Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to answer the formulation of the problem is to find out the side of the credit segment affected by P2P lending. The next goal is to identify and evaluate factors included in the internal and external environment in determining credit business development strategies at PT. Bank Sulselbar and determine the use of effective methods be developed at PT. Bank Sulselbar. This research is a type of qualitative research on strategic design. This research is designed to direct managerial strategy decisions at PT Bank Sulselbar based on scientific analysis and argumentation. Based on the results of QSPM matrix analysis, the right strategy that can be carried out for PT Bank Sulselbar is to conduct market development, followed by product development. The results of the study on the formulation of corporate strategies that have been presented in this research, it is expected to help encourage a more in-depth study of the field of strategy management, especially in the field of corporate strategy formulation.

Abstract

Container Terminal is the entrance and exit of goods through a port. The purpose of this research is to identify the internal and external environmental factors that determine the development strategy and effective business strategy for the development of makassar new port container terminal. This research is a type of exploratory research by identifying and developing Porter's 5-strength strategy. This research is designed to direct managerial strategy decisions in the development of container competitiveness in Makassar New Port PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) based on scientific analysis and argumentation. Managerial strategy decisions in this study are within the scope of strategy at the corporate level. The results showed that container development through internal environmental analysis is service oriented to cost efficiency and effectiveness, availability of modern facilities and equipment, and implementing international standard service systems. Container development through external environmental analysis includes Exclusive Port Rights to be utilized in container development, support from local governments for the management of Makassar New Port, and the opening of international-scale logistics delivery lines. Furthermore, an effective strategy for the development of container competitiveness by relying on strategic locations to support container activities and services will facilitate companies in increasing container flow because it is supported by various government regulations and regulations, adding equipment. Container Crane Twin Lift to increase productivity, improve the accuracy of container activities, and capital competence and professionalism of human resources owned by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA) on the capital adequacy ratio (CAR); To analyze the effect of Net interest margin (NIM) on the capital adequacy ratio (CAR); To analyze the effect of operating costs versus income (BoPo) on the capital adequacy ratio (CAR); and to analyze the influence of the most dominant ROA, NIM, or BoPo on the capital adequacy ratio (CAR). In this study, the authors conducted an analysis to see the effect of the profitability ratios (RoA, NIM, and BoPo) on the capital ratio of BPD banks in Indonesia during the Covid19 pandemic crisis (2019-2020). The data in the form of financial ratios is processed using the IBM SPSS program with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the ROA variable had no significant positive effect on the CAR variable. This means that the high and low ROA does not always affect the CAR, the NIM variable does not have a significant positive effect on the CAR variable. This means that the high and low NIM does not always affect the CAR, the BOPO variable has a significant negative effect on the CAR variable. This means that the higher the BOPO, the lower the CAR, and vice versa, the lower the BOPO will increase the CAR. The BOPO shows the dominant influence on the CAR variable.

Abstract

Business feasibility studies are needed by investors as initiators to remember in running a business or business conditions which is faced is full of uncertainty because of that the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the feasibility of investing in the D'colours business in Palopo while the methodology used is descriptive research method while the analysis used is the Average Rate of Return (ARR) analysis technique, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), The results show the investment plan that will be carried out in the singing house business, family karaoke and café. Business investment assessment uses 5 (five) ) method with the result that the Average Rate of Return (ARR) of 12% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 28.971 %. Payback Period (PP) for 2 years 5 months, Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp.245,518,411 with a discount factor rate of 12%, and Profitability index (PI) of 1,446 times.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the 5C principle on the credit quality of two-wheeled vehicle consumers at PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Makassar Branch 3. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 138 consumers. Test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire conducted before distributing it to the intended respondents. Based on the results of the study, the character variable has a negative effect on credit quality, the capacity variable has a negative effect on credit quality, the capital variable has a positive effect on credit quality, the guarantee variable has a negative effect on credit quality, the economic condition variable has a negative effect on credit quality for two-wheeled vehicle consumers in Indonesia. PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Makassar Branch 3.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism product, service quality, and health protocol on tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, this research was done in three gilis west Nusa Tenggara which are gili trawangan, gili air, and gili meno and there were 388 respondents have been set in this research. the analysis technique used was structural equation modeling (SEM). the result of this research showed that tourism product has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention, service quality has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention, on the other health protocol has positive but no significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention. tourists’ satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ visits.

Abstract

One of the major industries that have undergone a major transformation in the media industry. The influence of technology makes this industry more dynamic. Empirical facts from the impact of digitizing the media industry have been felt by several media that previously dominated the media market This research will analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper as one of the media that is able to survive and exist to this day, both in terms of business and in terms of content or rubric. To analyze the success of the strategy carried out by the Palopo Pos newspaper, it is based on structure, performance, and conduct with other economic theories. The number of readers, company efficiency to the number of advertisers are indicators used to measure and analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper.

Abstract

Earning per share (EPS) shows the profit that is entitled to each shareholder of one share of common stock. The debt to equity ratio shows the company's ability to pay debts with its equity. The higher return on equity (ROE) shows the company's performance is getting better and has an impact on the company's stock price. ROE is not a true measure of shareholder return because it does not take into account dividends and capital gains for shareholders. Return is the result obtained from the investment or the level of profit enjoyed by the investor on an investment he does. An investor who invests funds in securities cannot only look at the trend of stock prices. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is the percentage of profits distributed in the form of cash dividends. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Return with Dividend Policy as an Intervening Variable. The population of this study is the transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The samples taken were 34 samples. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 21 which is supported by the classical assumption test. This research used is the Sobel test. The results show earnings per share (EPS) have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, return on equity (ROE) and debt to equity ratio (DER) have a significant negative effect on dividend policy, dividend policy (DPR) have a significant negative effect on stock returns, earnings per share (EPS) have an insignificant negative effect on stock returns, return on equity (ROE) and debt to equity ratio (DER) has an insignificant positive effect on stock returns, the dividend payout ratio (DPR) cannot mediate the effect of earnings per share (EPS) on stock returns, the dividend payout ratio (DPR) mediate the effect of return on equity and debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock returns.

Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) To find out and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance. (3) To find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. (4) To find out and analyze career development, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance. (5) To find out and analyze the most dominant variable that affects employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Data collection was carried out at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Research population of all employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar as many as 1.545 employees. Sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 94 respondents. Research results show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance. (4) Simultaneously or together the variable of career development, motivation, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (5) Career development variable is the dominant factor influencing employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the relationship between human resource competence and workload has on employee performance through organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, namely all employees of the Parepare City Population Control and Family Planning Service, totaling 94 people consisting of various positions and jobs within the agency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data is processed using SmartPLS 3. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that HR competence and workload had a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. The organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance and HR competence and workload has no effect on employee performance through an organizational commitment within the employee scope of the Parepare City Population and Family Planning Agency
