Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of physical exercise through low-impact gymnastics on Hba1c DMT2 levels at the Makrayu Health Center in Palembang City. This research design uses Quasi-experiments with Control. The results showed that of the 33 respondents, the most were 26 people (78.8%) of gender, with the highest level of education being low education, 15 (45.4%) with a good diet program, as many as 17 (51.5%) programs good treatment as many as 23 (69.7%). Furthermore, for genetic risk factor variables, 17 (51.5%). In conclusion, there is an average difference between HbA1c levels in the second measurement for the intervention group and the control group, and the intervention group in the first and second measurements. There was a mean difference between the HbA1c levels of the intervention group in the first and second measurements. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, HbA1c, Low Impact Exercise

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of listening to the murottal Al Quran on the sleep quality of patients with impaired breathing patterns in the Inpatient Room Floor III Lung Mitra Medika Hospital, Tanjung Mulia. This research method uses a quasi-experimental post-pre test. The results showed that the majority of patients with impaired breathing patterns in the Lung III inpatient room at Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia General Hospital were aged 51-60 years with a percentage of 40.6%, 22 male sex (68.8%), last high school education history 15 people 46.9%, 16 people (50%) have Batak ethnicity, the married status of 24 respondents with a percentage of 75.0%, with a medical diagnosis of the majority of pulmonary TB as many as ten respondents (31.3%), There are 11 private employees with employment history (34.4%) and all respondents experienced poor sleep quality with a percentage of 100%. In conclusion, listening to the murottal Koran affects the sleep quality of patients with impaired breathing patterns in the inpatient room of RSU Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between family support, level of knowledge, and affordability of access to health services with the implementation of the hypertensive elderly PATUH program in the Anuntodea Tipo Health Center working area. This study uses a quantitative method with an analytic design and a cross-sectional approach. The results showed family support (p-value = 0.007), level of knowledge (p-value = 0.051), and affordability of access to health services (p-value = 0.730). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between family support and the implementation of the hypertensive elderly PATUH program in the Work Area of the Anuntodea Tipo Health Center. There is no relationship between the level of knowledge and affordability of access to health services with the implementation of the hypertensive elderly PATUH program in the Work Area of the Anuntodea Tipo Health Center. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation with deep focus music on blood pressure and stress in elderly hypertensive patients at the Sukabumi Nursing Home. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group with a pretest and posttest. The results showed that all sexes were female, with 17 people (100%) in the control and intervention groups aged 60-70. Eight people (47.1%) were in the intervention group and the control group, six people (35.3%) aged> 70 years, nine people (52.9%) in the intervention group, and 11 people (64.7%) in the control group, had no comorbidities in the intervention group 12 people (70.6%). The control group, 14 people (82, 4% 5), had comorbidities. In the intervention group, five people (29.4%). The control group, three people (17.6%), did not take hypertension herb medicine, and the intervention group and the control group, 17 people (100%). No physical exercise was done in the intervention group, and in the control group, 17 people (100%). In conclusion, mindfulness with deep-focus music effectively affects systolic blood pressure and stress levels. In contrast, on diastolic blood pressure, mindfulness meditation with deep focus music at the Sukabumi Nursing Home has no effect. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about eating patterns in food vlog viewers who are overweight. This research method is to use quantitative research methods. The results of the study were obtained from 46 participants who were overweight and were analyzed using univariate analysis. Most of them are in the adult age group, aged 26-45 years, amounting to 58.7%. The sex between female and male participants was almost the same, with the proportion of female participants being more, namely 54.3%. Most of the participants had worked. Namely, 78.3% and the majority of those who filled out the questionnaire came from the Javanese tribe of 76.1%. In short, obesity is a health problem that every individual must realize because it can cause other health problems, such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Viewers of food vlogs need to get balanced information about proper nutrition, diet, and activity to support optimal health status, especially the body mass index that suits each individual. Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in gross motor development, language, and prosocial behavior in children undergoing full-day and regular Kindergarten learning at Bunnaya Kindergarten Lhokseumawe, Lhokseumawe City. This study used a quantitative and comparative descriptive method, with the KPSP instrument for ages 4-6 years. The results showed that there were significant differences in gross motor development (p-value = 0.000, (p-value = 0.000) and prosocial behavior (p-value = 0.001) in total day and regular program children. In conclusion, the two groups can cause differences in significant child development. The gross motoric product of children aged 4-6 years in Lhokseumawe is dominant under normal conditions, where the regular program has a more significant percentage of normal than whole day school. The development of language skills is chief under normal conditions, where the school program, either full-day or regular program, has the same percentage. In social behavior, children in Lhokseumawe have high social behavior, namely 62.5%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of life factors of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. The research method used is analytic observational using a cross-sectional design. The results showed that the dominant quality of life in the medium category was 41 respondents (53.9%). The quality of life variable is related to knowledge (p-value = 0.002), family support (p-value = 0.001), motivation (p-value = 0.005), and BMI (p-value = 0.001). In conclusion, the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi is related to knowledge, family support, motivation, and Body Mass Index (BMI). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' knowledge and the application of transcultural nursing in the Inpatient Room of Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City. This research method is an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The results showed that of the 13 respondents who had good knowledge, 12 respondents (92.3%) had good transcultural, and of the 30 respondents who had poor knowledge, 22 respondents (73.3%) had poor transcultural. In conclusion, transcultural nursing is related to nurses' knowledge of therapeutic communication at the H.Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City. Keywords: Knowledge, Nurse, Transcultural Nursing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and burnout syndrome in nurses serving COVID-19 patients. This research method uses a quantitative methodology with an analytic design. This study found that most respondents with good social support were 30 (76.9%), and mild burnout syndrome 29 (74.4%). The results of statistical analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000. Abstract

This study aims to describe the sleep quality characteristics of ESRD patients undergoing Hemodialysis at dr. Bratanata Jambi. This research method is observational research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that based on the characteristics of ESRD undergoing Hemodialysis, the majority were female (61.10%), the mother's education level was low (58.35%), the average duration of Hemodialysis was 3.72 ± 1.17, the average age average 53.33 ± 4.35. In conclusion, the characteristics that affect the sleep quality of ESRD patients undergoing Hemodialysis are gender, low level of education, age 45-59 Keywords: Hemodialysis, Sleep Quality, Duration of HD, Education, Age
