Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty through postpaid customer satisfaction of PT Telkomsel Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive method and the quantitative method. The descriptive method is used to find out how consumers respond to the service quality of PT Telkomsel in applying the CRM method to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. While quantitative methods are used to examine certain populations or samples, collect data, and use research instruments. The research data were processed and analyzed using the path analysis method (path analysis). The results of the path I analysis test show a coefficient correlation (R2) of 0.990 and the results of the second path analysis test show a coefficient correlation (R2) of 0.993 which indicates that the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is very strong because it has a positive R-value and is close to one. The indirect effect of the CRM variable on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction using the Sobel test. The results of this test show the value of the t count > t table, which is 2.870 > 2.776. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of CRM on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resources as an important asset of a company must be managed so that employees are optimal in achieving their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, emotional intelligence on employee performance mediated by job stress at PT. NIC Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 315 employees. The research sample is 100 employees, a working period of more than 2 years, the level of Operator-Supervisor position. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. NIC. (2) there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. NIC (3) there is a significant negative effect between work stress on employee performance at PT. NIC. (4) there is a negative influence of leadership on employee work stress at PT. NIC. (5) there is an effect of emotional intelligence on the work stress of employees of PT. NIC.(6) there is an indirect effect of leadership on employee performance through the work stress of employees of PT. NIC. (7) there is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress of employees of PT. NIC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar. The number of samples in this study was 43 people, the type of research used was quantitative research with survey research. The results of this study show that organizational culture and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, then employee motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, organizational culture variables do not have a positive effect on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, the compensation variable has no positive effect on employee performance at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with overall motivation. as the intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City, and the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at Jala Ammari Hospital Makassar City

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Takalar District Court. The method of determining the sample in this study used a saturated sample where the respondents were 44 people and used the technique of non-probability sampling which does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element. Data analysis techniques using Smart Software PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study obtained that transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance through job satisfaction and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
