However, in the second cycle, there was an improvement, with the average critical thinking skill score increasing to 84.5%, and 95.8% of students successfully reaching the KKTP, due to a more structured implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in this cycle. The PBL model effectively encouraged students to actively engage in group discussions, identify and solve real-world problems, and exchange ideas with their classmates. This study highlights the importance of using innovative learning models to improve the quality of education, particularly in enhancing critical thinking skills at the elementary school level. The researcher hopes that schools will consistently implement the PBL model to provide students with a more meaningful and enjoyable learning experience.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the PBL model on the learning activities of fifth-gradestudents at SDN Tembok Dukuh III Surabaya. This research is experimental in nature. The sampleconsists of students from classes V-A and V-B, while the population consists of all fifth-grade students at SDN Tembok Dukuh III Surabaya. The Postest OnlyNonequivalent Control Group Design is the quasi-experimental design used in this study. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Data analysis showsthat the PBL model has an impact on the learningactivities of fifth-grade students at SDN Tembok Dukuh III Surabaya.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran VAK (Visual Auditori Kinestetik) berbasis media Canva terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 216 Talungeng Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian quasi-eksperimental dengan bentuk non-equivalent control group design. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SDN 216 Talungeng sebanyak 285 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IV SDN 216 Talungeng sebanyak 35 siswa yang tersebar di dua kelas yaitu kelas IVA sebanyak 18 peserta didik dan kelas IVB sebanyak 17 siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran VAK (Visual Auditori Kinestetik) berbasis media Canva pada siswa kelas IV SDN 216 Talungeng Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone menunjukkan kategori sangat baik. (2) Minat belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 216 Talungeng Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone berada pada kategori sangat berminat. (3) Terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran VAK (Visual Auditori Kinestetik) berbasis media Canva terhadap minat belajar IPAS siswa di Kelas IV SDN 216 Talungeng Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone.

The culture of religious character is manifested in building a neat and structured culture at various levels of education. It is highly appropriate to implement this with the foundation of religious character values within students, as it will strengthen their faith and the application of these Islamic values can be nurtured through the school environment. Building a religious culture is very important and will indirectly influence the nature, attitudes, and actions of students. The goal of religious character education is the realization of awareness in applying normative values, which has a significant influence. Broadly speaking, this research aims to understand student management in enhancing the culture of religious character at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Oku Timur Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with research locations at MIN 2 Oku Timur and MIS NU Sumedangsari Oku Timur. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation. The research results show that through structured student management, MIN 2 and MIS NU Oku Timur not only create a conducive academic environment but also instill strong religious values in students. With well-planned and closely monitored programs, these two madrasahs have successfully shaped students who are disciplined, responsible, and have a high love for Islamic teachings, making them individuals of noble character who are ready to contribute to society.

Conflicts in elementary school environments are a common phenomenon and can affect relationships among students as well as their social-emotional development. Teachers, as facilitators of learning, play a crucial role in implementing conflict resolution strategies that not only solve problems but also enhance students' empathy and social skills. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effectively teachers can use conflict resolution techniques to help elementary school students become more empathetic and socially adept. Social and emotional development in students can be influenced by frequent conflicts in elementary school settings. Through an educational approach, teachers can effectively guide and facilitate conflict resolution. This study employs a qualitative methodology and a case study design, which includes document analysis, interviews, and observations in multiple elementary schools. According to the research findings, instructors can enhance students' social skills—such as their capacity for cooperation, clear communication, and peaceful problem-solving—by acting as mediators, facilitators, and role models in implementing empathy-based conflict resolution techniques. More structured instruction is needed to foster a harmonious and productive learning environment.

The background of this research is the lack of understanding in learning Indonesian, especially in the material of writing short stories and understanding of several elements in a short story text, therefore the need for the use of more creative and effective learning media for students. The case that occurred was that around 40% of students in the class did not master the understanding of reading texts including main ideas and supporting ideas. This will be an impact because students can only read without understanding the contents of the reading they read. This problem arises, so it is necessary to optimize more innovative and effective teaching materials for students. This researcher uses the Thiagarajan 4D development paradigm which includes four stages: definition, design, development, and distribution. The participants of this study were elementary school students in grade IV at an elementary school in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the Activity Book learning media based on illustrated narratives is considered satisfactory without the need for revision. Through competent media, linguistic, and material evaluators. The final results of all validators produced 95.5% for material experts, 85% for language experts, and 85.5% for media experts. With a fairly appropriate description.

This research discusses the Kereta Rintangan game; for PAUD LABSCHOOL UNNES children; as a form of effort to improve motor skills; rough and cognitive for children. The design of this game takes into account several aspects, such as being educational and fun, and can stimulate creativity, cooperation and problem solving abilities in children. In the development process, the method used is the research and development (R&D) method to produce appropriate products. This obstacle train game involves several physical activities, such as crossing obstacles which have several goals, including training balance, coordination and muscle strength. It is hoped that the results of this development can be a solution for educational game activities, as well as optimizing the development of early childhood. Trial activities that have been carried out at PAUD LABSCHOOL UNNES; shows that the obstacle train game has been accepted by children and also has a positive impact on children's motor skills and social interactions. Children feel happy and play games happily.

Kepuasan kerja karyawan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Batam merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan produktivitas lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kemampuan, persepsi, dan prestasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan, persepsi, dan prestasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kemampuan, persepsi positif, dan prestasi kerja yang baik secara bersama-sama berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja keseluruhan Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Batam. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi manajemen pondok pesantren untuk terus mengembangkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung agar karyawan dapat mencapai prestasi kerja yang optimal. Selain itu, persepsi positif terhadap pekerjaan dan tempat kerja perlu ditingkatkan melalui komunikasi yang efektif dan penghargaan atas kontribusi karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan di lembaga pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Batam, serta dapat dijadikan acuan bagi penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan topik ini.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of tolerance character in overcoming bullying in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study included students, teachers, and the head of the madrasah at MI Lantaburo Tangerang. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation techniques of sources and methods were used. Data analysis was carried out descriptively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of tolerance character is carried out through integration in learning, extracurricular activities, and school programs based on religious values. Teachers play an active role as role models and facilitators in building an attitude of mutual respect among students. In addition, it was found that a personal approach and parental involvement contributed to reducing the number of bullying in schools. The implications of this study indicate that tolerance character education can be an effective strategy in creating a harmonious school environment, thereby supporting the positive moral development of students.

Budaya kerja yang positif sangat penting untuk produktivitas dan kinerja keseluruhan di sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika hubungan antar karyawan dalam menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif di Toko Golden Star. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang harmonis dan kolaboratif antar karyawan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap terciptanya budaya kerja yang positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa hubungan interpersonal yang baik antar karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam membangun dan menjaga budaya kerja yang positif di Toko Golden Star, yang berdampak positif pada produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
