Abstract

Schools become very important to be established in various regions in Indonesia, on the other hand, the schools established must also be quality, the quality of a school is seen by its quality. Quality schools are schools that refer to the National Standard of Education which contains content standards, process standards, graduation competency standards, educator and education personnel standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and assessment standards. This research aims to determine the implementation of the National Education Standard to improve the quality of education in MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach methods that aim to understand circumstances or phenomena using description in the form of words or language and describe real events encountered in the field. Data collection techniques from these studies use methods of observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study through 3 activity flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are the application of management functions, namely management functions in planning, implementation, and supervision and connecting with the implementation of the National Education Standard on planning, implementation of national education standards on the implementation, and implementation of national standards of education on supervision. According to researchers, MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah has implemented 8 National Standards of Education so the head of the madrasah hopes that the accreditation of MTsN-2 Tapanuli Tengah can increase from year to year.

Abstract

This study aims to see the achievement of edupreneurship as the goal of the  PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Study Program institution which is implemented through a series of learning activities.  To see this achievement, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method with the CIPP program evaluation model as a tool to evaluate the eduprenenurship program.  The results of the research obtained are: first, contex evaluation  includes a description of edupreneurship, the position of edupreneurship in the curriculum, and edupreneurship as the goal of the PGMI study program.   Second, the input evaluation  includes Human Resources (HR) in this case lecturers, the Business Development Center (PPB) as a supporting institution, and all PGMI study program students who are targeted.   The three evaluations of prosess start from the planning stage which includes the preparation of curriculum programs, rps and syllabus; the implementation stage in the form of program implementation activities as outlined in digital technology-based learning activities; as well as the evaluation stage which includes student assessment activities both in terms of theory and practice.  Fourth, product  evaluation  in the form of student scores based on theoretical exams and entrepreneurial products in the form of private tutoring, making digital-based learning media, and selling books run by students of the PGMI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Study Program.

Abstract

Research on islamic educational values in the process of descending the Qur'an is a study that aims to discuss and explore the wisdom or values of Islamic education conceived from the process of descending The Qur'an gradually and gradually and in accordance with the events experienced by the Prophet Muhammad saw and the muslims at that time. This research seeks to introduce the values of Islamic education from the process of descending the noble Qur'an to the world of Islamic education to be implemented in the learning process. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method with an analytical description approach that aims to explain and describe the problems studied authentically, literatively and thematically, as well as scientifically analyze the object of research that give birth to conclusions. The source of this research is library (Library Research) , by tracing and examining classical and contemporary literature related to the history of the Qur'an, especially the process of the descent of the Qur'an. The results of this study are, first; The value of Islamic education in the process of the descent of the Qur'an gradually contains Islamic educational values that are moral in the nature of personal character (al-qiyam al-khuluqiyah ad-zatiyah) namely integrity personality in the form of patience and determination in the teaching and learning process. Second: Spiritual and priesthood Values (al-qiyam al-imaniyah), which must be instilled in the learners. Thirth: The character value of morality (al-qiyam al-akhulukiyah ad-dzatiyah). Fourth: Morality value of behavior/character (al-qiyam al-akhlakiyah as-sulukiyah) and Fifth: Value of social morality (al-qiyam al-akhlakiyah al-ijtima'iyah)

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil dari kaijan mendalam yang berbicara kaitannya dengan kajian pola pendidikan kepemimpinan profetik berdasarkan moderasi beragama fan manjadi issu merik di Indonesia. Tiga pertanyaan penting dalam tulisan ini pertama bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan profetik? Kedua bagaimana memoderasi keberagama? Ketiga adalah bagaimana pola pendidikan kepemimpinan profetik yang dimoderasi di Indonesia didasarkan nilai-nilai moderasi. Dalam tilisan ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi untuk menjelaskan studi profetik kepemimpinan dan moderasi Asesmen di Indonesia, dan narasi komparatif untuk menjelaskan konsep pola kepemimpinan moderasi berbasis profetik di Indonesia. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah pola kepemimpinan profetik, baik konsep moderasi di Indonesia maupun tiga pola kepemimpinan berbasis moderasi profetik. Dalam akajian ini juga mengkontekstualisasikan pola kepemimpinan profetik dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. This research used survey methods, while the research hypothesis testing utilized multiple regression tests. The research samples were 67 teachers in Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kindergarten in Probolinggo. The results of this study indicates that there is a significant influence between democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 20.5% of teacher performance is determined by democratic leadership and organizational climate

Abstract

Kajian ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif, mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi anak usia dini yang introvert. Peningkatan kecerdasan emosi anak introver melalui pembelajaran kooperatif di lakukan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada siswa (student centre approach), strategi pembelajaran kolaboratif (collaborative strategy), metode diskusi kelompok, teknik bermain peran (role playing), mencairkan suasana (ice breaking), dan dengan taktik ceramah, keteladanan, serta kartu bergambar (flash card). Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK B, TK Islam Al-Azkar, Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, sejak bulan April 2020 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2020. Sumber utama dalam tulisan ini adalah observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi tertulis berupa kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran. Selanjutnya dalam memperoleh sejumlah data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) tak terstruktur yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan fieldwork dan metode content analyisis. Meski dalam operasionalisasinya peran guru sangat signifikan, tetapi tidak pihak lembaga pendidikan tidak menapikan peran orangtua dalam setiap aktivitas pembelajaran. Orangtua berfungsi sebagai education collaborator dalam implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif untuk memaksimalkan kecerdasan emosional anak introvert. Sebuah model pembelajaran yang mengedepankan kerjasama dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This article describes the creation and movement of action plans for the work culture of religious-based educational organizations. The working culture of religious educational organizations is determined by the elements heart (qalbu), mind (aql) and passion. Heart (qalbu) controls the quality of academic and non-academic services supported by emotional intelligence, spirituality, and noble personality. Mind (aql) controls the quality of graduate results as educational production supported by intellectual, humanitarian, argumentative and rational intelligence. Passion controls the potential for good and bad quality of service results and educational products supported by mind (aql) and heart (qalbu). This study uses a qualitative library research method with a phenomenological approach in analyzing the factual conditions of educational organizations. The data analysis technique is by reviewing various relevant literatures with the focus of the problem being discussed. The results showed that the work culture of religious educational organizations was built up and further developed by creating a work culture by changing the way of thinking of working with the heart (qalbu), the perception of working with mind and heart (qalbu) and shaping work behavior to preventive, corrective and curative way. Then make an action plan movement on work culture by accelerating internalization of the values of work culture, working all day and all the time, effectively communicating, smoothly coordinating between areas and organizational units, and meticulous in monitoring and evaluating.

Abstract

Islamic education has principles in the development of theories. This principle leads to the formation of the concept of description in various components of education. The philosophical foundation in this principle becomes an important instrument in relating the philosophical side with the empirical in the context of the educational science of the Islamic perspective. Some of the main principles in Islamic education as basic assumptions in the embodiment of the theory developed. The link between humanity becomes an important point in the derivation of concepts derived for the implementation of education. The research method used by the author is Library Research, which is research that seeks to collect research data from existing literature. From the results of the author's search, there are several basic conceptions in Islamic education including the principle of understanding traditions and culture critically, education and development (the principle of change), openness to external information, perfection of knowledge and faith, necessity to teach, sincerity, continuity of learning, limited reason, and friendship between teachers and students. In this connection, these principles are used as a foundation within the framework of the development of Islamic education both theoretical and practical. These principles can be elaborated on the curriculum and methodology of Islamic education.

Abstract

This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to explore the pattern of internalizing the values of religious moderation to prevent the development of radical understanding among students. The research informants comprised 10 academic leaders with strategic positions as policymakers and 13 lecturers who teach religious subjects at IAIN Curup. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews and the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending the interview and triangulation of sources. The results of the study show that the internalization of religious moderation values to prevent the development of radical understanding among students is carried out by inserting religious moderation values into courses, internalizing religious moderation values through the learning process, integrating religious moderation values through various student activities, internalization of the values of religious moderation through field practice, community service and special programs.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the management of character education strengthening strategies through online and offline learning. Qualitative methods through documentation studies, and observations at Madrasah Tsanawiah Al-Adzkar to find existing phenomena. interviews with interested informants. The results of the study are: (1). Planning with mapping of learning implementation policies (2). Coordination of the person in charge of the program in improving character education. carried out systematically and continuously (3). Implementation in learning is done through coaching, exemplary, habituation, and student discipline through the practice of religion, nationalism (4). Evaluation of learning through performance and learning achievement inside and outside the network.
