Abstract

This study examines educational theories from experts and is accompanied by the author's opinion about learning theory and its implications for the management of school curriculum development. This research begins with the idea that one of the functions of education must be able to equip students with knowledge that can be useful in the future, and one of the keys to successful education lies in the curriculum, for this reason the curriculum must be adapted to the situation and conditions of natural resources and human resources. human power. This research is an academic field research that is oriented towards the development of knowledge, with naturalistic methods, descriptive qualitative, with a Grounded Theory strategy, the technique used is library research with written records as data sources from books, journals, etc. analyzed with Content Analysis technique. In the study of the data it was found that learning is a positive change in the behavior of students from those who do not understand to understand, from those who cannot yet become able, and from those who are not good enough to be better. Learning Types are divided into Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic. Students with the visual learning type tend to access information via visuals (vision), colors and images stand out in this type. Students with the type of Auditory Learning (hearing) tend to learn and access information through music, dialogue, and sound which is prominent in this type. Meanwhile, students with the kinesthetic learning type access information through movement and emotion, movement. Coordination, emotional response and physical comfort predominate here. The curriculum is a guideline in education, its components namely Objectives, Materials, Methods, Organization, and Evaluation. The curriculum development stage is the planning stage. Implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Learning theory is a principle related to learning. There are three learning theories, including faculty theory, which focuses on students' power abilities, Association theory, which focuses on student response processes to lessons or stimuli, and field theory, which focuses on mastery of understanding. Curriculum development management based on faculty theory is developed by setting educational goals that focus on honing students' abilities, then in practice providing materials and methods that give a large portion of training, in order to hone children's power, in an organized manner not prioritizing thematic, but more on in the field of children's abilities, while the evaluation does not judge much on the extent to which the material is achieved (cognitive), but rather on the extent to which students develop in improving their abilities and skills (psychomotor), but that does not mean ignoring other aspects. a curriculum based on association theory is developed by means of setting educational goals focusing on communication between teachers and students, then in practice teachers are required to be more active in providing material, questions, assignments to students (Stimulus), so students will be trained to answer or respond to teacher assignments by good. Evaluation is more inclined to the process, the extent to which students' attitudes respond to assignments not to the results of their work (affective), but that does not mean ignoring other aspects. With field theory, the curriculum is developed by setting goals that emphasize the demands of understanding concepts that are so strong, because it is believed that with the concepts mastered, other new concepts can be applied. and fundamental, while the evaluation tends to understand the material (cognitive), but that does not mean ignoring other aspects

Abstract

This topic undoubtedly creates varied opinions of Islamic religious scholars regarding the communication methods used by the Aceh Islamic boarding school and Bireuen District so far, thus it's important to change attitudes and attitudes while communicating with Islamic academics. In order to avoid a gap between the ulama and the district, the Aceh dayah education office and the regency do not distinguish between dayah clerics in Bireuen Regency when communicating with them. To assess their needs and meet their leaders, the dayah education office should visit all dayah ualam in Bireuen Regency. Aceh and Bireuen District's dayah education offices must also build a mechanism to interact with Bireuen Regency's inner dayahs, some of which have never been visited.Based on the author's observations during interviews and direct observation of spaciousness, the researcher found several barriers to communication between the ulama and umara, such as not knowing the head of the service, the head of the elected dayah service did not understand about the dayah, the head of the service was not the choice of the dayah cleric, the head of the service was under the control of a certain group, or the head of the service was not elected. This prevents the dayah clergy and education administration from communicating for an undetermined duration. Until the education service's head is removed, clergy may teach dayah without official approval. The ulema needs to learn about the new dayah education office head's leadership style and communication style due to the contrasts between the two. Some dayah clerics care about the new service head, but others don't, therefore they take their time contacting or waiting for an invitation from the Aceh dayah education office and Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Sustainable Tourism for Development, Indonesia's tourism brand, promotes local cultural assets. The Langkat Regency Government will maintain and visit this community culture ceremony. Langkat's sweetened fruit halua is a culinary tour, part of Langkat Regency's Islamic education-based tourism. Langkat Regency needs measurable management to implement its tourist program, and all sectors of society, the government, and the community can work together for successful tourism. This research studied supporting and inhibiting factors of local-based tourism communication management in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province, from planning, organizing, executing, and supervising. This study began with basic observations of tourism development conducted by the Langkat district government. The informants in this study were the Head of the Tourism Sector at the Langkat Regency Tourism and Culture Office, the Head of the Langkat Regency Bappeda, Langkat Tourism Observers, Religious Leaders, and Langkat Regency Youth Leaders, in accordance with the research problem.pment guide. This study used unstructured observation. Unguided observations were made. Data analysis relates to the Miles and Huberman model, which is the act of compiling and processing data such that it may be easily read and comprehended. Data analysis can also be defined as the discovery of elements or sections containing smaller categories of study data. The collected data was subsequently evaluated utilizing qualitative data analysis.Islamic Education-Based Local Tourism Planning in Langkat based on analysis of field data shows that the local aspect is maximized by the Langkat Regency administration as development planning written in the vision and mission of Langkat Regency, the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan, the 2019-2024  Regional Medium Term Development Plan, the 2021 Langkat Local Government Work Plan, and Regional Tourism Development Master Plan no 5 2020 as a tourism development. The dominance of Muslim communities in Langkat Regency and in Indonesia, providing a great opportunity for the high number of visitors who come, then from multiethnic factors, Langkat Regency has a stock of cultural rituals that can be elevated as local potential, are factors supporting the realization of local tourism based on Islamic education. Furthermore, the geographical aspect is the state of Langkat Regency's natural potential, which is excellent for development into tourism sites such as seashores, rivers, and mountains. The impediment to growing Islamic Education-based local tourism is that some suitable areas for locally-based tourist destinations are still administered traditionally, resulting in a slow pace of tourism growth in some regions due to finance. The Langkat Regency Government is required to promote culture's multicultural potential as a local symbol by blending abstractive cultures with real tourist locations

Abstract

The Aceh Qanun and province and national governments have confirmed regulations for entities that manage zakat, infaq, waqf, and other assistance assets. This study examines Muzakki's zakat awareness. Muzakki has an obligation to hand up his assets in time and measure, but he either doesn't or gives them to the mustahik without consulting the Baitul Mal, resulting in a very low zakat collection.Qualitative research allows for clear and in-depth attainment of study objectives through theory application. This research relies on the official amil zakat institution, notably Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe administration.Baitul Mal Lhokseumawe promotes zakat muzakki through networking, collaboration, publication, and lectures. Communication develops. Now that people are more tech-savvy, all community activities are online, and most information is on social media like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, Baitul Mal's challenge to raise awareness of muzakki in Lhokseumawe needs more attention. Mass media uses social media as the information funnel. In Lhokseumawe, muzakki know they must give zakat, but some prefer to give it to mustahik since it helps them immediately and they are well-known. Some muzakki give zakat outside Lhokseumawe to help family
