Abstract

Talking about the educator, Islam is complete in describing an ideal educator figure, but still real and synchronized in every space and time. Prophet Muhammad Sholloulohu 'alaihi wa sallam is the figure of the ideal educator in any educational activities, both the material being presented, the method applied, or programmed curriculum. So that the learners who were born into a generation that was capable both in terms of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and conative, so as to change the paradigm of civilization and distorted and underdeveloped. The idealism of the Prophet Muhammad as an educator this is the next level can be used as a reference for anyone who wants to become a full figure of educators who idealita but still reality, although of course absolutely not be able to equal it. In fact, this does not only apply to Muslims in particular, but also for other peoples. Because his message addressed to all mankind. Obviously, to be able to realize these ideals, can be reached by referring to al-Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet Sholloulohu 'alaihi wa sallam, especially those associated with edukasinya life, because as the main source of Islam are authoritative and argumentative, certainly both discuss human philosophy as educators of the various aspects. Kata Kunci: Filosofi Manusia, Pendidik

Abstract

The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: (1) the effect of leadership effectiveness toward task commitment; (2) the effect of emotional intelligence toward task commitment; (3) the effect of self-efficacy toward task commitment; (4) the effect of leadership effectiveness toward self-efficacy; and (5) the effect of emotional intelligence toward self-efficacy.  The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis ini testing hypothesis. Ini this research, principals of  teachers on Senior High School PKP Jakarta Islamic School has been choosen as a unit analysis and 84 samples of principals were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of leadership effectiveness toward task commitment; (2) there is a direct positive effect of emotional intelligence toward task commitment; (3) there is a direct positive effect of self-efficacy toward task commitment; (4) there is a direct positive effect of leadership effectiveness toward self-efficacy; and (5) there is a direct positive effect of emotional intelligence toward self-efficacy.      Kata kunci:  efektivitas kepemimpinan, kecerdasan emosional, efikasi-diri, dan komitmen tugas

Abstract

The aim of this study is to conduct comprehensive disclosure of the Quality Assurance at Madrasah Aliyah Pusat Menes Banten. This research  is done through a case study on the model of qualitative research.Data were obtainned from observations of researchers through interviews, observation, study of documens and records.The data analysis and and interpretation indicates that; (1) Planning in quality assurance in Madrasah Aliyah based education research, analysis of the facts, the ability of resources, funding sources, define quality standards, determine alternative actions and decision making can be ensured so that the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah has good quality,(2) Madrasah Aliyah preparation of the work program, arranged on the direction Khithah as a strategic guideline basic philosophy of the movement guide the organization, so as to ensure the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah, (3) organization working madrasah with apply modern concept, organizational structure, division of task has been set up arranged on work responsibilities, authority and work load, (4) supervision of work through the process control and evaluation when there are errors or deviation will be improved, (5) value basis for the preparation of quality assurance in the from khithah greatly affect the performance of teachers. Keywords : penjamin mutu, perencanaan, organisasi, supervisi, core value

Abstract

Family as the smallest social unit in society is first and foremost a cultural environment in order to embed norms and develop habits and considered important for personal life, family and society. Key to the success of education in the family is actually located on spiritual education with a person's religious sense. Some things that play an important role in shaping a person's outlook on life include the supervision faith, morals, creativity they have. Medium is the Family Education is education that must be implemented in the family by parents to themselves, other family members and to his children. Family education can be interpreted as the actions and measures taken by the parent as the primary educator in the form of assistance, guidance, counseling and teaching to themselves, other family members and to their children, according to their potential each, with the effect either through interaction between them. So that members of the family and of the child can someday live independently in charge and it can be justified in the public sphere in accordance with the values of the prevailing culture, and religion. Therefore to find out more details of how the views of the Koran concerning family education, the author tries to do a more in-depth study of the Qur'anic perspectives on family education. Abstract

The main goal of household to shape  family which sakinah, mawadah and rahmah, glad and peaceful. Husband and wife must cooperate to get this goal. Husband and Wife must give way all of conflict at their household. The problem of this research are (1) How divorce process as Sharia and rule of law? (2) How Parent Divorce Effect for Junior High School Children Performance at SLTP Nanggung district?. The goal of this research to know (1) way of divorce as sharia and rule of law? (2) impact of parent divorce for children performance at SLTP Nanggung district. (3) strategy to build children at junior high school stage sacriface parent divorce in Nanggung district. This researh is desciptive qualitative use data collection technique, interview, observation, documentation and triangulation and data analysis technic interactive model. There are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Source of data from primary and secondary data. The impact of parent divorce are very complex. There are jerk of soul, lower of spirit to achieve ideal, lower of spirit to study and criminal action as children battle, use of narkoba, free sex, etc. Strategy to build children from impact of parent divorce by comprehensive religion education, formal or non formal.         Kata kunci: Perceraian Orang tua, Prestasi Belajar, Anak Usia SLTP.

Abstract

Globalization era is problem for everybody in the world. The impact of globalization are no limit among nations, so open and transparant. It cause positive and negative impact. Indonesia as member of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at December, 31, 2015. AEC can give competition at ASEAN. AEC can give benefit for member of ASEAN. This situation give threath and opportunity for education institution in Indonesia. At AEC era, all of information cause big impact. Information technology change thinking, life style and social culture. West culture change thinking, culture and character of Indonesian people. Education as effective media build quality of human resource. Education is very important for build human resource and develop nation character. Globalization in education build up sources of learning and social media as internet and electronic media. They are as source of knowledge and center of education. The impact of social media in learning system, teacher is not just source of knowledge. Student can get knowledge from information technology. Negative impact from globalization are battle of student, free sex and crime. It is very important for optimalization of education to look for solution from this problem. Eduacation institution must be as last stronghold to fight negative impact from communication and information technology.Keyword: Globalisasi, Peluang, Tantangan, Pendidikan.

Abstract

Islamic education is a typical pattern of education and noble. Educators, methods, materials, media, environment, means, objectives and other elements of clear and accurate to be used as a model by anyone and anywhere. Islamic education appear grandeur of its purpose which is to make a good man. Good quality human being is determined by his outlook on life. When the pastures of his life in the form of religion, then it is a good man a good man according to his religion. In the Qur'an al-Karim, the position of the child mentioned in a different context and meaning. At least, four ranked at the same position in the child's quality of family life. First, qurrota a'yun the consolation careful eye conditioning (Al-Furqaan [25]: 74). Secondly, ziinatul hayatiddunya namely jewelery earthly life (Al-Kahf [18]: 46). Third, aduwwal lakum the enemy to thee (At-Taghaabun [64]: 14). Fourth, the slander trial or test (al-Anfal [8]: 28, and At-Taghaabun [64]: 15). For the first context suggests that blends hope and effort to get a goodly child, consolation heart, eye conditioning and later became the leader of the people. While the context of the second, third and fourth is a statement and a warning that firm and hard that some children will be jewelry, enemies and defamation, so that parents or teachers should do the strategy right in their child's education. Kata kunci: anak bangsa, pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Inclusive education is an education which entered students with a special necessary to interact with another normal students. Inclusive education is about similarity of students human right. Inclusive education is a process to omit the backstop in order that the inclusive students can learn and work cooperatively with another normal students in their school. The terminology of inclusi or inclusive students, start put to the front since 1990, when the world conference about education for all, then continued with salamanca’s statement about inclusive education in 1994. The concept of inclusive education was for to give a solution, because of there was a diskriminatif action at education service, especially to children special needed. Islam also teaches that all people are entitled to education and teaching regardlessbof rank, class, disability someone or something else. Abstract

Reality diverse social life is a picture of the complexity of the problems facing religious social life and is traversed by humans. Humans are basically always wanted peace, happiness, tranquility and kesejahtera's. To achieve these objectives is not uncommon among them are successful and some that failed. The success achieved by man are not always able to carry and deliver a human on the nature of true happiness. That's because the new man can master limited tool life pursued and achieved limited keduniawiyan sheer, while behind the use of the tool life has been achieved through a lengthy process that can not touch the substance of real life.Social institutions per se is not something that is empirically, because there are elements that do not all have the physical embodiment. The elements of social institutions is not really human individuals, but the positions are occupied by those individuals and their rules of behavior, because humans in groups or social entities only as the executor function of the elements alone. Abstract

The situation worsened due to the Indonesian nation rampant cases of corruption committed by its leaders from central to local levels. Officials who belonged to well-educated should understand the meaning of leadership. Unfortunately they consider being a leader is an opportunity for personal gain. This happens because they do not have or have less education material about leadership. Generally school had been too focused on the students' cognitive self not accompanied by an increase in affective and psychomotor. Though both of these aspects is a great asset for a leader.This study aimed to find the exact model of educational leadership as a solution to the above problems. M. Natsir as a leader of the nation has given us an example of how to be leaders in a community. Therefore, his thoughts on leadership education can serve as a model for implementation in educational environments such as homes, schools and communities. The approach used in this study is library research. The research process begins with a search-related book titles, specify the primary sources written directly by M. Natsir and secondary sources of other people's work on M. Natsir. From those sourceswe found M. Natsir’s thoughtaboutleadership education. Then the analysis is done and conclusions are drawn. The study also called qualitative research, therefore qualitative methods applied to use descriptive writing techniques. This research concludes that, M. Natsir’s thought About Leadership Education is important for the implementation of leadership education for the younger generation. Models are offered by M. Natsir include; regeneration, assignment and example. All three models can be applied in three education centers; homes, schools and communities. With the implementation of the three models, the younger generation who will be the leaders of tomorrow can absorb leadership knowledge so they can grow as a genuine leader in the community. Keywords: Kepemimpinan, M.
