Abstract

Formal education is a conscious effort that has been carried out by managers of educational organizations. This education empties into the learning process of cognitive aspects, the ability to achieve academic achievements and tested through written examinations in school. Formal education has limitations reaching the affective and psychomotor aspects of students. These two aspects have a realm for presenting superior and high personality characters. Education should bring the character of students in accordance with the expectations of the vision and mission of the educational institution. These problems need to take steps to establish religious extracurricular activities in the form of Islamic Day and routine prayer services in schools so that they can form personalities based on religious values and norms. This study uses a qualitative research approach and the type uses case studies. This research was conducted at the Brawijaya Mojokerto Islamic Middle School which aims to determine the planning of religious extracurricular programs in schools, religious extracurricular activities in efforts to shape the religious character of students in schools, and evaluate the religious extracurricular implementation of the formation of religious character of students in schools.

Abstract

The using of technology in learning activities, especially computer technology provides convenience to educators to explain learning materials to students to be easy, effective and efficient. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results showed that the implementation of the final examination of the computer-based regional standard madrasah held at MI Muhammadiyah Ledoktempuro Randuagung and Randuagung Lumajang Subdistrict MI Nurul Islam Gedangmas was carried out through three stages; Pre Implementation, Implementation, and Post-Implementation UAMBD-BK with the use of the internet network.

Abstract

The chemical learning process in the class is very much supported by students' motivation and interest in following the process of learning activities. If students' interests and motivations are lacking, it will affect student learning outcomes. This also became one of the problems that was manifested in Nurul Jadid High School students. Cooperative learning methods Think-Pair-Share (TPS) model is one of the learning methods that can be applied. This research is a class action research (CAR) through the stages of implementation which includes planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Classroom action research (CAR) aims to find out how to apply the steps of the cooperative learning model TPS so that it can improve the learning outcomes of class XI MIPA.1 SMA Nurul Jadid after the implementation of the TPS model of cooperative learning. The data of the research shows that the learning method of TPS model can improve student learning outcomes of Class XI MIPA.1 Nurul Jadid Senior High School which consists of three main stages, namely: (1) Think; students are asked to think of answers to questions or problems independently given by the teacher, (2) Pair; the teacher asks students to pair up with their classmates, (3) Share; students are asked to discuss the results or answers of their own thinking and then present the results of their answers to all students in the class.

Abstract

Motivation of achievement is the interest to achieve success in academics. Motivation of achievement demonstrated by efforts and seriousness in following each lecture and exercise the tasks. Mc Lelland suggests there are six characteristics of individuals who have the motivation high achievers among these: strong feelings for mecapai purpose, responsibility, take risks, are evaluative, creative and innovative, and like a challenge. To find out motivation of achievement in course learning materials development, then it needs to be done a study. This research used the qualitative approach. The model used in this study was a case study. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the interview and observation during course  learning materials development support the motivational characteristics of achievers. This means, in general student PGSD level II has motivated achievers in course learning materials development.

Abstract

Kegiatan eksperimen fisika membutuhkan sebuah kit untuk membuktikan sebuah konsep fisika atau untuk menentukan besarnya sebuah konstanta. Berbagai metode digunakan untuk mengukur percepatan gravitasi bumi. Variabel pun dilibatkan, terutama waktu. Penggunaan stopwatch menjadi kendala tersendiri pada proses pengukuran. Untuk meminimalisir kesalahan tersebut, perlu dibuatlah sebuah alat eksperimen yang lebih akurat. Salah satu cara yang belum dilakukan ialah dengan menggunakan konsep Internet of Things, yaitu memasukan perhitungan percepatan gravitasi menggunakan arduino yang kemudian dihubungkan hasilnya akan muncul di lcd. Sebuah nilai percepatan gravitasi akan secara otomatis dikirim dalam bentuk data analog. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya percepatan gravitasi dari set eksperimen berbasis arduino dan sensor infrared. Hasil yang diperoleh menghasilkan besar percepatan gravitasi yang bervariasi dengan koreksi variabel waktu dibandingkan pengukuran melalui stopwatch berkisar 0,05 s-2,3 s.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas dapat berlangsung dengan efektif apabila ada interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Interaksi tersebut dapat berupa respon yang diberikan oleh guru terhadap pertanyaan siswa atau sebaliknya. Untuk mengetahui respon guru dan siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang sudah dilakukan digunakan lembar angket yang berisi butir-butir pernyataan tentang pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Tujuan pemberian angket tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui respon guru dan siswa terhadap penerapan model siklus belajar hipotesis deduktif dalam pembelajaran kimia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan respon guru dan siswa berdasarkan jawaban angket. Berdasarkan jawaban angket terlihat bahwa guru dan siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan model siklus belajar hipotesis deduktif dalam pembelajaran kesetimbangan kimia dilihat dari skor rerata tanggapan guru yang diperoleh melalui angket yang terkategori baik sekali, skor rerata aktivitas siswa tiap pertemuan dan skor rerata tanggapan siswa yang diperoleh melalui angket yang terkategori baik sekali.

Abstract

Hasil belajar dapat digunakan menjadi salah satu acuan untuk menilai keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar berupa produk menjadi salah satu aspek penting yang bisa mencerminkan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini akan membuktikan pentingnya pemberdayaan metakognisi untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas produk hasil belajar. Pemberdayaan metakognisi tersebut difasilitasi dengan penggunaan mind map selama proses pembelajaran. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode triangulasi melalui analisis hasil angket, hasil wawancara, serta nilai produk hasil belajar. Ketiga data tersebut kemudian dikolaborasikan untuk menarik kesimpulan tentang pemberdayaan metakognisi untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas produk hasil belajar melalui penggunaan mind map. Hasilnya, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa mind map mampu memfasilitasi pemberdayaan metakognisi. Keberhasilan pemberdayaan metakognisi tersebut juga diiringi dengan tercapainya hasil belajar yang memuaskan, dalam hal ini penyusunan produk hasil belajar berupa RPP. Selain membuktikan keunggulan mind map sebagai alat untuk memberdayakan kemampuan metakognisi, penelitian ini juga membuktikan adanya hubungan keberhasilan menguasai metakognisi dengan keberhasilan pencapaian hasil belajar, khususnya pembuatan produk sebagai hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran video untuk mata pelajaran SKI; (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis kelayakan media pembelajaran video yang dilihat dari hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, ahli desain dan respon dari siswa; (3) Mendeskripsikan keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran video dilihat dari rata-rata minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan rancangan pengembangan Lee & Owen. Hasil dari pengembangan media video antara lain: (1) Proses pengembangan media pembelajaran dilakukan dengan lima tahal utama, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan,penerapan dan evaluasi; (2) Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli desain, media pembelajaran video untuk mata pelajaran SKI dinyatakan layak untuk diterapkan di sekolah; (3) Media video untuk pembelajaran SKI efektif diterapkan di MTs Miftahul Huda Silir Wates.Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, video, sejarah kebudayaan islam. Abstract : This research is conducted for the following purposes: (1) to produce video learning media for SKI (Islamic civilization history) subjects; (2) to know and analyze the feasibility of video learning media which is observed from the validation results by material expert, media expert, design expert and student response; (3) to describe the effectiveness of the use of video learning media which is observed from the average student interest in learning. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method using the Lee & Owen development plan. Abstract

Learning assessment is an activity, gathering information and using evidence and feedback from learning outcomes to determine what is learned from the learning process for further learning, and provide the best learning guidance to students so that ultimately the learning objectives can continue. Learning assessment can be done as a reflection and evaluation for the teacher about the learning process that has been done. Assessment of the learning process uses authentic assessment assessment (authentic assessment) that assesses student readiness, process, and overall learning outcomes. The third component will be displayed. Show students the ability, style, and ability to learn or can even produce instructional effects (instructional effects) and the accompanying effects (parenting effects) of learning. The results used are approved by the teacher to be approved for improvement, enrichment (counseling), or counseling services. In addition, the evaluation results can be used as material to improve the learning process in accordance with the Educational Assessment Standards. So based on that, authentic assessment is an assessment carried out to assess the input, process and output of existing learning, there is a feedback system that is managed from documents students learn through exhibitions and examples of work attached to the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the ages of educators in several generations such as baby boomer, x generation, y generation, z generation, and alpha generation, classified into baby boomers, digital immigrants, and digital natives, with the communication ethics of students who incidentally as digital natives through online communication media (whatsapp). This study is a survey study conducted by distributing online research questionnaires through Google form to educators, especially lecturers from various regions and universities in Indonesia. The total of 219 educators participated in this study. Based on the results of a simple correlation test (r) using the Pearson method (Product Moment Pearson), it was found that there was a weak relationship between the age of educators and the communication ethics of students via whatsapp and the direction of the relationship was negative because the value of r was negative. These results indicate that there are other things that have relationship with students' communication ethics with educators.
