Abstract

This study examines the impact of transformational leadership, teacher compensation, and school organizational climate on kindergarten teacher performance in Temanggung Regency. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 146 teachers across three districts and analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership contributes 21.0%, teacher compensation 35.3%, and school organizational climate 37.2% to teacher performance. Together, these factors explain 55.4% of the variance in performance. The findings suggest that improving principal leadership quality, increasing teacher compensation, and enhancing the school climate are crucial to boosting teacher performance. It is recommended that the local education office focus on strengthening these areas to improve teacher performance in Temanggung Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the principal's role, work motivation, and work culture on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in the Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study consists of 105 junior high school teachers from five schools in the Kandangan District, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of the principal's role, work motivation, work culture, and teacher performance. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the principal's role, work motivation, and work culture significantly affect teacher performance, with a total contribution of 73.5%. An effective principal's role, high motivation, and a positive work culture are necessary to improve teacher performance. Abstract

This study examines the role of school principals as managers and supervisors in improving academic quality at SMK Negeri 1 Sale, Rembang Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings highlight the principal’s role in designing academic programs, managing resources, and fostering a conducive learning environment. As a supervisor, the principal provides guidance and evaluation to enhance teachers’ pedagogical competence. Effective academic supervision leads to improved teacher performance and student achievement. The success of this process relies on communication and support from all school stakeholders. The study concludes that strengthening the principal's leadership and supervisory skills should be prioritized in educational policies. Keywords: Principal; Manager; Supervisor; Academic quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi terkait pedagogi Luqman Hakim (QS. Luqman 12-19) dalam Pembentukan Karakter Siswa di SD Negeri Pacarpeluk. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Luqman Hakim yang diangkat meliputi Aqidah, syari’ah, dan akhlak yang bersumber dari nasehat Luqman Hakim dalam Al-Qur’an Surat Luqman ayat 12-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi lapangan melalui pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara pada proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan di SD Negeri Pacarpeluk. Implementasi nilai-nilai QS. Luqman Ayat 12-19 dalam Pembentukan Karakter Siswa di SD Negeri Pacarpeluk dilakukan dengan memberikan nasehat dan tauladan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ini mendukung dalam pembentukan karakter religius, disiplin, dan sikap sopan santun pada siswa, sekaligus relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan Islam di era modern. Kontribusi positif pendidikan Luqman Hakim diwujudkan melalui proses pembelajaran dengan pemberian pemahaman terkait niali-nilai QS. Luqman ayat 12-19 yang kemudian dijadikan suatu pembiasan dalam kegiatan di sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan integrasi antara pendidik dan orangtua dalam pembentukan karakter siswa.

Abstract

This article aims to reconstruct the concept of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) based on spiritual ethics through a critical study of al-Ghazali’s educational thought. The background of this research lies in the concern over the moral crisis and the loss of spiritual orientation in modern education, which tends to emphasize cognitive aspects alone. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using library research methods by examining al-Ghazali’s primary works such as Iḥyāʾ ʿUlūm al-Dīn, al-Munqidz min al-Ḍalāl, and Miʿyār al-ʿIlm. Data were analyzed critically using content analysis and philosophical interpretation to explore educational values from a Sufi perspective. The hypothesis proposed is that Islamic education becomes more meaningful and effective when rooted in spiritual ethics. The findings indicate that al-Ghazali’s concept of spiritual ethics is not only normative but also practical, providing an integrative foundation that connects intellectual, moral, and transcendental dimensions. This reconstruction offers a more holistic, transformative, and contextually relevant paradigm for Islamic education today.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan akhlak individu, terutama bagi generasi milenial yang hidup dalam perkembangan teknologi dan arus informasi yang cepat. Salah satu sosok yang dapat dijadikan teladan dalam pendidikan karakter adalah Abu Bakar Ash-Shidiq, sahabat Rasulullah, yang dikenal dengan akhlak mulia seperti kejujuran, kesabaran, dan pengorbanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter Abu Bakar Ash-Shidiq terhadap pembentukan akhlak generasi milenial, dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel dan literature lain yang membahas kehidupan dan akhlak Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, serta kaitannya dengan pembentukan karakter generasi milenial saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter Abu Bakar Ash-Shidiq, seperti shiddiq (kejujuran), amanah, zuhud dan kesederhanaan, tanggung jawab sosial, toleransi dan kelembutan, memiliki nilai yang sangat relevan untuk diterapkan pada pembentukan akhlak generasi milenial. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter berbasis teladan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menghadapi permasalahan akhlak yang sering dijumpai pada generasi milenial.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MI Hubbul Wathon Pandaan menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran konvensional, seperti ceramah, serta keterbatasan media yang masih berfokus pada buku teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran interaktif Octopus Trap Game terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel terdiri dari 21 siswa kelas V, dengan data diperoleh melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (α = 0,720 untuk media dan α = 0,901 untuk motivasi belajar). Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, linieritas, heteroskedastisitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Octopus Trap Game berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (p = 0,000) dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,514. Artinya, 51,4% variasi dalam motivasi belajar siswa dijelaskan oleh media tersebut. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis permainan edukatif dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, khususnya pada pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana optimalisasi fasilitas belajar dan perilaku belajar memengaruhi hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPAS) siswa kelas V di SDIT Harapan Umat Brebes. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya capaian hasil belajar yang belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualitas fasilitas belajar dan perilaku belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPAS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran dan pembentukan perilaku belajar yang disiplin serta mandiri merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode hafalan Al-Qur’an yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Sulaimaniyah Dr. Fauzan Jepara, yang mengadopsi pendekatan khas Turki Utsmani. Latar belakang kajian ini adalah kebutuhan akan sistem tahfizh yang efektif, terstruktur, serta mampu menanamkan karakter dan kedisiplinan spiritual pada santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi pembimbing tahfizh, santri aktif, serta pengelola pondok. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi hafalan spiral ala Turki Utsmani mampu mempercepat capaian hafalan serta memperkuat retensi jangka panjang. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga membentuk habitus belajar yang disiplin, teratur, dan bernuansa spiritual. Strategi ini membuktikan bahwa proses hafalan Al-Qur’an dapat dikemas dalam sistem yang modern dan terukur tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai tradisionalnya.

Abstract

The issue of radicalism and intolerance in educational institutions has become a phenomenon that is widely seen, not least on Public Higher Education (PTU) campuses. It has become a hot theme and a particular concern for all groups, such as academics, religious scholars, the general public and even the central government. as well as regional. The aim of this research is to find out the extent of the role of the Student Santri Teachers (PASMA) in instilling the value of moderation in students. The method in this research uses qualitative research, which is a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from the people and actors observed. The result of this research is that the Student Santri Community Service (PASMA) activity aims to provide students with religious provisions. PASMA activities are carried out through group methods and moving classes where each Pamong provides material in different classes with the same material. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will have a deep and moderate understanding of religion.
