Abstract

Indonesia faces the challenge of infiltrating radical ideology, which tends to conflict and use religion to divide national life. This research explores the values "ngudi kasampurnan" taught by Sunan Kalijaga to serve as a basis for strengthening religious moderation in the education system. The research method used is hermeneutic-phenomenological based on the Suluk Linglung Sunan Kalijaga manuscript and the teachings still adhered to by his descendants and students (the Demak community). To maintain the objectivity of the researcher's interpretation, this research involved resource persons competent in "suluk" analysis, suluk researchers, and practitioners of Sunan Kalijaga's teachings. The results show that philosophically, the values "ngudi kasampurnan" teach about restoring the understanding of humans as creatures who must not feel the most righteous and superior among others, regulating mental balance as the psychological basis of education, prioritizing manners and morals as the sociological basis of education, and preserving and developing the nation's noble traditions as a cultural basis. The implication is in packaging education that is friendly to differences in religion and belief, even in practices based on specific schools of thought or community organizations.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to explore brand equity of Islamic higher education (IHE) in Indonesia. This research is field research with descriptive quantitative approach. The Brand equity is measured using Customer Based Brand Equity - Islamic Higher Education (CBE-IHE) : brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. CBE-IHE is the average score of each brand equity asset from 0 to 4. Data were collected by questionnaire and distributed to 1100 students of high school (HS) and Islamic high school (IHS) and 1373 Lecturers/ staffs/ students of State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin. The finding are CBE-IHE’s  brand equity index is 2. 15 out of the highest index 4. Brand Awareness of IHE is mayor problem of IHE brand. This study shows IHE is not in top of mind of HS and HIS students

Abstract

This research aims to determine the transformation of Islamic education in terms of the influence of leadership style, managerial cognitive abilities, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school (SD) principals in Asahan Regency. This study focuses on transformation efforts in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 136 respondents through krejcie-based sampling. Test the validity of the instrument using the formula rcount > rtable. The results of this research conclude that there is an indirect influence of Leadership Style (X1) and management cognitive abilities (X2) through Job Satisfaction (X3) on the Organizational Commitment of School Principals in carrying out their duties (Y) in Asahan Regency amounting to 47.2% and 52.8 % is the simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Management Cognitive Ability through Job Satisfaction on the Principal's Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Various problems of social phenomena in the last decade tend to lead to a condition of degradation or 'shift' of social morality uncontrollably. If this condition is not considered by all elements of the nation, it will generally have an impact on the process of disorientation, direction and purpose of national life. For this reason, efforts are needed to strengthen social morality from various elements of the nation by developing character education or moral education for the younger generation at various age levels (children, adolescents, and youth) with the need to revitalize and optimize the role of family, school, and community institutions as 3 pillars of education. In fact, students are educated to form characters who will depart and return to society, thus requiring observers of education, including Islamic education, to reflect on the process of community empowerment. This study uses a qualitative approach because researchers want to understand and reveal the problems that are being experienced by the subject of in-depth study. Qualitative research is research that involves the collection of data in a natural environment with the purpose of explaining phenomena that occur in which researchers act as the main instrument. Human resource empowerment involves many aspects, namely  mental attitude aspects, behavioral aspects, ability aspects, intellectual aspects, religious aspects, legal aspects, health, etc. All  these aspects are two potentials that every individual possesses, which are physical and mental. It cannot be denied that the material aspect is always determined by the spiritual factor, which is the driving force that motivates people. To obtain quality human resources, the most important effort is actually to increase human potential through optimizing social character supported by government programs through educational institutions and community organizations.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak sekali koloman yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat madura yang tersebar di empat kabupaten, Bangkalan Sampang, Pamekasan dan Sumenep yaitu : koloman RT, RW, ANSOR, NU, Ikatan keluarga, koloman alumni, koloman sebelasan, dan koloman lintas daerah. Koloman koloman tersebut biasanya diisi dengan kegiatan kegamaan seperti yasinan, tahlilan, shalawatan, khataman, darusan, koloman kitab dan koloman dzikir. Koloman-koloman tersebut sudah dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat madura secara turun temurun dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga sebagian besar mereka tidak tahun sejarah awal mula didirikannya koloman tersebut, terkecualai koloman koloman yang didirikan dengan tujuan tertentu dalam waktu yang masih relatif baru. Bagi masyarakat madura koloman tersebut merupakan bagian dari kearifan lokal yang sudah mengakar dalam kehidupan masyarakat dengan tujuan utama sebagai sarana silaturrahim, media beribadah dalam meningkatkan spiritualitas dan religiusitas dan sarana menambah ilmu pengetahuan sosial dan keagamaan. Banyaknya koloman yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat madura dalam bentuknya yang beragam menjadikan mayarakat madura sebagai masyarakat yang kompak memiliki ikatan sosial yang kuat, religius dan berpendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan konsep ‘urf serta kedudukannya dalam metode penemuan hukum serta aplikasinya dalam bidang hukum ekonomi syariah. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan bersifat deksritif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ‘urf memiliki kedudukan dalam penemuan hukum karena disepakati oleh para pakar sebagai dalil hukum dalam Islam. Aplikasi ‘urf dalam bidang mu’âmalah mâliyyah terdiri atas kebolehan akad jual-beli mu’âthah, jual-beli istishna, keuntungan dalam akad gadai, jual-beli barang yang belum wujud dan wakaf produktif dan sewa atas jasa.

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru diperuntukkan bagi para calon guru dan guru yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Output dari program ini adalah menghasilkan guru profesional. Program ini berisikan kurikulum teori dan praktik dengan cakupan ilmu pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial. Tujuan artikel ini dibatasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh pedagogical knowledge terhadap kinerja mahasiswa program Pendidikan Profesi Guru, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh communication skills dalam memberikan efek moderasi pada pedagogical kowledge terhadap kinerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru untuk mata pelajaran ekonomi di Kota Surakarta. Populasi sejumlah 55 mahasiswa, digunakan dalam penelitian populasi ini. Pengumpulan data pengetahuan pedagogik mahasiswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedagogical test dalam bentuk true and false questions. Untuk mengetahui communication skills dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan data terkait kinerja mahasiswa diperoleh melalui dokumen hasil penilaian oleh expert. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pedagogical knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa PPG Ekonomi di Surakarta, (2) communication skill memberikan efek moderasi pada pedagogical knowledge dalam memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa PPG Ekonomi di Surakarta.Kata Kunci: Pedagogical Knowledge; Communication Skills; Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan; Pembelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

Religious Moderation is one of the Strategic Programs of the Ministry of Religion which is reduced from the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). The Religious Moderation Program was released by the Ministry of Religion to be implemented in all areas of life, including education. Moreover, one of the authorities of the Ministry of Religion is related to religious and religious education. This is the basis for grounding the idea of Religious Moderation in religious and religious education in formal and informal educational institutions. The application of the values of religious moderation is the main key to realizing them. This assumption is based on the empirical conditions of educators in Padangsidimpuan City. Based on this analytical study of educators, there is a need for a Manual for Strengthening Religious Moderation for educators. In addition, this book is needed especially for Islamic Religious Education teachers who are considered to be a solution in increasing the level of knowledge, understanding, and application of the values of religious moderation both in learning Islamic Religious Education and in the context of life in madrasas and Islamic boarding schools. While it is known that the area around Padangsidimpuan City is a mountainous area which is relatively difficult to access online sources of information, even though this book is provided in electronic or digital form. Therefore, not many educators know and can access this book.

Abstract

Islamic Education Institutions have a very important role in forming the character education of students, because the training carried out is predominantly oriented towards the principles of Islamic Education. This research aims to understand the concept of character education in Islamic education institutions in minority areas, namely at the Tana Toraja Muhammadiyah Development Islamic Boarding School. The research method used in this research is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative or is called a mixed method. This includes a philosophical basis, the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches, combining the two approaches in research. The combined research method was carried out so that comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective data could be obtained. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the concept of character education in Islamic educational institutions in minority areas in institutions namely the Tana Toraja Muhammadiyah Development Boarding School. This research also examines the concept of character education between institutions that have very different cultures from one another. Based on the research results, the characters implemented at the Pembagunan Muhammadiyah Tana Toraja Islamic Boarding School are in the sufficient category, namely religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined and caring for the environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui relevansi pendidikan Islam dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 (Sisdiknas) dan mengetahui implikasinya terhadap kemajuan pendidikan agama Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan hasil uraian pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan berikut 1) Kebijalan pendidikan Islam dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional menunjukan bahwa eksistensi pendidikan Islam dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 (Sisdiknas) secara eksplisit diimplementasikan sebagai lembaga pendidikan, materi pelajaran, dan nilai-nilai agama Islam; 2) Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses formulasi kebijakan adalah adanya pengaruh tekanan-tekanan dari luar, adanya pengaruh kebiasaan amal, adanya pengaruh dari kelompok luar dan adanya pengaruh keadaan masal lalu
