Abstract

Pembentukan karakter Islam pada siswa sangat penting untuk membentuk siswa yang memiliki etika dan tatakrama terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakter-karakter Islami yang dapat ditanamkan pada siswa di sekolah. Metode kajian dengan kualitatif deskripstif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumnetasi. Teknik analisa kajian dengan reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil kajian menunjukkan: penanaman karakter Islami di sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan menanamkan: (1) karakter keimanan siswa dengan menanamkan keyakinan pada rukun Iman (percaya kepda Allah SWT, percaya pada kitab Allah SWT, percaya pada nabi, percaya pada malaikat, percaya pada kebesaran dan kekuasaan Allah SWT, dan percaya pada hari kiamat) serta yakin pada rukun Islam (membaca syahadat, sholat, zakat, berpuasa dan haji). (2) pembentukan karakter sikap Islami yaitu jujur, dapat  dipercaya, cerdas, dan menyampaikan. (3) pembentukan karakter perilaku Islami yaitu suka menolong, ramah, saling mencintai dan saling menghargai.

Abstract

The development of education is currently being tested with various cases and problems that befall, not only curriculum problems, and infrastructure but also now overwritten with problems in actions such as sexual harassment experienced by students. The harassment that occurred was in the form of online and some in person. Some of this sexual harassment is done not by outside parties but can happen by people close to the victim, such as girlfriends and classmates. The role of Islamic religious education must have a big role in solving this problem, how can religious education actually be a control in doing something so that the measure is right and wrong or good and bad. This study aims to find information on how the actual role of Islamic religious education in suppressing sexual harassment both online and directly, then whether any of the students studied in this study experienced or were perpetrators of online sexual harassment, who the perpetrators were, and what types of online sexual harassment were received. by the victim. In addition, the purpose of this research is to provide anticipation and lessons to reduce the occurrence of online sexual harassment. This study involved 232 students at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra from various majors and different residential areas. This research method uses mixed research, where the approach in the research is quantitative by analyzing numbers, and in the qualitative approach uses descriptive analysis. Searching for information about the things being researched by researchers uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form, to strengthen the results of the answers from the respondents, the researchers also conduct limited questions and are bound to the respondents. As for testing the validity of the data, the researchers used Melles and Huberman. The results obtained indicate that the provision of Islamic religious education materials has a very high role in overcoming or controlling students so that they are not involved as perpetrators of online or offline sexual harassment. The types of sexual harassment experienced by students are starting from using social media that is not well controlled, the harassment they get is in the form of sending pornographic photos, and pornographic videos and asking for nude photos and videos.

Abstract

This study's objectives were to confirm that personality traits including conscientiousness and agreeableness as well as job satisfaction and organizational climate as environmental factors influence organizational commitment and to compare the organizational commitment of Islamic boarding schools teachers in the South Tapanuli Regency. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data from 157 teachers, taken by consulting the Krejcle-Morgan, as a study instrument. Using descriptive statistics and path analysis, the impacts of conscientiousness, agreeableness, job satisfaction, and organizational climate on organizational commitment were investigated. Path analysis is initiated by carrying out a requirements analysis test including the normality test, linearity test and regression significance, data homogeneity test, independence test between exogenous variables, and correlation test between variables. According to the findings of the study, there is a direct effect of conscientious on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.066, the direct effect of agreeableness on job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.098, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.032, conscientious direct effect on teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.041, a direct effect agreeableness to teacher commitment with a path coefficient of 0.064, the direct effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment with a coefficient path of 0.053, conscientious indirect effect on commitment teachers through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.021, no effect direct agreeableness to teacher commitment through job satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.022, the indirect effect of organizational climate on teacher commitment through job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.025 and there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher commitment with a coefficient line of 0.081.

Abstract

Humans must understand that their education so far is not just mere formality. But more than that, education will largely determine the life of the nation and state, which are fostered from the elementary level. This study aims to assess the effect of Cooperative Learning taking a matching technique on student achievement. In this study, two groups were born. Namely, the Experiment group was given the Effect of Cooperative Learning Techniques Make Match on the learning outcomes of Grade VIII PAI students in SMPN 2 Telukjambe Barat and control groups with conventional learning. At the end of the study, a final test was conducted to see the learning outcomes of the PAI of the two samples. The results showed that applying the teaching model of cooperative learning type make a match was able to increase student achievement in class VIII SMPN 2 Telukjambe west and can change the way of thinking of students in the study the Islamic religious education to more fun and not dull, and can change the perspective of students in behaving better by showing good morals, courtesy and honesty.

Abstract

Student Search is often interpreted as "looking for students", while in the context of management, the term means examination or search of students. The "legal umbrella" regarding the application of student search in educational institutions in Indonesia is still not specifically regulated by the government, especially the ministry of education and culture. This study aims to analyze student search from the ethical point of view of educational leadership management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The sources of data and study analysis materials are based on relevant scientific literature, including books, articles, proceedings (national/international), and final projects (thesis, thesis, or dissertation). The results of this study indicate that student search still leaves confusion (polemic) in its application because until now there has been no regulation from the relevant ministry or government that specifically addresses the ethics of examination of students. This is because the Criminal Procedure Code only regulates the procedures for searching the public in general (not specifically on students), as well as in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 19 of 2007 concerning Education Management Standards which does not specifically contain the rules for student search. Furthermore, the regulation only concludes that school rules and regulations are entrusted to the principal with the consideration of the education board and school committee.

Abstract

Jama'ah Tabligh is a da'wah movement that seeks to invite Muslims to return to the pure practice of Islam, with the main goal of awakening the spiritual soul in every Muslim, both personally and in social life. The Da'wah of the Jama'ah Tabligh has entered all lines, including educational institutions, therefore this article aims to explore the concept of Islamic education in the Jama'ah Tabligh group?. For this reason, the author has conducted field research with data collection techniques of participant observation, qualitative interviews, and documentation. The results of this study were found: the purpose of Islamic education in the Jama'ah Tabligh is to make a person more pious to Allah SWT, and the indicator of piety is being close to the mosque and carrying out the sunnahs of the Prophet Muhammad, and to achieve this goal one must go through the process of khuruj fii sabiilillah, and in these khuruj activities there are several programs, namely: bayan, muzakarah, deliberation, ta'lim, and jaulah. The educational goals of the Jama'ah Tabligh are in line with the national education goals of the Republic of Indonesia, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, and the concept of Islamic education of the Jama'ah Tabligh is in accordance with the four indicators of religious moderation issued by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. and to achieve this goal, one must go through the khuruj fii sabiilillah process, and in the khuruj activities there are several programs, namely: bayan, muzakarah, deliberation, ta'lim, and jaulah. The educational goals of the Jama'ah Tabligh are in line with the national education goals of the Republic of Indonesia, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, and the concept of Islamic education of the Jama'ah Tabligh Jamaat is in accordance with the four indicators of religious moderation issued by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. and to achieve this goal, one must go through the khuruj fii sabiilillah process, and in the khuruj activities there are several programs, namely: bayan, muzakarah, deliberation, ta'lim, and jaulah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences (comparations) in the application of leadership styles in Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and schools. The background of this research includes a multi-site study, namely at the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School, MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Where, the researcher attempts to describe the problem of events through respondents or other data sources related to the leadership style at Pesantren Musthafawiyah (Mandailing Natal), MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga, then a comparison of leadership styles at the three educational institutions is made. The results of this study indicate that the application of the leadership style of Islamic boarding schools is different from the leadership style in madrasas and schools. This is because the leadership style of pesantren tends to be laissez faire and authoritarian based on the charismatic kyai (Islamic boarding school leader). While in schools and madrasas apply a democratic leadership style.

Abstract

Manajemen kajiannya menekankan pada proses mengatur, adanya kerjasama antar berbagai unsur dalam organisasi, adanya usaha memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimi1iki organisasi dan adanya tujuan. Kurikulum merupakan seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai tujuan isi, dan bahan pelajaran serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Manajemen Kurikulum merupakan segenap proses usaha bersama untuk memperlancar pencapaian tujuan pengajaran dengan titik berat pada usaha, meningkatkan kualitas interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan suatu yang sangat urgen dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Labuhanbatu merupakan mata pelajaran yang urgen sebagaimana perda yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk memksimalkan pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam tentunya sangat dibutuhkan manajemen kurikulum yang tepat. Diantara manajemen kurukulum yang diuraikan pada artikel ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pesantren dalam membentuk karakter disiplin santri, landasan pembentukan karakter  disiplin, serta hambatan dan upaya pesantren dalam membentuk karakter disiplin santri di Pondok Pesantren Modern  Gontor 7 Riyadhatul Mujahidin Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pondok pesantren mengintensifkan karakter disiplin santri melalui pendidikan berbasis asrama dengan kurikulum yang terjadwal selama 24 jam. Selain itu, santri ditanamkan nilai-nilai panca jiwa yaitu jiwa keikhlasan, jiwa kesederhanaan, jiwa berdikari, jiwa ukhuwah islamiyah dan jiwa Kebebasan; (2) Landasan pembentukan karakter disiplin santri dilaksanakan melalui penerapan tata tertib pondok pesantren gontor yang dikenal dengan istilah “Teng Komando” yang bertujuan untuk melatih santri patuh terhadap pondok pesantren; (3) Hambatan pembentukan karakter disiplin santri adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan kemauan santri dalam mematuhi tata tertib disiplin di pondok pesantren serta adanya wali santri yang masih belum memahami tentang pola pendidikan yang diterapkan di pondok pesantren gontor. Upaya yang dilakukan pondok untuk mengatasi hambatan membentuk karakter disiplin santri adalah dengan mengefektifkan pembinaan di pondok, melakukan pengawasan terhadap seluruh kegiatan santri, pemberian sanksi secara tegas bagi santri yang melanggar serta memperkaya wawasan wali santri dengan menjalin komunikasi secara rutin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan memberikan gambaran mengenai proses pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pengembangan asas organisatoris dan psikologis kurikulum di Pesantren Daar El Manshur. Selain itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan model yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kurikulum di Pesantren Daar El Manshur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Daar El Manshur, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis konten dengan tahapan-tahapan yaitu mereduksi data, melakukan triangulasi data, menyajikan data secara deskriptif, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Daar El Manshur yang baru berdiri selama 4 tahun masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan yang menyebabkan pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pengembangan organisasi dan psikologis kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Pesantren Daar El Manshur belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Namun demikian, tim pengembang kurikulum dan para guru di Pesantren Daar El Manshur tetap mengupayakan untuk membuat silabus, RPP, dan bahan ajar yang dapat memudahkan siswa dalam belajar dan tetap semangat dalam menambah ilmu tentang kurikulum pendidikan Islam guna menanamkan akhlak Islami dalam diri peserta didik. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa kecenderunga model yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kurikulum di Pesantren Daar El Manshur adalah kombinasi model evaluasi formatif dan sumatif.
