Abstract

Human resource management plays a crucial role in a company's success by ensuring productive employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership style, employee competence, and job satisfaction on the performance of the Sales Division employees at a government bank. A quantitative method with a causal research design was used in this study. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 163 respondents and analyzed using reliability analysis, validity analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that transactional leadership style, employee competence, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The managerial implications of this research highlight the need for companies to improve employee performance through the development of transactional leadership styles, enhancing competencies, and increasing job satisfaction. Further research is suggested to consider adding new variables that may affect employee performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in technology, information and communication is driving innovation in how people interact. Dinotis is a start-up company in the telecommunications and entertainment industry to connect creators and audiences. Dinotis relies heavily on the satisfaction of both creators and audiences to continue contributing and subscribing to their platform. This can be known by understanding the variables of expectations and perceived value of its consumers. So this research aims to find out how customer expectation and perceived value affect customer satisfaction in Dinotis application users. The quantitative research method used is descriptive causal involving 100 respondents who use the Dinotis application. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling type which is processed using the SPSS 26 application. Based on the results of simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing, customer expectation has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, simultaneously there is a significant effect of customer expectation and perceived value on customer satisfaction with the Dinotis application.

Abstract

Abstract.  Currently, the development of internet technology in Indonesia is growing rapidly, supported by the increasing number of internet users. Social media has consistently been the second most trusted source of information for the past three years. Instagram is superior to other social media because it is able to present interesting visual-based content, making it very suitable for use as a means of promoting a tangible product. The increase and decrease in sales is because consumers want companies to present more educational information and produce uniqueness with their own characteristics, so that marketing content, if more implemented, will increase in purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to determine the effect of content creation on purchasing decisions through advertising as a mediating variable in the Kang Aviv Institute e-course. This research method uses quantitative methods with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis techniques using Smart PLS 4 software. The sampling method used is simple random sampling with 355 respondents. Based on the research results, the Content Creation variable has a significant positive effect on advertising with a t-statistic value of 34,299 and p-values of 0.000. the Advertising variable has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with a t-statistic of 12,899 and p-values of 0.000. the Content Creation variable has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a t-statistic of 0.210 and p-values of 0.834.   Abstrak. Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi internet di Indonesia semakin pesat, hal tersebut didukung oleh peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet yang semakin meningkat. Media sosial secara konsisten menjadi sumber informasi terpercaya kedua selama tiga tahun terakhir. Instagram lebih unggul dari media sosial lain karena mampu menyajikan konten berbasis visual yang menarik, sehingga sangat cocok untuk digunakan sebagai sarana promosi terhadap suatu produk yang berwujud. Kenaikan dan penurunan penjualan karena konsumen ingin perusahaan menyajikan lebih banyak informasi yang edukatif dan menghasilkan keunikan dengan ciri khasnya sendiri, sehingga konten pemasaran jika semakin diterapkan maka akan semakin meningkat dalam keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembuatan konten terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui iklan sebagai variabel mediasi pada e-course Kang Aviv Institute. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software Smart PLS 4. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan 355 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel Pembuatan Konten berpengaruh positif signifikan tehadap iklan dengan nilai t-statistik 34.299 dan p-values 0.000. variabel Iklan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan t-statistik 12.899 dan p-values 0.000. variabel Pembuatan Konten tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan t-statistik 0.210 dan p-vaues 0.834.

Abstract

In 2019 - 2021, the plan for local tax revenues and regional levies at the Nias Regency Government is not in accordance with the realization of revenues. The contribution of local tax revenues and regional levies is still low when compared to other items of legitimate local original revenue. This study aims to describe the contribution of local taxes in increasing the local revenue of the Nias Regency Government from 2019–2021 and describe the contribution of regional levies in increasing the original revenue of the Nias Regency Government from 2019–2021. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method that uses secondary data and literature with data sources coming from the Nias Regency Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency. In this study, the time period used was 2019-2021 with data analysis using overlay analysis techniques. The results showed that the contribution value was carried out with a matrix of regional tax revenue and regional levies based on analysis of financial statement data from 2019-2021. Within a period of 3 (three) years from 2019 - 2021, the value of regional tax contributions and regional levies including criteria is very lacking in contributing to local original revenue. Abstract

This research aims to determine community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office. This research uses qualitative research with the research sources being the people of Gomo District and employees of the Gomo District Head's office. Qualitative research uses observation, documentation and interviews. Researchers can contribute to designing good research by integrating qualitative methods effectively. The research results show qualitatively that community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office based on indicators of community satisfaction and employee performance can be classified as Satisfactory. This is based on the results of research conducted on community informants receiving services at the Gomo District office who assessed the ability of employees to carry out their duties because employees were unable to understand their duties and provide good service to the community. Abstract

Abstract . This study delves into the longstanding debate surrounding the impact of population growth and inflation on economic growth, particularly focusing on East Asia. Past studies on the impact of population growth and inflation on economic growth have yielded contradictory results, with some indicating positive effects, others suggesting negative effects, and some find no significant impact at all. This study aims to find whether population growth and inflation affects the economic growth of East Asia using panel data regression. The data are taken from sample of East Asian countries from 2001-2022 annually. The findings reveal that when population growth and inflation are considered together, they have a significant effect on the economic growth of East Asia. Specifically, it was found that population growth has a significant positive relationship on the economic growth of East Asia. Conversely, inflation does not have a significant effect on the economic growth of East Asia.   Abstrak. Studi ini menyelidiki perdebatan lama seputar dampak pertumbuhan penduduk dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya dengan fokus di Asia Timur. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai dampak pertumbuhan penduduk dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi memberikan hasil yang kontradiktif, ada yang menunjukkan dampak positif, ada pula yang menunjukkan dampak negatif, dan ada pula yang tidak menunjukkan dampak signifikan sama sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan penduduk dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Asia Timur dengan menggunakan regresi data panel. Data diambil dari sampel negara-negara Asia Timur dari tahun 2001-2022 setiap tahunnya. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa jika pertumbuhan penduduk dan inflasi digabungkan, keduanya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Asia Timur. Secara khusus ditemukan bahwa pertumbuhan penduduk memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Asia Timur. Sebaliknya inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Asia Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance using student data from the Department of Industry and Trade, Tabanan Regency, Bali, Export Import Control and Distribution Section. This research applies quantitative descriptive methods. To determine the sample size, a saturated sample approach is used, that is, taking the entire population. The approach adopted is Structural Equation Model (SEM), analyzed using Smart-PLS. The research results show that work motivation is the most important antecedent of employee performance, followed by work discipline and work environment. Work Motivation acts as a mediating variable between work discipline and work environment and employee performance. This research has several implications for companies in improving employee performance. Companies need to improve strong work discipline, create a good work environment for employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the influence of Brand Image, Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on Purchasing Decisions on Luxcrime Cosmetic products at Shopee. This study used a quantitative approach and the data of this study used sources from questionnaires. The sampling technique uses purpose sampling technique. The researchers of this study used 273 samples using the Issac and Michael method with an error rate of 10%. The criteria for respondents in this study, users of Luxcrime cosmetic products or consumers at Shopee who have the age of 17 years and over, have purchased Luxcrime cosmetic products at least 1 (time). This study uses the Statistical Analysis of the Program for Social Science with SPSS software The results of this study, namely Brand Image, Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a positive influence on the Purchase Decision of Luxcrime Cosmetic Products at Shopee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan serta kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Sawerigading Palopo sebanyak 709 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sebanayk 256 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data, alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of big five personalities, job satisfaction on the work performance of Class I Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority (KSOP) employees of Kota Baru-Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The data collection technique used is using questionnaires. For the population used, it is 81 employees. The data analysis method used in this study used SmartLPS software. SmartPLS is a component- or variance-based structural equation (SEM) model that is not based on many assumptions. The results showed that the big five personalities have a positive and significant influence on job performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance.
