Abstract

Choosing a good educational environment for children is the duty of parents to their children so that children can develop in line with expectations and activities of parents in the faith in God, because essentially every Muslim children are on the path toward God, while doing everything commanded by God, by degrees different. Furthermore, the parents are given the responsibility by God in order to have the ability to educate children to sacrifice life and property owned by the parents who will attempt the parents get multiple rewards from Allah if the parents do so with the intention of carrying out their faith in god. Parents should seek to know and understand the five human concept in Islam, namely the concept of al-Basyar, al-insan al-nas, the sons of Adam, and al-abid, opinions about factors related to the nature and environment of child development that is flow nativism, empiricism, convergent, jabariyah, Qadariyah, Islamic educational goals, and determine the Islamic educational environment for children.

Abstract

Islamic education has memperhati comprehensive human-kan, the Islamic education in terms of human attention-faceted; spiritual terms, in terms of sense (intellectual), and enthusiastic grow well in terms of physical and appropriate, in order to carry out the tasks that have been entrusted to humans. Attention Islam in terms of physical education is a human deliver on physical health in general, and basic knowledge about health, and care of diseases. Physical education is one of the aspects of Islamic education that need attention. Moreover, physical man will be held accountable on the Day of Judgment. Worship is conducted by humans is the right of Allah, which He has created this universe with regular system and beautiful, even Allah created man with the best of shape. Abstract

Islam is the perfect religion that regulates all aspects of human life, including aspects of education. Education is one of the essential needs of man, because through education, people will be able to develop their potentials towards a better life. In the conception of Islam, the main function of educational institution is  as a medium of education realization in order to realize servitude to Allah and to develop any talents or potential people in accordance with their respective trends. In the Islamic view, everything must be done neatly, correctly, orderly and organized. The process must be followed properly. Something should not be done carelessly. In this case, the STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor set the vision and mission as an institution of higher education which is based on the concept and practice of sharia in its management which includes kinds of activities, like planning, supervision, organization, evaluation, and so on. This articel is striving to explain the concept and its implementation of education management sharia-based in accordance with studies at STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. Through this paper is expected to provide knowledge about the concept and model of education management approach to the implementation of sharia in Islamic educational institutions. This study is adescriptive qualitative research methods. The writer restricts the research objects in to the concept and implementation of Islamic-based education management in STAI Al-Hidayah, obtained through a reviewof the relevant reference works of writers before, and observations and interview sconcerning management officers of STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. The sources of secondary data obtained from books, papers or article general managementand management education that Islamic approach. In-depth study has concluded important basic concepts, namely the concept of implementing Sharia-Based Management in STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor, implemented starting from the planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluation, through the official rules in the regulation of the management of STAI Al-Hidayah has based and adapted to Islamic rule, although it is still much that needs to be refined in the details of its implementation. The writer invites, the Muslim community should give greater attention to the management of educationat every step of its implementation in order to remain committed in the corridor and Islamic guidance, as many practices exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Kata kunci: manajemen pendidikan, syar’ah, STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor

Abstract

Interaction of communication in the learning process is an attempt to hold educational interaction in the learning activities, so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Communication is the process of learning educational rapport between teachers and students which built effective communication and influence each other in a state of feeling between them in order to provide an opportunity for students to achieve the expected. Several methods of learning communication interaction that can be used to develop educational learning behavior in a variety of events interaction. To set the method of interaction where appropriate, the teacher should first establish whether a method can be said to be good, there needs to reference that originates in the primary factor which determined that "goal" to be achieved. To overcome the barriers in the communication process of learning required a variety of tools and/or media that can serve as the means used to distribute messages. In classroom learning, facilities or amenities tool used to facilitate communication with the media learning called learning. Kata kunci: Interaksi, Komunikasi, Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Badruddin Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Sa'ad Allah Ibn Jama'ah Shakhr Ibn Ibn Hazim Abd Allah ibn al-Kinany or distinguished by Ibn Jamaah is one of the leaders of Islamic education who have brilliant ideas. Thought studies listed in his book al-Sami Tadzkirat wa al-Mutakallim fi Adab wa al-Alim al-Muta'allim. Thought education is very relevant to today's modern education, one of which is on ethics for teachers in the learning process. One of his thoughts on the ethics of teachers was that a teacher should not be dependent on the results of the teaching profession. This is because science is taught by a teacher is very precious so it is not worth doing. This Research will be focused on the notion of Ibn Jama'ah concerning the ethics teacher. This problem is interesting to study because of the current problems faced by teachers are increasingly complex. The method used is qualitatively using content analysis to analyze how the ideas of Ibn Jamaah regarding this. This research included a literature review that examines the book he wrote. This study shows that thinking about ethics teacher by Ibn Jama'ah according to very relevant to modern education such as the need for teachers to have a consistent attitude, boost performance for work (dynamic), love science, forward to obtain excellent generation, and so forth. Kata kunci: Ibn Jamaah, etika guru, pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The family was as the first education, the main and oldest, which functions as the foundation stone or foundation for morality and religious education (social and moral education). Education in family, usually natural or informal. But if the education in the family business that fails, will form a child who tends to be lazy child to learn, so that children's achievement will never be in line with expectations. This study aims to determine the role of parents towards Islamic education, factors of non-performance of Islamic religious education, and the role of parents to inculcate Islamic religious education for children in industrial environments. Parents' role in educating children Islamically include instilling good values religious education through personal development of children, develop the child's religious education and ethical guidance for daily life.  Kata kunci: peranan, orang tua, pendidikan Islam dan anak.

Abstract

The whole side of human life has been guided thus regularly in Islamic law. The entire rule can clearly be read, analyzed and taken to be a way of life, both of the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet.  The content of values education in the form of moral education method contained in the Prophetic hadiths is perfect. Among these are methods of moral education; exemplary method, the method of guidance and advice, methods and question and answer dialogue, education by utilizing an event), soul generation method, and the method of providing motivation and warnings.  Moral education in the Prophetic hadiths have managed to realize the goal of moral education in all the values contained in the curriculum, both internally and externally. Internally, the application of the concept of moral education has successfully established a strong personal figure primarily spiritual. While externally, moral education has managed to establish a private figure who bring good, especially for mankind, and all beings in general. Kata kunci: pendidikan akhlak, metode, evaluasi, hadits nabawi.

Abstract

Not only in the conversation or just as a discourse that never surfaced, in the practical level and the empirical reality clearly detectable, that among the challenges of globalization which can become problematic is the imposition of trade or free market competition which means that micro madrasah graduates / school and college Islam the job is getting tougher and consequently feared unemployment madrasah graduates / school and college Islam is increasing. Therefore, Islamic colleges specifically required to produce graduates who are able to become leading competitors in the world of business and economic activities. Abstract

One of the principle of secularism in education is split between the education of the mind (intellect) and the spiritual (spiritual). In fact, man created God-not-as fragmented. Man is a perfect unity, not separated spiritual from the physical, and the physical is not separated from the spiritual. When education is separate from religious instructions then there is spiritual drought in some indecision on the part of students and others. One of the rationale that underlies the spirit of secularization of education in Islamic countries is, to advance civilization in Muslim countries by means of separate education system of "interference" of religion. Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the effect of education and training, supervision, and pedagogic competence of the commitment of teacher profession. This quantitative research using a survey methods and techniques of path analysis. The population was in junior high school teacher Sarolangun by the number of samples 247 respondents selected by proportional sampling The results of data analysis showed that (1) the education and training of a positive direct impact against teachers' commitment of to the profession, (2) the supervision of a positive direct impact against the commitment of the teacher profession, (3) pedagogic competence positive direct impact against the commitment of the teacher profession, (4) education and training direct positif effect against pedagogical, (5) supervision of the principal positive direct impact against pedagogic competencies. There is should be an effort to improve education and training based on the needs of teachers and pro-actively supervise principals in improving the profession of commitment. Kata kunci:     pendidikan dan latihan, supervisi, kompetensi paedagogik, komitmen profesi guru
