Abstract

Learning is a process that contains a set of actions of teachers and students on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in the situation of education in order to achieve certain goals. The interrelationship between the teacher and the students are the main requirements the process of learning. Interactions in learning not only the relationship between teachers and students, but in the form of educational interaction Basic skills that a teacher should possess the ability to plan and implement the learning process. The process of learning is the provision of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators. Success in educating teachers is one of the determinants of a student for the better, many of the tasks and responsibilities carried jawabyang teachers in an educational process. A process that can be felt by students in learning activities is the duty of teachers to teach. Teaching and learning can be done by using various methods. Therefore, when learning mengajardilakukan will make the students sick and tired.

Abstract

Curriculum is an important component in education, from elementary school, high school and university. Function of curriculum for another goal, for examples: goal of nation, goal of school and goal of social resource development. In Indonesia, there is transformation of curriculum, whereas transformation of curriculum must be in ten years as role. Currently, in the fact, transformation of curriculum before ten years like in Orde Baru Government. Transformation of KTSP curriculum to 2013 curriculum at Bambang Sudibyo Minister and Muhammad Nuh as Education Minister. Realization of 2013 curriculum in school is rush. There are many government weakness for prepare teacher guide book and student guide book, so realization of curriculum has not maximum. Therefore, the school must work hard to realize 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Al-Ghazali view for Islamic Education Development is very important at present day. Imam Al-Ghazali is intellect people and his name is familiar at Moslems. He is expert in philosophy and tasawuf. Imam Al-Ghazali to look at education as media to approach to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and to get happiness in the world and in the future. As we know from his goal educations that Insan Purna where the goal to approach Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and to get happiness in the world and in the future.As Al-Ghazali ideas for example, there are no separation between religion knowledge and general knowledge. There are three points of Al-Ghazali ideas about education at Ihya book: explanation about knowledge is better than dumbness, codification in knowledge and ethic for teacher and student. As Al-Ghazali idea, if people just study about general knowledge without religion knowledge is no benefit anything in the future.Al-Ghazali use Mujahadah method and Riyadhah method, discipline method, naqli and aqli method, guidance and advice method in teaching method. In teaching media, he agrees with reward and punishment, and must be good personality. Success and failure at education process generally depend on output. Success education if output from education is responsible people to people and to God, and give benefit to himself.

Abstract

This paper will focus on the foundation equation receipt decent education to children who have special needs as well as develop and build self-esteem children with special needs when it comes to the school and met with a wide - range of students. The issue of gender equality in education, which in the past two decades become a central issue, one of which is triggered by the fact of gender discrimination in the education world. Gender issues even just one part of the broader social issues that must be addressed, more - in the context of Islam. In Islam it turns out there is an authoritative source of fundamental values that drive universal equality, not only in the context of gender differences, but also in other social issues. Therefore, Islam strictly prohibits discriminatory attitudes. In contrast Islam encourages equality in various levels. That is one meaning of Islam as a religion rahmatanlil'alamin. Background inclusive education is based on four grounds, namely; philosophical foundation, juridical, pedagogical, and empirical. First philosophical foundation. Philosophical foundation implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia is Pancasila are the five pillars simultaneously ideals - ideals are founded on the basic foundation of what is called national unity or diversity. Thus Inclusive education: education that include learners with special needs to get together with other normal students is appropriate in meeting the needs of today's educational needs. Inclusive education is about the same rights to which every child. Inclusive education is a process to remove the barrier that separates learners with special needs of the learners normal so that they can learn and work together effectively in a school. In addition, the government is expected to implement kebijaka implementation and management of a program of inclusion with friendly service and quality to result in better quality for students with a special participant in the study. Implementation of inclusion policies relating dengaan good that the management of inclusion can work well. Obstacles encountered in the implementation of policies and management penyelnggaraan inclusion operationally related standards. To that end, the government should formulate a policy SD. Inclusion in accordance with the needs of the community. Step - steps to address implementation bottlenecks inclusion policy administration and management to increase and improve learning facilities and infrastructure, providing special anggran maximum inclusion, increase the quality and quantity of teachers in accordance with department inclusions. To be recommended in order to implement the policy administration and management should be the maximum.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to disclosure comprehensive the leadership of Kiai (Islamic leader) in leading the implementation of Islamic boarding school. It was qualitative research by using case study in tahfidz Daarul Qur’an boarding school, Tangerang, Banten Indonesia in 2013.The data were collected through partisipant observation using interview, observation, document study and recordings. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the styles of Kiai’s leadership to fulfill the types of leadership, they are charismatic, democratic and situational, (2) the influences of Kiai’s leadership shown by a formal strength as the founder of boarding school, have a high, popular and charismatic scientific religion, (3) the functions of Kiai’s leadership includes the function of briefing, exemplary, decision maker, problem solving and guiding, (4) the impacts of Kiai’s leadership gives the positive impacts with the numbers of Hafidz Quran (Koran Memorizer) and the adequate facilities and infrastructures. The negative impacts are with the mode of fraud business.The result of the research gives the recommendation for the Kiai’s leadership in leading the boarding school can be accompanied by the strength team in applying the program of tahfidz in the boarding school and it needs to continue the next research connected to Kiai’s leadership and more portions of activities.

Abstract

Islamic education is education for all human beings. Where he brings goodness and suitability for all of humanity. Not limited to one item of each period. On a particular group of people, or nation of nations. However, it is a global human education for all human. Indeed characteristics of Islamic education stressed that he was the only special education, education that he has a special character that is not possible compared to other education-education that appear to have similarities in some of the characters, just different in each emphasis contents. Specificity and this privilege is clear as mentioned. The meaning of education is characteristic traits, traits that distinguish with any other education. These characteristics are sometimes partly the same as between one another in some educational establishments. However, the characteristics that should be portrayed with a true depiction again be giving the view that education and teaching.

Abstract

Education is a necessity for all human beings, including Muslims in Indonesia. As the world's largest Muslim community, Muslims in Indonesia has made education an integral part in most of their lives. Islamic education as part of the daily needs of Muslims have been held in conjunction with the development of Muslims. Various models of Islamic education have been formulated and implemented, but there are still deficiencies that lead to the main goal of Islamic education is not achieved its full potential. Critics of Islamic education in Indonesia becomes urgent to improve the quality in the future.The approach used in this research is the study of educational policy based on the reality that occurs in the community, especially with regard to Islamic education in Indonesia.The study produced some facts about Islamic education in Indonesia, namely the low quality of educators (HR), management implemented a curriculum that is still sober and not integrated with the needs of the community. In addition, societal changes stimulated by globalization universe.Critics of Islamic education includes matters relating to internal and external factors. Internal factors are the low quality of human resources management and management of the pickup. The external factors are Globalization, Democratization, and Liberalization of Islam. Solutions that can be done to overcome this is to improve the quality of human resources practitioners of Islamic education, including curriculum management system update is based tauhidullah and strengthening Islamic values in the educational process.

Abstract

University is one of national education sub system. University has very important function as Tri Dharma of University. There are education, research and community development like noted at UU no. 20 at 2003 about National education System. Characteristic of University in Indonesia must have: 1) student need, national priority, and economic development, 2) effective and give contribution to social and state, 3) fund support and innovation to get quality, 4) research for national development, 5) access for development and technology, 6) moral power to social democratic. So, university must have institutional credibility. The system must have accountability, efficiency and quality graduation, and standardization internal management.

Abstract

This research needs to be done to determine the extent to which the program is implemented effectively so that the committee can take effective measures to improve, maintain, or improve performance. In addition, this research is necessary because since the implementation of the teacher certification program in the city of Bekasi have so far not been evaluated. The research was conducted through a recording situation occurs in the context of the issues discussed through observation, interviews, and documentation study then the results are grouped into three components, namely (1) antecedent (2) Taransactions, and (3) Outcome. Phase antecedent except in accordance with the evaluation criteria on the availability of the document cabinets, imprecision of time collecting and verifying data format validation implementation. Phase transactions are in accordance with the criteria established except on receipt of Learning Module. Phase Outcomes in accordance with the all evaluation criteria.

Abstract

Islamic Sharia is very attentive to all human needs, whether in relation to his personal benefit and social environment where he lives regardless of race, color, sex, or social status. Things that made the difference between a Muslim by another Muslim who is only one, namely piety. Moral education curriculum in the Prophetic hadith is comprehensive covering all aspects of moral education. The whole hadith about morals included in this study contains guidance on the practice of noble moral values that are needed by every Muslim in his life in this world, related to relationship with Allah  -al-Khāliq- and interaction with fellow beings. The formulation of moral education curriculum in the Prophetic hadiths very comprehensive increasingly punctuated with various moral guidance that should adorn every Muslim personally, which can be divided according to their interactions; (1) character to the parents; (2) character between husband and wife, both moral husband to wife and vice versa; (3) character to relatives; (4) morality to children; (5) characterto servant; (6) character to neighbors; (7) character to fellow Muslims; (8) character to non-Muslims; and (9) character to the animals.The entire hadith morals included in this study include the basics such noble character; guide at the same motivation to give the things that can bring benefits to the others, and prevent things that could bring harm to others; be gentle; put something in place; and fulfill the rights to other parties in accordance with their rights and avoid injustice by taking or impede the rights of others. The entire educational instruments contained in the moral education curriculum illustrates a perfection of moral education process, where it shows the perfection of Islam
